Let me start off by saying I ordered online and placed a 30 dollar family deal and it’s laughable I’ll post a picture below. The chicken was good. But my side was literally a MEDIUM French fry for a family meal of 10 piece of chicken. They totally forgot my okra I ordered. The biscuits just aren’t it anymore. Super disappointed and don’t recommend. BRING BACK KFC

i had to repeat my order twice at speaker. got up to window and had my order wrong. ordered the shrimp combo with sweet tea and cold slaw, they had to change the mash potatoes , i didnt order, to cold slaw, i ask for tater sauce and she gave one small packet for eight shrimp. i ask for more and she told me she could only give me one. after leaving i realized she didnt give me my tea, got home and no biscuit with my combo. will never go back. horrible customer service, and the manager needs to stop being stingy with the tater sauce. that little pack couldnt have cost him more then a few cents if that much. there was no cocktail sauce in my order either.

Spent about $50 for a meal to feed my family for dinner tonight, however what was delivered was a 2 piece meal. That can't feed a family of 4! I tried calling the store 10 times and all they do is hang up on me. I just want a refund or my correct order redelivered. It's so complicated! I should have just used door dash. At least my issue would have been taken care of now. Now I have to wait until they investigate and call me back. I sent pics and everything this is not my order! I have. Never had a an issue before so I am not sure what the heck happened but I want my money back or my correct meal delivered! I normally don't write reviews but this really pissed me off. Please help me.

Won't give me my refund on an order I never received. No one will call me back. I have tried to call, emailing and even social media! Order was about $50 and they delivered me someone else's 2 piece meal that cost $9! Never experienced such difficulty trying to get a refund and I have photo proof. Photos are from the order they gave me. Crazy!

Stood at the counter with the wife today for 10 min. Nobody ever cared to speak to us.

I ordered via the drive-thru. Options online are not the same if you order in person. Therefore I had to adjust my order once I arrived. Two can dine yet it only comes with one drink???? I then had to pull around for 13 minutes for spicy chicken which I expected however the girl gave my order to the other customer waiting on food as well. My food goes in another persons car, they check it, their germs my food and they don't replace it. This is horrible customer service.

Thr chicken here is not marinated and cooked properly. The heavy crust on the chicken is there because they are not cleaning their hands . I watched the young lady pile the chicken into the flour and her hands were covered in dough from the previous batch she cooked. I bought 3 piece mixed combo. The leg was not completely cooked the wing was small and the breast was greasy and had a burn mark on it. Please check your before leaving. When I called the store there is no answer. I guess this is their marketing strategy to keep from making things right with their customers. This taste of the food and the customer is not very good.

I ordered thru the app online and once at the store waited 45 minutes as other walk in customers orders got service as I stood, and stood. I also noticed African Americans tell me leave as they stood in line and didn't get service at the counter. Looks I'm not the race card guy but, did I mentioned I paid for my food 15 minutes before I arrived and I waited 45 more minutes. Had I knew how to request a refund through the app I would have been gone. BTW the chicken was over cooked. I guess I got spoiled at the hot new Greenville location!! That location has a line out the door and no racial oversight. I'm still a customer but not at this location.

Well let me tell you first DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! When I tell you this was the worst 😫 I mean the worst the chicken and pie looked and tasted as if it was cooked in old grease saved and put back in grease then to heat lamp the potatoes and macaroni tasted sour and old $60 dollars wasted .The young waitress at the drive through very nice the older woman wasn't about to lean at all to put food out window had to put truck in park un buckle and practically lean half way out truck to reach bag .Then only to disappoint the family when I had to cook up something because this food was terrible. Wow what happened churches chicken used to be the cats meow.I wish this one would realize they are going to make a family ,a child sick . There was something seriously wrong with this food .

I've gone there now once a week for a month now. I was hoping for a different experience each time. Nope horrible again. Forget your food, forget your order, cant/won't speak English, either greasy or cold food and can be very rude. I tried really hard to eat here, but I'm done with this location. Just a terrible experience each time.

Finally ate at a Church's and gotta say I was very unimpressed by the food or how long it took to be acknowledged. Too busy worrying about drive-thru to be concerned with the people who come in. Should be welcomed as you enter. That's just basic customer service.

Absolutely terrible. The lady taking my order clearly had too much of a language barrier and completely messed up my order. After almost 15 minutes in line and 3 order corrections, people behind me started leaving. No one moved with any sense of urgency. Glad I'll never be back to that place.

We ordered fish for my sister as described in their menu we checked it as we were leaving and it was nothing like what they had advertised on the internet. Their fries were just thrown into a plastic bag and I ordered cheese bombers and they were in the same bag as the fries but in their own separate bag and just could not hardly see them. The fish was almost burned. Some people may like their fish cooked to a crisp like that but not all people do. The fish is my big complaint. Therefore I can only give them a one. Thank you.
