Poor service. Let my salad sit up there i had to go get it. What happened to have them come to table and wait on you. I won't go back well go to one in Gainesville but we sat there 15 mins cause only 1 girl running the floor plus reg and phone . It was fri and only 1 girl. What has happened to pizza hut?

They have nothing but a bunch of kids working. They stand around and talk to each other. They put your name up on a progress board and then a few minutes later your name disappears because they can't get the pizza done in time. Awful pizza place in Whitesboro.

Why do people continue to write complaints about this location? Pizza Hut corporate has a D- rating with the BBB. They do not respond to complaints on the corporate website and the employees at this location are too involved with their cell phones to correct any problems. My last pizza was raw in the center. No offer to remake it. The genius shift manager with a tongue piercing said we will do better next time. If they can’t get it right the first time why come back a second time. No offer of a refund. I guess charging for inedible food is the norm with Pizza Hut.

Everytime we have been in this place the order is messed uup.this was the last straw. I order something that is advertised on TV advertisement with dipping sauce. When after a 40 minute wait and 12 minutes past the time the screen said the pizza would be ready . I asked for the dipping sauce after she handed me the pizza . She said that the pizza was rung up wrong and the sauces was not included. She got the person who had rang up the order and she then told me it would be another 3.00$ for the dipping sauce. I was shocked and told her I would not be paying her over 30.00 for a pizza . I also let her know the add includes the sauce and she did not explain it would be a added charge . When I refused to pay for the sauce she very animated said ok the have a good night and then put her hands on her hips. I can spend my money anywhere and do spend a lot on eating out . I will not be going back to this place .

Got wings and even though we asked for our ranch 4 different times they didn't give it to us and our pizza wasn't hot. Tried telling the girl and she just said sorry and walked away

We ordered two pizzas with extra sauce. When we got them home we found there was no sauce on them. I called to let them know and asked them to be remade, reminding them twice that extra sauce was requested. When we got there we received our pizza with no sauce again. It was like eating a dry biscuit. Manage blamed us by saying our 10 minute drive dried the pizza out.

I have never seen a worst run franchise store then the pizza hut here in Whitesboro. The wait time on a pizza is it least 45 to 50 minutes and sometimes over an hour. I have even had employees tell me they won’t honor nationally advertised promotions. I’m sure that’s orders from the franchise owner. Most of the employees are kids who apparently got little training or no social skills. The pizzas that I have received have been downright soggy on the bottom crust. I do not know how this French has location makes money because I never see it crowded. I hope one day things will turn around Because I typically enjoy Pizza Hut‘s pizzas, just not location

I only come back every month or two because sometimes you just don't want to get out. But it never fails. Every time the order is wrong in some way. Every time. I only order again out of a sheer lack of options.

I ordered delivery yesterday and when the delivery person delivered my order she said she was across the street knocking on someone else's door and I should have included in the note section the name of my business so she can find it. Also she said she called my phone and I didn't answer. Then when she opened her bag to give me my pizza, it was not in there. She has to go back and get my pizza. By the time she returned my pizza was barely warm and also at the end of the business day so I did not call or request another pizza. I called today and told them what happened the lady on the phone cut me off saying ma'am ma'am ma'am, told me the total for my new pizza, full price! I told her I would not be ordering delivery this time. They didn't even apologize! I am at work alone a lot so I don't get to leave so I depend on delivery service for lunch some days and there isn't a lot to choose from in Whitesboro. I am very disappointed.

What has happened to you Pizza Hut? This place is disappointing! I remember when Pizza Hut was a restaurant, not a fast food place! No menus, non-existent staff, and outrageous pricing! Was initially overcharged, corrected that, received our meal and had no dipping sauce for boneless wings! Went to get some and was charged extra! Who doesn't offer dipping sauce for hot wings? At least one! Nope! Had to find someone to get a box and then they wanted us to use a smaller box for their "big box" meal. Very disappointed and won't go back!

This is a total Rip-Off of a pizza hut!!!!! $13 dollars for a less than adequate Melt that only costs $7.49 at any other pizza hut. Plus, they refused to provide an itemized receipt . Two big thumbs down on this Dump!!!!

The melts are nothing like the commercial. Expected meaty fold over like a pan supreme. We ordered meat lovers and a chicken bacon. Hardly any meat. No bacon to be found. Very disappointing. Store is dirty most times when we visit. Staff behind counter seem clueless. One nice young man has been there twice. Rest are rather rude. Won’t order these again. Believe the commercial is false advertising. Not what you get. Marinara sauce was watered down also. Not good.
