Came in for Veteran’s Day. The service was amazing and fast and my server at the bar was very kind. The food was very good and cooked to perfection. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Chili’s has a tendency to get a bad reputation these days, I highly recommend this location.

Service is unmatched!! (Especially after the holidays) The hostess was very friendly. My waitress Liz was absolutely amazing!! She was in a great mood the entire time, and constantly checked on everyone around me. The food came out quickly in very big portions. You won’t leave hungry! I would most definitely recommend. Don’t forget to tip your waiters people!🙂

I had to ask twice for a refill. And the table next to us seemed to be getting treated better. They never asked for refills and got some before they even finished drinking their drink. I'm not saying that all the service is bad, but just this time when we went, it wasn't even that crowded, the waitress we had just wasn't paying us as much attention as others. I'm not saying she was bad, just distracted with helping the bigger tables first. Also, the only thing I expect from wait staff is to refill my drink. I could care less if they ask me how my food is or anything like that. Just keep my drink full. I will flag you down if I need something from you or if my food isn't good.

My daughter and I stopped in for a to-go order Friday evening (2/7). The staff at the to go counter were super friendly and our food was actually unbelievably good. I’ll be honest, I don’t have high expectations for Chilis (or really any chain restaurant) but tonight changed my mind. We got the loaded fries, triple dipper with honey chipotle chicken strips, southwest egg rolls, and the Nashville hot mozzarella, & a side salad. The chicken was tender, well seasoned, drenched in sauce, and cooked perfectly. The mozzarella was sooo good. I don’t know what I was expecting, but not this beautifully seasoned giant chunk of hot cheese! The eggrolls were scrumptious. The side salad, it was huge and full of a variety of fresh lettuce (not a wilted leaf in sight), cheese, tomatoes, and croutons. We shared a big side of the loaded fries and again, excellent! Covered in cheese, bacon, and crunchy sliced pickled jalapeños…fries were cooked & seasoned perfectly. It all came with more than enough ranch and I was very nicely stacked in a large Togo bag. Thanks for a nice dinner Sherman Chilis! 10/10 Will go again!

We really enjoyed this dinner! We had an amazing waitress who was kind, helpful, and paid attention to our concerns. Many places have lost the good customer service, but not this place. The food was great, and everyone seemed very happy to work here. We will definitely be going back soon. Well worth it!

Today we went right at the beginning of the lunch rush. We were seated promptly and a waitress was over in less than a minute to take our drink orders. She came back by a short while later and took our lunch order. We asked about a substitution and she immediately told us it was fine. Our appetizers came out within 5 minutes and our meal just a few minutes after that. It would have been nice to have a little more time between the two, but that was a pacing issue with the kitchen, not our server and as it was lunch, I did appreciate the speed, as many people only have so much time to eat. Our food was hot and fresh. Everything was exactly as ordered. Our waitress stopped by with refills without us having to wait for ask and quickly brought us to go containers when we were ready. It was the absolute smoothest and most enjoyable experience I've had at this location and it made it a guarantee that we will return, soon!

Chili's has an excellent menu selection. On the list is a versatile burger variety, steaks and shrimp done different ways, salads and soups, and, of course, the appetizers. A plate full of French fries covered in cheese and bacon pieces is the way we always begin our visit to the restaurant. I had the chicken enchiladas this time with some blackberry tea to accompany it. My wife had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes covered in bacon bits and some seasoned asparagus stalks. On our particular visit there were two hosts working our table and both were polite, accurate and prompt. This location is staffed with caring people who are interested in the customer and a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

Super nice staff, clean restaurant and good food. We had the trio fajita, exploded quesadilla salad and burger. My son, who was celebrating his birthday 🎉 got a chocolate cake that was toped with ice cream and caramel.... Yum. All were excellent.

We eat here from time to time and everything is typically good. Tonight however, the Old Timer burger I ordered was Excellent! I have been complaining for years that restaurants don't seem to season the burgers anymore. Tonight I had the first burger in a long time that was well seasoned and well cooked. As an added bonus, whoever was the fry cook tonight needs a raise. The chips were light and crispy instead of greasy and my fries were perfect with a crispy outside and soft inside. No limp greasy fries. Thanks for an enjoyable meal.

We haven’t been to a Chili’s for a few months; but we had a few gift cards we needed to use. So after we left Texoma HD we went, it was pretty close and we were hungry. Upon arrival there were several places to park, so that was easy. Then we went in and the host led us to a table, as we were making the short walk the host asked us if we wanted to donate to something so we could sign something and have it hung on the wall… my first thought was to turn around and leave. Im tired of people always asking for handouts. (We’ll debate this another time.) We we’re seated promptly. The server was a ball of pure sunshine energy, she was very polite and really knew how to treat people, her charisma and ability to help us make a decision on what we wanted was excellent! My wife ordered the chips & salsa, hamburger with fries and a large tea. I ordered the Tex-Mex chicken bowl with a side salad and started off with a margarita. As I mentioned before the service was great; drinks came out timely, as did the food. The food was tasty, I’ve never had that bowl before; I would definitely get it again! My wife loved her hamburger and fries, these fries tasted better than any other fast food place. I didn’t believe her, so I had to try one… she was right, these fries are awesome! We got our bill, used the tablet thing on the table and there it was again… would you like to donate to blah blah? NO! Then it listed the tip options… where’s the no tip option button? There isn’t one, you have to choose custom tip and enter 0. Finally, I can swipe the gift cards to pay and then I paid the balance with my atm card. We got our chips and salsa to go, and left a $10 bill partially covered by the tablet thing on the table as a tip. (Cash is king! I’d rather leave a tip in cash for the person who waited on us than to leave it on the electronic receipt to be shared by all and taxed.) Overall this location is 5-stars. You should go try it.

Just Left Chile's Restaurant in Sherman, Tx. Called in An Order for Pick-Up. Got My Favorite Chicken Wings, And These Sausage With Cheese, Jalapeños. They are Absolutely The Best I've Ever had. Stopped by the Bar to Say Hi To the Bartender Who is Definitely a Breath of fresh air. Great Personality, Very Customer Friendly. She is Always On top of Taking care of Her Guest At the Tables and the Bar. I'd Highly recommend The Chicken Wings.

What you'd expect for a trip to Chili's, it was good, but nothing spectacular. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was hot and freshly made. The hostess was the sweetest! My biggest complaint about this Chili's is that it's cold enough to hang meat in there year round! Turn that thermostat up!!

Quick service, great food! I highly recommend the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadilla on the $8 menu. The Caesar salad pairs nicely even with the chips and salsa!

Food was good and was a large portion size. I had the Smokehouse combo, pick 2 with half rack (it was huge) of ribs and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Also changed out the Mac n cheese for mushrooms. Wife had the appetizer sampler for her meal and it was good. Chips and salsa are always good here if you like it mild like we do. Lots of leftovers. Service was great even though busy. She gave us to go drinks without us even asking.

5-10-24 After a 20 minute wait we were seated and drinks were ordered quickly. We placed our food orders when the drinks were brought out. Even though the place was full (as in there was even a wait for the bar!) our food was out in less than 10 minutes. I have been in other Chilis that took almost 20 minutes when it was virtually empty. The food was correct, hot and delicious. It was a nice ending to a 10 hour drive. I wish the hotel had been half as nice

Service was good. Food has definitely changed over the years. I don't understand how you can mess up chicken crispers, but they did. LOL. They used to have a nice, crispy coating, but this was barely floured.

I use to go to Chili's all the time and I loved it. That was probably 5 years ago. Well going back now was a disappointment. Nothing on the menu was the same. I did finally fine something, the casadilla with brisket, cheese, a barbecue sauce, it was very good. Let me explain a little here, I am 65, I have raised 4 kids have 5 grandkids. I like to go out to dinner and many places are loud in the sence that people are talking, that is not a problem it is expected. When we were seated the tables were not full, two had customers, both 2 adults 2 kids. First table just catty corner from us was a nice little family. The parents interacted with the kids. The family laughed and talked about what I did not know. The next table, about 3 tables away was horrible, the kids were loud, arguing and the parents didn't do much of anything to discourage them to use their inside voice. The parents just talked to each other, ignored them. I should of asked to be moved.

Seating was a bit slow. The server was good, funny great attitude, and never had to ask to refill my tea.

I usually like to go elsewhere, but the Roadhouse was too busy. This time we got fajitas trio. We brought our own silverware (gold) & really enjoyed the meal. Our waitress was young but she was attentive. We also got the molten chocolate cake with ice cream, it was the cherry on top. My sweetie was wearing a different presence & it was like being on a date. If I get lucky I'll change it to 5 stars! Highly recommend!

I usually really like eating at Chili's, but I have to say the food today was less than spectacular. I got chicken fajitas and the chicken felt and tasted like it had been frozen chicken strips that were microwaved, had a little sauce thrown on them and were served that way. There's no way that chicken even touched a grill. We got the TX cheese fries. They were so overdone that the cheese on top was hard. My daughter ordered a medium rare steak that came out bloody. Really wasn't worth the $57 for 3 people that I spent today. The server was new and obviously hadn't been trained properly. He was fumbling when he brought our food to us and then he forgot the tortillas for the fajitas. I had to call him back to the table to ask for them. We'd gotten one of the $25 meal for 2. He never brought the dessert (cheesecake) so we had to ask for it and then it took at least 10 minutes to get it. Then there wasn't a kiosk at the table, so I had to call him over to ask how I was supposed to pay. Overall, just not the experience I'm used to, but then again, I think this was the first time I've been back to Chili's since the pandemic started.

Ordered to-go with a gift card, which somehow got jumbled and mixed up and, ultimately, lost despite having confirmation numbers and such. The folks at the restaurant took care of it, so not knocking them at all, they did a terrific job making things right, so just knocking the "service" from five stars to four because of the initial errors from the restaurant. The food was... fine. They did not include the tortilla chips that I ordered, which wasn't great. The streak that I ordered had been requested to be medium rare, but it was, at best, medium and skewing closer to medium well. It tasted fine, but getting a steak that's at least one, and closer to two, levels of doneness above what you've ordered is not great. My wife enjoyed her meal, and my son enjoyed his tenders and fries, so I will still give three stars for the food despite a missing part of our order and my steak being overcooked.

When you enter the establishment, it smells musky and wet. It's not like entering a restaurant where you smell good food and it's inviting. We sat on a high top table by the bar area, and the table was still sticky, and the chairs had remnants of food, which they maybe forgot to wipe. The Queso was not the original. Chips were stale. Batter of the chicken strips were not fluffy/flaky but hard. Dressing for the chicken strips honey mustard was sour. We ordered a 4 pcs. and a 5 pcs. The 5 pics. was smothered with the honey chipotle dressin/sauce. I had 1 out of the 4, and my bf had 2 out of the 5. The only think good from what we ordered was ice tea and fries that came with the food. The macaroni that came with the food was just all mayo and noodles. We always liked coming to Chili's and truly had never had a problem. But this time, it was seriously and honestly horrible. Not sure when we are coming back to this location. It's too bad because there are only a few choices in Sherman to eat that we like.

We ordered chips and salsa. I ordered 12 Buffalo wings with ranch and avocado ranch. My husband ordered 4 chicken strips with fries, ranch, and avocado ranch. The first batch of chips was perfectly cooked, thin, light, and airy with a touch of salt. The second batch wasn't cooked enough and very greasy. The salsa was mediocre and lacking in flavor. I'm sure someone who doesn't like any spice would enjoy it. My husband's chicken tenders were more like chicken toughs! They were not cut against the grain and very hard to chew. The fries and macaroni and cheese were good, and he liked the avocado ranch. My wings were very good. They were cooked perfectly, and I really enjoyed the Buffalo sauce. I felt that 12 wing for $14 was a good deal. I thought the ranch was a little thin. I didn't care for the avocado ranch. It was too thin and lacking in flavor. The server was very attentive. The atmosphere is about the same as Applebee's and Outback. They play music, it's a little dark and they serve overpriced meals like everyone else!

Not the best Chili's I have visited and far from the worse. I've gone here now for a few years and I will call it a middle of the road type of location. The wait staff has always been friendly but on average they do just enough but you may get that one trhat will go above and beyond. I've never had an order messed up but there have been times it seemed as if portion sizes will vary depending on when you go. All and all I'm sure I will be back to this location again in the future.

My waitress was annoyed with our party because we weren't ready to order right away. I ordered the 3 for me and did the spike it up for $2.49, got myself a margarita. I ordered the carne asada for $16 I received 4 tortillas and only 5 small peices of meat. It was poor portions! My boyfriend ordered the cajun shrimp pasta for $16 and spiked his up with a margarita also, his hardly had any shrimp. The 3 for me comes with an appatizer he ordered soup, i ordered chips and salsa my chips were mainly crumbs. My parents and I got our appetizers first but my boyfriend did not I had to ask my waitress about it and she looked even more annoyed. My son accidentally spilled his drink at the end of our meal and I apologized she just looked annoyed overall with us. As well as there were 3 kids, only one kids meal ordered would have been nice if she'd offered extra plates. At the end of our bill she charged the margaritas full price $10.58 each instead of the spike it up for $2.49. she did fix it after I questioned it. All done and said I was DISAPPOINTED IN THE PORTIONS!!!

Ordered three bowls of chicken enchilada soup and 2 frozen margaritas. Curbside did the come out so I went in. She handed me to margaritas not frozen at all, I asked about it she said oh well these are the frozen ones. I just wonder if she made them right after I called in my order. And the soup usually has tortilla chips separately. Not this time and well of course they were soggy by time I ate them. Had chili's a few weeks ago and was great but far from it this time.

I come to this location all the time and never had an issue. Diana was my server and she handled my requests quickly but seemed too focused on other things to ever ask us if we were okay. I had to flag her down several times and it seemed as the dinner went on she got annoyed at me. We didn’t have crazy requests…usually when I order the chicken and waffle entree it comes with corn and fries but I guess they discontinued doing that and it only came with one side…she was nice enough to get the additional side. Food was served cold and took a while which is why I gave this two stars.

I'm proudly 59 years old and I've eaten at many Chili's during my lifetime and it is one of my favorite picks to dine however this was the dirtiest restaurant (out of All restaurants) I believe I have EVER eaten at. To top it off the food was cold which made no since. I would have given 1 star but our server was very nice so they got an extra star. We will not be back for a very long time if ever.

Food was okay. But we had crickets flying all over us the whole time we were eating and crawling up our legs. We told our waitress and she was SO sweet. But there was no compensation for a bad experience.

I'll always give a low rating for unfriendly service, no matter how good the food is. They aren't nice at the to go counter. They should quit if they hate their job.

EVERY time I try to get the sirloin it is overcooked, dry, and thin. The fajita steak is thicker and better than the sirloin. The new remodel seems awkward. Not sure what they were doing with that. Much it it had been in service without being completed.

The wait staff just argued about who's section our table belonged to. The other guests that sat after us didn't get this kind of service. They were waited on immediately before we had even gotten a greeting. When we went ahead and just figured out the we were not wanted there, so we got up to leave. No one apologized or even said a thing! The most rude service ever!!! Never again!! I will only be saying the worst about this establishment!!

Awful. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and I guess the cook forgot to take it out of the fryer. Could hardly bite into it.

Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Service was quick. The food was so salty it was inedible. The only thing we finished was the garden salad, that we didn't order (ordered the Cesar).

We got take out ...its our first time being to a chilis since being overseas in Japan and eating at a chilis there...absolutely...sorry just disgusting it was so burnt and just ugh picture is only one food other food we threw away ...so disappointed I'll never be back again

Went on May 10 my my birthday with my family. Service was amazing and food was as well. That is the one star. The restaurant is so nasty that I was afraid to eat. The walls,floors , window and window shades were all covered in food. 2 of us had silverware with food still on it. Seems as the Manager has just over looked the cleanliness of the place. It's not just I didnt clean real well one night. Its an accumulation of months . Hopefully they get it cleaned. Such a waste of a good restaurant .

I may delete or change review if I get a response from corporate. What kind of loser corporation has a customer complaint phone number that doesn't have a voicemail or have anyone available?

Walking in was disgusting. Not clean at all. Our table was sticky, the seats were sticky. Our waitress was not attentive at all, had to ask for napkins more than twice, she was rude. Got up to step outside and she just stood there in the way looking at me even after I said excuse me. Ignored us when we tried to get her attention. Other workers brought us stuff we asked for and they as well had horrible attitudes, reaching across me with chips close to my face instead of informing me they were there. Food was horrible, my son's burger was wrong, my wife's steak tasted like watered down meat, my rice was part hard and clumpy, the beans taste like someone emptied salt into it. Over all terrible experience, service and food. Won't be going back. Our family left very upset and angry.

This place was a absolute let down we went after church. We waited to be seated, and then we got a waitress that wasn’t attentive. We got one refill throughout the whole entire Meal. Then the food that I ordered was really tough and disgusting. The waitress was more focused on a bigger table that she had instead of on us, or any other table oh, the only time she was attentive to us, was whenever it came to paying the bill!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. It has been a while since we came, and it will be a while again.

Went inside and joined the waitlist was told "5-10-20 minutes" we said that was fine. Got the confirmation text but never got a text that our table was ready so we went somewhere else to eat after waiting 45 minutes.

Had lunch today with my grandson at the Chili’s in Sherman, TX. I do not recommend. Just walking in I was concerned with the sidewalk and entrance very dirty, even nasty. The front door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When seated I looked up and the ac vents covered with mold and dirt, the walls around the floor were dirty. The food took for ever to come out, at least 40 mins. The burger was not as ordered and the salad was terrible. The lettuce wins wilted and the quesadilla that went with it was like it had been setting on a paper plate in a dorm room for days….the only plus was the waitress was good.

Ordered online, but their customer service was just awful. I received no notification for when my food was ready to be picked up as I should. When I finally got fed up enough to come inside and see what the hold up was, I found my food sitting on the back shelf and the restaurant empty. My food was cold. This location absolutely sucks.

Ordered Crispy Chicken Crispers to go. Not only was the chicken cold, but the amount of fries I was given was a joke. I'd be upset if my child was given that amount of fries on a kids meal.

My once-favorite restaurant, Chili's, has seriously disappointed me. After waiting two hours for our food, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay. Only one of our four meals was edible. My steak arrived practically raw, while my friends' burgers were burnt to a crisp. We were told the kitchen was backed up another hour because of the "bad cooks" on shift, an explanation that is frankly unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refused our refund request, forcing us to pay full price for a mostly inedible meal. This experience has completely ruined Chili's for me, and I won't be returning.Hope Managers take notice of these issues and address the serious problem in the kitchen and staffing.

10-23-25 worst experience I've had at chili's in 40 years really wanted to tell a district Mgr about it but you can't get in touch with them either, won't be going back to sherman the management team here doesn't car about making thing right with a bad experience!!

This has happened multiple times ordering to go from this Chilis. Had 4 pieces of chicken in what is suppose to be Chicken Quesadillas. Tortilla was harder than a brick. There is even a quesadilla…in a quesadilla!!! No chicken in either of those! Thank goodness Door Dash does refunds. This place is horrible to order to go from. Management needs to acknowledge.

Serious Sanitation Concerns at Chili’s I recently witnessed multiple health and sanitation issues at the Chili’s location in Sherman, TX that need immediate attention. During my time there, I observed employees not washing their hands for several hours, even after handling food or touching their phones. Workstations and prep areas were visibly dirty, and staff frequently leaned on food counters with unwashed arms. I also noticed that food was being handled without gloves, utensils were reused without cleaning, and no food temperatures were being checked. Some employees were eating food directly off customers’ plates in the kitchen area, which is highly unsanitary. Management appeared to be aware of these behaviors and did not take any corrective action. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness in this establishment. I hope this review encourages management and local health authorities to address these issues promptly to ensure a safe dining environment for customers.

Call me old fashioned but restaurants have forgotten about customer service. This place it starts from the minute you walk in the door. Owners please know that as customers we have plenty of other choices to eat and we chose your restaurant. There is a line waiting because they refuse to seat people. There are over 25 seats available! I assume people are late to work or they won’t seat you in a booth because it’s out of the servers area! Really they can’t walk 6 feet to serve out of area. It’s not a huge deal but get it together. Next time I will go to another restaurant. They stuck us in between two groups while my handicapped wife had to squeeze in. Come on just seat us where we ask and accommodate the customer when you can.
