The food is always amazing. Server was a little bit slow today. Music was way too loud, we asked 2 or 3 times for it to be turned down. Overall, GREAT experience (don't let a couple of minor stumbles ruin a wonderful dinner)

Food is delish! You can get a burger. Salmon or a mouthwatering steak cooked to your request. I get their perfectly cooked sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter. Service is amazing! The one in Sherman is always busy. Call ahead and get on the Waitlist. For me is a fun friendly, family place to celebrate. I love their salmon dish. I highly recommend. Not hoity toity!

We came in hungry after our daughter played a softball double header and left full and happy. Thanks to Ryan (girl) who took great care of us and got us hot country fried steak and beef tips quickly. Myself and two of my brothers came here to take advantage of the Veteran's Day menu. They did not skimp one bit. It was delicious and the service was great. I will be going back real soon.

Any place you go is hit or miss at times. Just about every time at Texas Roadhouse is pretty good. Servers are always friendly and happy to help you. They have you cut your steaks to make sure it's how you want it. If not they'll redo it for you. My plate only looks small because I also had a side salad that came separately from my 3 item plate. I can never eat all my food. I always have to take a lot home.

Haven’t been to TR in awhile but had a great experience this time. The service was friendly, quick, and efficient. We never had to look for our waiter he seemed to have his presence timed perfectly. You get yummy sweet buns immediately upon being seated. By the time we finished we had ordered and our salad was delivered. Their ranch dressing is good and the house salad was fresh. We ordered sirloin medium rare which was cooked perfectly and sirloin tender. It was good but I love a splash of soy sauce on my steak. I know I’m weird. The loaded baked potato was good but ask for extra butter if you like it buttery. The only complaint I have is the butter comes on the side and I like it melted in my potato before the sour cream and fixings are put on and the music was a little too loud. Sorry I always forget to take pics before I dig in, last thing on my mind when the food appears I guess. Lol

When we get there, there were a couple ahead of us, and soon after that people were coming in. There's a waiting list but it's about 10 mins wait which I didn't even noticed because the next thing I knew, we received a text that our table is ready. That Saturday was plump full of people dining. There were 4 of us. Three of us ordered a 12 Oz rib eye steak each and the other ordered beef shishkebab(spelling?). Mine was just perfection, medium rare, just what i liked it, right seasoning and so tender that melted in my mouth! My fiance ordered medium as well but came well done. But, they were pretty good to replaced it and came just perfect! If you haven't been to this restaurant, you better be! (wink!) I highly recommend it 👌

Went on a Saturday at 2pm and it was still busy. Staff was friendly while being frantic at the crowd of people. Food came in timely fashion with multiple checks on quality from waitstaff and floor manager.

Texas roadhouse is always so great even when busy. They know how to do business, and are great towards honoring our veterans. 3 on atmosphere only because its so loud and I'm old. The 20oz bone in ribeye is phenomenal.

This is the best restaurant for the price. Always consistent. Always very good. For the money, you can not get a better steak. You can buy a better steak but the price doubles and the quality will only increase a small amount. The service is always on point and the menu fits all ages. Probably one of the best family restaurants in Texoma.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish!! There was a wait (not long… and we didn’t mind bc we know it’s a Friday night). Our hostess, Avery, was SO kind! She chatted with us a bit on our way to the table, she made us feel welcomed and at home! Our server, Roy, was great! He was quick and attentive! The rolls, the app (tater skins) and our meals were all so good. Everything came out fast, hot and fresh!! 10/10! Definitely recommend this Texas Roadhouse!

Wonderful as usual. Friendly waiter who was prompt and kept an eye out to ensure we were not needing anything. Started out with frozen Margaritas with Patron kickers. Had the Sirloin & Ribs with loaded baked potato and the House Salad with Blue Cheese dressing. The salad came with Blue Cheese crumbles that set it off perfectly. Be sure to ask for the Veteran’s discount if you are a veteran. Show them some proof, I used my American Legion membership card and my entree was half price. Join their VIP Club. It’s free and you get specials from time to time. Also call ahead and get on call ahead list. There were at least 30 people waiting and we were in in 3 minutes.THANK YOU Texas Roadhouse.

Sometimes this place is hit or miss. This time was a hit. My husband loved his steak and my pulled pork dinner was good. Im not sure when they started putting the sauce on the side but I know some prefer that so it was fine.

For going on a holiday I was able get a text for when my table was ready because there was long wait times. They messed up the order but they quickly fix it. The service was fast. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We ate at this location last Saturday at noon. Three adults and 4 children. We were seated promptly and served our drinks. My 4 year old grandson has some food allergies and I was looking over the menu and also asked the waitress some questions. Soon the cook himself came to the table, sat down and explained what options they could provide that would be safe for my grandson. I appreciated this extra consideration very, very much. My grandson was able to enjoy the meal just as much as his siblings. All of our food was excellent as well. And served in a timely manner. This was an all around pleasant experience and we look forward to returning.

Stopped by this place on a random afternoon and honestly wasn’t expecting much, but the food was really good. Everything tasted fresh, portions were solid, and it came out pretty quick. Nothing fancy, just good comfort food done right. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Yeah it's loud and there's a million people in there because everybody wants to eat there. Kids enjoy looking at all the bright lights and TVs and knick knacks on the wall. Get an extra basket of rolls to take home. You won't regret it

Stopped here on a whim on our way back to our hotel. Being a Sunday evening, and the car park busy we didn't know what to expect. We were greeted with friendly faces and only waited 2 minutes for a table. Food was fantastic, and in my opinion, reasonably priced. Only downside is we won't be back for a while, we're back off to Scotland tomorrow. Lots of sad faces.

Your appetizer actually comes out before your food with enough time to enjoy it without your food sitting there getting cold. The food was great!! Took my wife for her Bday, my steak came good as I asked even though the sides were wrong and my wife's plate was completely wrong, steak was more that well done and the sides were also wrong so, of course by the time they brought my wife's steak, mine was cold. We had to ask another waitress to get us water because our waitress went just once after taking our food. We like the place that we will not stop going but this time was not a good experience.

I've been eating here for pretty much once a week for the last month or so, and my main complaint is the food seems bipolar. One day you'll have the best steak, burger, shrimp, pork, but the next it could be dry and tasteless. I've so far only had one bad experience with a server, but all the other times have been wonderful. If you have the money and time, I'd say this is a great place to go when you're hungry.

If you're not reserving your table with the app before you arrive then you're doing it wrong. We received a text as we were parking that our table was next. Overheard some others outside waiting say they were waiting about an hour. Yeah, we waited a while but not outside. COVID protocols have changed the experience here. Friendly staff seated us in what used to be the waiting area that was now converted into 4 booths. They still have peanuts but individually bagged and only offered upon request. The fresh rolls were hot and good. Fried pickle appetizer was as expected. Country fried steak seemed smaller than usual but still filled me up. All three of the other steaks ordered were about 1/3 fat. Not the quality displayed in the case up front. The cook on the steaks was good. Flavor was so good that even my daughter didn't use the steak sauce! (This never happens.) The manager made an appearance at the table to make sure everything was good. Overall the experience was great. The only thing that was a bummer was the serving of alcoholic beverages. Received the first drink after our food was served even though the drink was ordered first. The second drink never arrived, even though it was ordered before appetizer. (Actually the second drink was delivered to the wrong table, then the waiter tried to give it to my wife after they already took a drink out of it!) After that we were told they were out of the specialty drink we ordered so we just cancelled it because we were ready to leave.

Man I really wanted to give this place 5 stars across the board but I got the trio appetizer to test out their speed and quality, and got the smallest coldest wings I've ever been served. Tater skins were great and fried pickles were bomb but cold mini nugglet wings were obviously set aside for quiet someone. Remember folks freak ingredients equals happy smiles and happy belly and happy reports. If I wanted microwave wings I'd just microwave the cold ones you served me and at least they would be warm. On the high note the bar tender is five stars, super friendly and had my drink mixed and at my disposal within two minutes. Well done L, u know who you are!!

A great chain. Been to a few and they all have great food and amazing service. Even when the establishment is busy they work well together to serve the food and if there is a mistake, the problem is resolved quickly. The stakes are great, juicy and full of flavor. No stake sauce is needed but if you want a topper get the mushrooms and onions. The loaded mashed potatoes were a little lacking from expectations. They were a bit dry which was the downfall. Of course the rolls and cinnamon butter are the best starter while you wait for the server to come. They are so good that you have to be careful or you will become full before you get your meal.

The noise level was insane but that's to be a expected there I guess. I just wouldn't choose this if you get overstimulated easy. We had a wait jo big deal, they were busy. We finally get sat and didn't see our waitress for a bit. She was sweet, nothing against her. My steak was supposed to be Medium... It was almost rare. They took my same steak threw it on the grill and it essentially came back the same. I just ate it, it's not even worth it. The green beans smelled like they were infused with liquid smoke, no way could I eat those. Mashed potatoes weren't the worst but they were bland. That being said the steak was seasoned well and tasted good, just a little too red for my liking. The managers and waitress were nice. Just had some hiccups. Ps I forgot to take a picture of the steak.

The noise level is so high it is very difficult to have a conversation with those that you are dining with. The loudness is often a factor in not choosing this restaurant.

An expensive Steak House should serve good meat; this place does not; not much difference in quality of meat than the meat sold at Sam's club. I have ordered prime rib (cooked medium) on my last 4 visits, three of 4 times it was dry and well done and had to be sent back... it's like they cook it a day in advance and try to get rid of the old dried up stuff instead of serving what you ordered and then hope you don't complain about it. The ribeye and NYStrip in the past haven't been much better... so, I may not go back there... would rather go to Salt Grass down South from now on.

Ordered bbq chicken, sweet potato, and chili to go. My wife had the smothered chicken. I usually like Roadhouse, but when we got it home, my chicken breast was so small, must have been a baby chicken. The rolls were bite-sized, seriously, and my wife's order was incorrect. For the price, I expect the order to be correct and get normal portion sizes. I've added a few pics. Might be hard to tell, but this is seriously ridiculous. I'll just eat at home from now on.

We ordered a ToGo order with 65.00 worth of food for dinner. On the way to pick it up, I received a text saying it was ready. We pulled in, text our spot number to the appropriate place. We waited 10 minutes, so I text the number again. I ended up going into the building to get our food. I told the lady at the counter we had been out there over 10 minutes waiting after we text the number twice. She handed my food to me without saying a word, and I grabbed it and started walking out. When I got to the door, she loudly said, “Whatever!”. I turned around and said, “Excuse me?!” Completely shocked that someone would say that to me. I asked for a manager. The manager came out and looked me in the face and said he refused to address the issue in front of his other employees. I asked to speak to someone else, he told me he was the one handling it and refused. When I went back into the building to ask for someone else, another manager came out and spoke to me. He was great at addressing the issue. He offered us vouchers for our next meal, but I declined. Customer service was absolutely terrible until the second manager stepped in.

Wait time wasn’t bad even though I would consider out arrival at a peak time. There were five in my party. Mt son and I got the same 12 oz ribeye steak, which I’ve had many times in many Texas Roadhouses. I couldn’t believe the differences between our steaks. His looked normal and as we expected. Mine was about an eighth and inch thick and well done. What bothered me the most was that they brought that to me not thinking anything about it. I asked the waiter and when he became aware, he agreed that it was terribly thin. We compared to my son’s steak. It was less than half the size. The waiter took it back to show the cook. During this time a manager randomly came by the table, and I explained the situation to him and he tried to explain it off, knowing nothing about the situation. I wish I would’ve taken a picture. They went to replace the steak, but it took so long everyone in my party had long finished eating their meal. Not my normal experience with Texas roadhouse. This location dropped the ball.

Asked for well done and it specifically says no pink so when my wife's and my steaks were pink all the way through I was highly disappointed, my Mac and cheese was mac without cheese, my wife's green beans were literally soup. So for $111 the only decent thing I had was mashed potatoes, rolls and about an hour of waiting for disappointment.

I hate to say this but I ordered a 14oz prime rib. I love prime rib. Unfortunately the steak i got was very tough, not tender at all. I ordered med rare although it seemed to be med rare it sure wasn't whatyou expect. I've had prime rib from here before but this one was probably the most disappointing prime rib I ever had. I ordered take out so no comments on inside or service.

Had a pretty bad experience with a server named Sara. Very inattentive, had to track her down multiple times for needed items. Had an attitude when asked if she could pre bus some plates on our 7 top as she never once removed empty plates on her own. Cherry on the cake was when the ticket was brought, had 3 kids with us and one of their meals was rang up as an adult cheeseburger, mind you, he’s 6. When notifying her it was a child’s burger, she immediately got defensive and said “how was I supposed to know it was a child’s cheeseburger”. “You didn’t specify”. Not only did I specify, but I was pointing at the kids menu while ordering. When I requested her to get a manager, she stormed off. Very disappointing to go out to spend a pretty penny on a meal and have service provided like this. We love Texas Roadhouse, but this was a rough experience.

The rolls were burnt, the onion blossom was greasy as all get out, the steaks were not great at all, we ordered Dallas filet and mine was ordered medium and it came out looking like it had been ran over and was way over cooked, my husband ordered a Dallas filet medium rare and his steak was way under cooked, they brought me out a new steak but threw my husbands back on the grill and charred the heck out of it. Honestly other than the service I would give this a 1/10…. We will not be back.

Took a chance on curbside pickup during cooler temps. Nobody came out to deliver, after inserting parking spot number. Went in to get food. Ordered ribs, it came with NO barbecue sauce. Paid EXTRA for loaded fries, just to receive burnt crap. Not pleased.

Two orders at the same table of chicken fried chicken, and one looked like a lunch portion (which they do not have). They should really consider better portion control. I almost complained, but didn't want to wait for a new order to come out, and eat while everyone else was done! I was highly disappointed that even our waitress didn't notice it, everyone else (table of 5) did!!! Not impressed, and expected more from this restaurant.

Ordered medium well NY strip and a medium rare Dallas filet to go. When we cut them they were both rare and barely warm. Very disappointing to spend $60 for food and now we will have to cook them in order to eat them.

We’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse in Sherman Texas lots and lots of times since it came to town. Food and service been good all them years. Yesterday went there for Mother’s Day we ordered prime ribs medium rare for me and Dallas fillet medium for wife. When we got the food my prime ribs was 3/4 in on edge the middle so thin almost you could see through it about 1/4 in. By this time a person came by asking how is everything and saw my stake she said I will get you another one. After about 10 minutes got my prime ribs looks good even thickness all over it was hard to cut and very chewy. I have never had it that hard all them years in fact I use to cut it with the fork. My wife said her fillet’s is hard to cut and very chewy too. We told the waitress about that when she brought the ticket. After looking closely to the ticket the waitress ordered sirloin steak instead of Dallas fillet she said that was her mistake. Maybe the music's too loud could not hear my wife. That’s not the first time. Last visit was an issue with my med rare prime ribs they brought out well done I have to change to ribeye stake. Not fun you are eating while others finished.

Dear Texas Roadhouse Management Team, As loyal patrons who greatly value tradition, service, and quality at Texas Roadhouse , my husband and I chose to dine at the Sherman, TX location last night. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, but it took approximately 10 minutes for our server to come over to take our drink order, “Howdy” each table should be greeted within 15-45 seconds of being seated. “Engage” not one of the 5 story points were touched by our server. Given her evident busyness, we also placed our dinner order at that time. Unfortunately, the drinks took a considerable amount of time to reach our table. “Arrive” serve drinks quickly within 2-3 mins. When our food finally arrived, I had selected the house salad as one of my sides, which was served when I was nearly done with my main course. Throughout the meal, there was no check-in to ensure our steaks were cooked to our liking. Later on, our server inquired if everything was satisfactory, to which we only requested to-go boxes as we intended to finish our dinner at home, as the overall experience fell far short of what Texas Roadhouse typically offers. Before we left, a manager(Katlin) approached our table simply to ask if everything was alright. My husband commented, "Do you want us to be honest?" She seemed to take it lightly and walked away. I then questioned if that was how customer feedback was received, to which she responded, "What do you need?" Consequently, I replied, "Never mind." Shortly after, another manager(Monica) approached us and inquired, "So, what happened?" I informed her that I would provide my feedback in writing, to which she queried, "Are you sure?" I proceeded to ask for the other managers name to which she responded “why?”. Regrettably, this has been the most disappointing experience we have encountered during all our visits to Texas Roadhouse locations. Which was very hard to believe when Texas Roadhouse stands for “Legendary Service" with HEART. As service experts and customer service trainers ourselves, it is disheartening to witness how the image of a chain can be tarnished by a few individuals who fail to grasp the essence of exceptional customer service. I trust that this feedback will be received constructively and will contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experiences at Texas Roadhouse. We came there a couple of weeks ago for my husband’s birthday. We live in a small town and drove about 1 1/2 hours one way to get there, but it just didn’t seem to be the same as it was when we came for his birthday about two years ago. Our waitress was relatively personable, but our food experience was pretty poor. I got the Filet Mignonette and only ate 1/2 of it, asking my husband if he wanted the other half because I wasn’t going to take it home. It tasted pretty bland to me, not a lot of flavor and my husband felt the same way after I gave it to him. It was pretty disappointing because when you make a 3 hour road trip (to and from) to go to a steak restaurant, you’re really looking for a savory flavor. My husband ordered the Porterhouse and he said it too did not have a lot of flavor and it was slightly over cooked also. We would both give our steaks that we ordered about a 2 1/2 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest. He had the macaroni and cheese and he was disappointed there also, he said it wasn’t creamy at all. He said he’d give that a 2. I had the Sweet Potato and with the honey butter 🧈, it was decent, however, the amount of marshmallows was overwhelming to me. I would give that a 3. We both liked the rolls 🍞 with the honey 🍯 butter and would give them about a 4 1/2. Outside of us enjoying each other’s company, we were very disappointed with the night’s meal. My husband, of course, was very gracious as I was taking him there for his birthday, but I don’t think we’ll ever go again. I originally gave this a (2,) but since I responded to their request where they wrote me back (see picture below,) I never received a response from them. Furthermore, it was a generic place for me to respond and not a personalized one. For me, and in my opinion, if they really wanted to communicate with me about our experience there, they would have given me a more personalized email or at least an individual to correspond with. For further clarification, I did respond to the email address and just double-checked my “ALL E-MAIL” on my phone and it did not show me a response to the email they asked me to send to them about the experience we had here.

Got a meal to go and the person who brought out my food was very rude and inconsiderate for her forgetting to bring out my rolls. She didn’t apologize nor use any manners at all. It looked as if her name started with a k but I’m not positive.

My steak was too salty to eat. Had to take Get home so that I could take some of the salt off of it possibly eat some of it. The hostess was delightful. She was very curious and was very helpful but mistake and the salt was too much.

We were there as a party of 4 for my MILs birthday. First of all, her order was mistakenly NOT placed into the kitchen so when her husbands & my salads come out that mistake was figured out. Her order is now placed, her husband's lunch has been brought to the table, 5 or so minutes later mine & my wife's steak comes out looking like an attempt at rehydrating a piece of bacon. I can only assume it was just sitting under a heat lamp while the MILs order was cooking. Our steak was replaced & delivered with a smile by the manager on staff, all good there until the top of the pepper shaker flies of & peppercorns are now allll over the table. Stuff happens, no one is at any fault & was a little funny after tge frustration wore off. Here's the kicker, after all of that, everyone has thier food, we're talking, lunch as usual until I pull a piece of PLASTIC out of my mouth that was mixed in with my mashed potatoes. It takes a lot to tick me off & honestly I was going to let everything slide until the plastic in the potatoes. That was my first-time EVER leaving a $0 tip & a one star rating.

Ordered at 8:48pm Scheduled for 9:30 Arrived at 9:35 Went inside at 9:45 Food was handed over at 9:55 All of the food was cold. No concessions, no apologies, nada. That’s 1. The last time I’ll tip in advance and 2. The last time we’ll visit any TX roadhouse.

I'm extremely disappointed. We have been to multiple locations in multiple states. Rolls, utensils, and water on the floor under our table. We told multiple people about the mess; no one seemed to care. Medium is not rare. White rice should be served with beef tips, not brown rice. Bent utensils. Employees who don't seem to care about our opinions.

Went to Texas Roadhouse today for Veterans day meal, when I went to use the restroom, there was a employee who went before use the restroom, didn't wash his hands and went straight back to the kitchen without washing his hands, then I approached the "mgr" when asked if she was the mgr she said it depends, I told her the issue with no surprise on her face and didn't even seem like she cared at all, never asked what the employee looked like or to point him out. Needless to say me and the other veteran got up and left with out eating.

We usually go to the Texas Roadhouse in Anna and we will definitely go there next time. We went to the Sherman location for my birthday and my son’s steak was a little undercooked. It took 10 minutes to come back and we were all finished. The manager brought the steak back alone without a fresh side of fries. Bad birthday experience altogether.

I came in on Thursday night around 5:30 pm, the service was great, however the food wasn’t. I got brought out a 12oz ribeye 5 separate times and couldn’t get a medium rare steak. It was very well done the first and 5th time it was brought out, and blue rare the 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Wouldn’t recommend. Ended up just taking the steak home to throw because I had already waited around 20 minutes just to get the steak cooked well done…
