I order here often. Usually a LARGE order for early delivery the next day. They are always accommodating and patient with me. I know they don’t like to have to come in early to complete and order that large for first thing of the day but they never complain. We appreciate their willingness and dedication to serving us!

It looks absolutely horrible. And there's no cheese in most of it. What's the point of free points if you get items like this:
I ordered a few items from the national coupon. When I arrived, they told me there was a mistake with the crust on the pizza and offered to make one correctly and still give me the incorrect one for the wait - this might be a mistake, but I’m really pleased that they shared what happened and made it right (plus some!) rather than sending me away to discover this on my own. If I could give 10 stars for the overall experience and general cordiality, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this specific location on Loy Lake for anyone needing quality food and wanting honest service.
This guy delivered my pizza about a week ago. I've been in a bad spot and was pretty upset. Not at him or Domino's just about life in general. After he gave me my pizza and I tipped him he started to walk away and then stopped. Turned around and said are you okay? I said yeah but he knew I wasn't. He said, really man what do you need. I said nothing I'm good and faked a smile. I went inside and just stood with my back against the door, without knowing it your delivery driver gave me exactly what I needed. He noticed me, he actually cared. That's what I really needed. I thought a lot about whether I should write this for you or not but I have to give credit for an exceptional human being. His name was Tristan and he deserves to be recognized. Thank you for hiring great people Dominos!!!
Matt and Triston did a good job on my order today had it cooked and in my hand pretty fast. I ordered online 2 minutes before I arrived I wasn't expecting it to be ready as fast as it was. This is my go-to location I won't go to any of the other locations in my city. Also my kids said this is the best Domino's they have been to bc the has a chalk board to draw on and a mini pizza inspector area had steps so they can see the pizzas being made
After a long day of travel I ordered my pizza from this location but somehow I managed to go to multiple locations before arriving at the correct location. I was sure my pizza would be ice cold after an hour of being lost. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matthew who had me wait out front for 10 minutes so he could remake my order so it would be hot and fresh. He delivered my order to my car. He didn’t have to remake the order or anything but he went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely return to this location. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
Never had any major issues in the three years I've lived out here. The one or two times I've ever had anything come out wrong, they were very quick to fix. Good employee attitudes all around, in store and out. Give these guys some love, corporate.
These people are on point!!!! Best pizzas!! Love that pizza cheese and the marinara....yummmm!yummy!! They have my order saved on computer so I give my # when I walk in, they see my usual and order it. 9 mins later I have 2 hand tossed medium pizzas! Did I mention the garlic butter they put on the crust when it comes outta the oven!? Omgosh!!! Great pizza store!! Love the employees too! They are fast yet friendly!!! Efficient!!! I go frequently.
12/31/2025 just now updating this .. the problem below was fixed almost immediately and we have had many great experiences since! Today we were going to order from a different place to get HOT N READY but was told 15 minute wait so we got in the car and ordered Dominos and the pizza was ready by the time we got there and was a much better pizza! Dominos has always been great! If you read my comment below it was not about the pizza! 5/9/2025 went to order our usual pizza but website says have to pay with card so we were going to just order carry out at store. The coupon says carry out special. Get to the store and they say online only! If this is how they are going to be then we will go back to getting hot n ready from Little Caesars. From here down is a month ago review: Pizza is usually fresh and just as we ordered. Service is usually quick and polite. My complaint is only with the online ordering and payment. I don't want to be asked 3-4 different times if i want extra cheese or anything else. On the payment up until this order today we have always ordered online and paid at the store. I am guessing too many people have ordered and not picked up their order so they implemented this policy. While I do understand, it was very frustrating as we usually pay in cash. Overall dominos is great and we will continue to order!
Pizza was amazing. Order went thru online just fine. I went to Drive through to pick it up.I rang thespell almost 2 songs later.The guy looked after he kept clicking the orders off the screen.Cause he was very busy making them, And tell me one moment please through the window. So I waited for about another song and then I went inside. Yes, they were hella busy.It's a saturday night. I also work in food and I understand wanting to get orders out on time, but when u Have customers waiting and their food is ready; And all you have to do is give it to them and let them pay. So you can get right back to making all the other orders..... y make me wait so long. And the 2 guys making the pizza had ear buds In. The skinner guy to the bigger guy u can step off and help her. After another couple min of me waiting inside.... But hey, My niece enjoyed watching them making pizza fast!!!
I ordered by phone when I arrived through the drive thur my order had not been received I was told. The guy went to look at the log, and the message was there. The guy asked my name, and I told him. He told me to park in front for 40 minutes. I waited. Finally, I went in to check well, and my order was prepared, but with the wrong name on it. Nothing hot and dried. But I was offered to come another time and get a pizza. Well, it appeared they were unorganized, and no one knew what was going on. It was disappointing, and my family had to wait for an extra 20 minutes.
Dudes, I am upset. WHY DO YOU NOT PUT THE GARLIC BUTTER STUFF ON THE CRUST ANYMORE????? I added it to my online order yet still 3 times in a row you don’t put the garlic butter stuff on the crust. Dudes. THREE (3) TIMES IN A ROW, BRO. Let’s not forget it’s 4 pizzas 3 times In a row you don’t put the stuff on. Disappointed is an understatement.
Service was unprofessional, gave us a pizza not properly cooked
Order was wrong. Took twice as long as app said. Only option was for them to make another pizza and wait around while my other one got cold. Reason they said it took so long and they messed up was they were busy.
This is not a good store. The pizza was raw basically. I tried letting them know and they kept hanging up on me and wouldn't give me corporates number. 0 Stars!
Young man at window was rude from beginning. But I never expected we hat he did after I asked for a receipt that showed my credit cards last four numbers. He slammed the window as hard as he could. I am amazed it did n ot break! Then a lady came to the window and asked me what happened. She was not concerned. She walked away and never came back. After about 5 minutes, I saw her making pizza. I left. The pizza was good, but I will never go back.
The corporate user interface has wronged me for the last time. I am done with Domino's after this last load of BS. I just want to order some pizza and pay for it when I got there, but no. Domino's doesn't accommodate you they make you jump through hoops and wait on hold and talk to AIs. there was a time when I could call in an order at Domino's. I will not be supporting this new business model it is a shame, but I'll just pay a couple more dollars to talk to to a person.
I came in and i asked if they were closed this middle age guy said they were close which it was not I came in at 11:30 still 2 hours left the worst service ever. Never coming back the worst , I have no idea what theirs name was….
I live on a corner lot 2 blocks from this restaurant. My pizza came out of the oven at 8:57pm and didn't make it to my house until 9:23pm. He went right by my house to make other deliveries and then went back to the store to pick up my pizza for delivery. The pizza was cold and the salad was warm. Considering it had been out of the oven for almost 30 minutes by the time it was delivered, its understandable it would be cold. I called the restaurant and the manager (Valerie) didn't seem to care.
Today I placed in online order at 1120 was called back at 1130 to let me know I will be getting my pizzas in approximately 2 hrs. The young lady was very persistent in me canceling my good. Because they had no driver or to come get it, which I couldn’t do. She was very hostile in her tone and refused to give me her name and advised me that I had no choice in the matter. I then asked for her manger and she said it will take a while but I need to hold. When I ask her what her managers name was so i can introduce myself properly, she refuses that as well and tried to tell me it is a state law to give out names (which I know is a lie). She put me on hold for like 10 minutes then the call was hung up. I immediately call back the same young lady answer in a much more rude tone and I once again requested the manager, she then at that point advised me she is on her way. Upon speaking to the manger in duty as identified, she refuses her name and said they will make my pizza now (at that point around 1145pm) but it will take over 2 hours to get it. I asked her the process because at that point my pizza will be cold and she advices me she will just turn up the hot table for a couple of hours while the pizza sit so it would be warm. I inquired her what about the quality of the pizza over all not just the temperature. She said I had no choice but to wait for it. (Which I understand short staffing) I advised her that her very upsetting tone was not professional and I’m sorry she is struggling . I asked her what steps to take if I recieved my product as late as projected and it was unsatisfactory. She stated to call back tomorrow and talk with someone. So again I ask her her name so if there was a problem I know who I spoke with…she refuses. Aggravated I ask her to simply cancel my original order and what steps that included and and what to expect. I then proceeded to as for the General Mangers name so I could specifically speak to that person at a later point, she then I turned tried to tell me again it was a law (another lie) I apologized to her that she was having such a bad night that her and the other girl were so unhappy by my business and inquisitions About the current situation. I ask ask if there was anything she would be willing to do or credit or anything for my inconvenience because I had just wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break on the phone with her and now have no lunch. She then explain to me the only thing she will do is refund my money. And that is it. Definitely made me feel like I was such a burden, there are plenty other competitive pizzerias in the area that I will gladly utilize for my business. So rude Dominos !!!!! And you have your employees lying to customers!!!
