Great fast food joint but with better and more tasty options than your chain ones. Price are reasonable too, try the Philly and cheese sticks. Both great. For breakfast the monster burrito is great

Amazing hole in the wall local staple secret. This joint will not disappoint. The Philly Cheesesteaks are dripping delicious, and juicy meaty mayhem "Wanna Burgers" that'll make you slap yourself silly. One of the best on the southside of the Red River!

I would give 10 stars if I could. This place is great we went through the drive through on our way home now I wish we would've went in to eat the food is amazing everything was hot and full of great flavor the gravy although was a small portion of our meal was delicious not water like most places it was home made tasting the chicken strips were so good I am so glad we stopped there to eat. The service was very nice and friendly. The price compared to other fast food was very reasonable.

The food is good and it serves breakfast all day. It’s nice to go to a mom and pop place that is not a chain restaurant. Burgers are extremely tasty, the chicken fried steak is also very good. Large portions at reasonable prices. Will visit again.

The portion sizes and flavors are really good for the price. We had a mushroom hamburger, a fried chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a chicken fried steak sandwich with a side of fried mushrooms. Everything wash cooked fresh to order. It was all delicious. The Wanna Burger restaurant has been around for nine years and is in the old Watsons Burger Restaurant that the City of Sherman recognizes the structure as a historical building. Due to the history Wanna Burger also maintained some of the original Watson Burger menu items such as the Monster Burrito currently called Wanna Monster Burrito.

Went through the drive through but the food was fantastic. Perfect burger. The fries are so crispythat i ate almost all of them and i always leave half on purpose and my experience will bring me back for a delicious burger

When I was a kid, some 55 years ago, my family would stop at Watsonburger which is now Wannaburger. The burgers are similar to Whataburger but the fries are much better. While not the same as Watsonburger (new owner) it is still serving a good old fashioned burger and fries at a good price. I will be back.

I have been going to wanna burger for a long time, but today we ordered Burgers. It's most times great. But the beef patties were so thin, no the flavor. I hope it gets better. I've never had a bad experience with this burger place

Tried this place today. I was not a fan of my meal. The steak fingers with curly fries is what I ordered. The steak and gravy were extremely flavorless and the curly fries tasted like they came from a frozen bag you can get at the grocery store. I did try a bite of my mom’s burger and it was decent and the onion rings were good. Not sure I’d be back as there are other burger places with tastier food but glad to have tried this place as it always intrigued my daughter and I when we drove by it.

We order here quite a bit through Door Dash. Good food and friendly staff. I have only one complaint. I've ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich combo twice and both times I got the chicken fried chicken sandwich. Also, the fries were cold and not completely done. My receipt clearly states chicken fried steak.

Customer Service Audit

I had really high hopes for this place, I drove past it for years and saw it almost every week. I finally have some time to stop by and drive AN HOUR out of my way and before I even get my burger I’m greeted with an almost 25 min wait for the food. I finally get the food after nearly 30 mins, pay by card, and the machine “isn’t working”. More time. Let me be the first to say….these burgers should come with a cardiac bypass, they’re that greasy. I’d honestly be a little more forgiving if the food that I waited nearly 30 mins for wasn’t missing one of the advertised things it comes with and wasn’t soggy from sitting before I actually got it. Icing on the cake….no straw for the drink. The fries were mediocre, greasier than the burger. I get you may be busy, but why prioritize the people who came in to SIT and eat over those who go through the drive through cause they want to get home? Why even have a drive through at that point. I’ll give this place another shot in a few months, maybe then I’ll change this review but I was thoroughly disappointed by the “positive” reviews this place has.

Went here for the morning. The food is greasy to the point I felt sick eating it, especially when I saw the cooks vaping!!! This restaurant needs to be inspected immediately for unsanitary processes. At night the service was better however, the girl with black hair was lovely - but the one with blue hair was so off-putting.
