Tried the new mango pineapple cold drink....with green tea. It's pretty good I expected it to be super sweet but it was just right with alot of ice!

Great people!! They recently remodeled. Now there's comfortable chairs to sit in and chill. Also the are open until 12 which is great.

There was a cute girl with a cleft lip in the drive through Wednesday, she was an absolute doll, and made my whole week. Wish I knew her name would of told the manager to give her praise!!!

Always love coming here, especially when I get a free donut with a large drink! I even had the privilege of a friendly conversation with the manager, of which was a very kind person! Would highly recommend the chai tea!

We accidentally forgot to tell the drive thru lady that we wanted the flavor swirl instead of the shot and once we got the iced coffee and realized there was no sweetener in it they were cool and just made us another one.

I go to this Dunkin almost every day, and have had excellent service each and every time I am here. I absolutely recommend this Dunkin to anyone coming through. The workers are always friendly, and get orders filled quickly.

Coffee was perfect, but the wait in the drive thru was all of 15 minutes, though. IDK.. Maybe they were short staffed or someone was new..

Of course Dunkin' Donuts is good! I've never found a thing I didn't love. In the summer I pick up unsweetened iced tea to try to get away from all the sugar, and DD's tastes so tea-ish. Such good flavor!

Went to 2 local DD locations to attempt to have coffee and donuts inside. This location was the only one open inside at 5:00pm. They provided great service unlike the Burrstone rd, Seneca turnpike locations. Thanks for letting us in. 😁

I always enjoy Dunkin donuts coffee. Would have liked to have had more cushiony chairs in the restaurant though.

Staff here is good. No mistakes that I can recall. Line gets backed up often during busy times.

Long Lines pretty much any time of the day, but especially during morning, lunch, and five-time hours. I use the app to ensure my order is taken correctly, but always double check to make sure! The sweets are consistently tasty, but the other "menu" items (ie bagels, wraps, etc) are not usually good.

Basic dunkin donuts...we go there every now and then and I only remember 1 time they messed up my order. I only go there for coffee so I can't judge the food.

Often there are mistakes but I show up during rush hour so I understand

Staff polite. Waited just a few minutes as they worried about drive through and other duties behind the counter before getting to me. Needs a little more attention to cleanliness but not the worst I've seen. Fingerprints all over glass doors. Someone sat on chair and must have had baby powder in underwear and FARTED because it shows on seat. Coffee was good. Staff member sat next to me at dirty table and didn't bother cleaning it.

Decent food although I am not a fan of their coffee. The coffee is just light and does not taste good to me. The sandwiches are pretty legit. The service is always quick and very friendly.

I really o ly like the French crullers those are my fav. However they don't always have them so that is sad.

It was okay. They do not offer a refill on a regular coffee. That's very CHEAP! Won't be getting coffee here!

Not a direct issue with that store I'm guessing but when ordering from the app it gives me an option for walk in but when I show up ro the store the doors are locked. A miscommunication somewhere that is very frustrating.

The service here is very hit or miss. There is no consistency for how the drinks are made, and a lot of the staff just can't be bothered to provide even the minimum amount of friendly customer service.

Start by saying its been a couple years since I visited a DD. Staff was great ,but the 1/2 dz Apple Fritters I bought were terrible. Small, very little apple taste ,and the worse was no chunks of apples in the Fritters. Coffee not bad but did taste old. Won't be back.

I got a hot chocolate from this Dunkin and when I took a sip there was literally a finger nail clipping in my drink that I almost swallowed! I almost threw up. On top of that the manager yells at customers in the drive thru and the service is terrible. I’m actually disgusted by this place omg.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel wich was delicious, 4 tator cakes wich was hard as a rock, a bacon wich literally wasn't cooked and 3 donuts. I called manager and never once offered anything just stated she would go talk to the staff. . I dont complain but wow this was disgusting

My wife got an iced caramel latte lite tonight at this Dunkin Donuts and after having it sit for about 2 hours when we got home she went and took a sip of it and the ice had melted and she saw the most disgusting thing in her cup.... A damned latex glove..... A latex glove!!! In her drink!!!! Completely unacceptable for any place of business to have this happen to a customer.... Something will be done about this....

Was just on my way to work when I stopped for my usual coffee. I asked (loud and clear) for NO sugar, but at the drive-up window they did give me sugar. So, I politely said "I hate to do this to you. but can you change it for me? I can't drink much sugar lately." So the girl took it back looking all confused and this girl with reddish-brown hair said in a nasty voice: IF SHE DIDN'T WANT SUGAR SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR IT. Seriously???? Went here on a Friday at 5:50pm. Waited in the drive thru for 4 mins before someone acknowledged me at the drive thru to place an order. Then waited in line behind two cars for 25 mins!!! And then was told there’s only one person working?!?

I go to this Dunkin daily. I ordered the snackin bacon. Usually it is hot and crispy. On Sat it was ice cold and the grease was solidified. It looked and tasted disgusting!!! I went inside and asked for my money back. The crew stated it's always cold never hot.i explained that it was always hot and crispy. The one employee said he would fix it. Only to give me the same thing!! Throughly disgusted!!!

I ordered on the app. I pull through the drive through and say my name. I say it again when I get to the window. The guy looks around and sees my order isn’t up yet.I wait 15 minutes for a small iced coffee with Carmel and cream just for the manager to come over and tell me they don’t have Carmel. I say okay nbd can I have mocha instead? The lady doesn’t say anything walks away. The original guy comes back 5 minutes later with coffee and practically threw at me I said thank you and got ignored. Also I got vanilla instead of mocha. The one in Marcy is so much better

Put in a mobile order 33 minutes ago and we are STILL waiting for our food -two wake up wraps and an order of hash browns. They didn't make my coffee correctly either. They have 6 people working and it's still not enough to get orders filled correctly and efficiently, and we're not the only ones with errors in our order. Won't be coming back to this Dunkin.

Everytime I go there, 1 female employee gives me a hard time about my frozen coffee, I get it with no sugar and she never puts cream in it and tells me it's the machine. I don't have issues with anybody else. I've been drinking this coffee everyday for 10 years. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. She never ever smiles and is so rude.

Bad service with customers, I ordered bagel egg & cheese no Bacon with coffee to go instead of that I found out that I got crescent egg & cheese but before that I asked them can the worker who prepare the orders to change his gloves because of pork allergy, ne respect for that. Worst experience I never had. The sandwich I gave it to someone else because the worker touch Bacon and did my order without changing the cloves.

This location is terrible. I have gone here multiple times and they always get the order wrong, Almost everytime I order a sandwich with sausage, they make it with bacon or no meat at all. Today, I went through the drive through and let them know I ordered on the app. As I was waiting at the window for the rest of my order (3 donuts), the drive through worker opened the window and said "what do you want" in an incredibly rude tone. I told her, "the rest of my order -- it's missing the 3 donuts I ordered." She asked me which donuts (can you not see what people ordered on your screen?) and then said, dismissively, "yeah,we don't have those." She didn't offer any alternatives so I was left to guess what they might have available. Then, when I got home, I opened the bag that had the breakfast wrap sandwiches inside -- and the photo shows what they looked like. They appeared as if someone put the ingredients into the bag and then smashed it? I don't know what is going on at this location, but corporate really ought to look into it. The service, food, and atmosphere are all awful. Don't waste your time or money.

Literally always get my order wrong. No double egg n cheese, got only a cup of oatmilk given to me once with no coffee added. And i swear my coffee itself is always made wrong, I order just about exactly the same thing the same way every time and it sometimes tastes like black coffee with a hint of flavor. So I Recently went for coffee the other day and asked if they had Bagels and the service through the Window was horrible. First asked for senior Discount and when I got to the window a worker has to cold coffees and is calling me Gina. What in the world . Drops my change on the ground so I tossed back 10 cent because no Discount and the coffee was like old and watered down but enough to Burn my mouth . Reaching out to my Lawyers . I stopped at dunkin today to buy drinks for my employees, while there the young lady that attended me who I believe is the manager was very rude and obnoxious, like she did not want to work that day, as a manager myself managers should not treat anyone, employees, vendors or customers like that. She needs some go re training on how to manage.

Ordered on uber eats and entire order was wrong. Asked for a brownie batter donut and received a strawberry frosted. Coffee made completely wrong. One bagel burnt. I don’t understand how you could mess up an order this badly, but they managed it. Also was extremely late. I appreciate that the food was warm when it arrived, but considering nothing was correct, it didn’t really matter.

Went this morning and received my food bag, went to make sure all my food was in the bag, grab what I thought was just napkins but ended up with a corner of my snackin bacon. Ended up pouring hot grease all over my expensive scrubs. Mad is an understatement!!! I know it’s supposed to be hot but had they not put the bag in sideways it wouldn’t have happened. The cashier never even tried to acknowledge it happened. Called multiple times to speak to a manager and goes right to a message. Can’t even leave a voicemail.
