The staff are always great. They have saint like patience when you have like a thousand special requests or modifications for your order. They work fast and a efficient and are always super friendly. There is one blonde woman with tatoos there who I always forget the name of, but she always reps the place well when I'm in there. The food is a nice change of pace when you want a healthier option, or if not healthier at least less processed. I always go in when I'm on a diet and always say I'll come back on a cheat day to check out their soups, but it always slips my mind. All their soups always look and smell good when I'm in that line. Using their online function is a bit of a pain if you have any modifications or add ons, but if you know what you want off the menu with minimum changes it is a breeze to use. Parking can get a bit congested in that lot, but you'll always find a spot somewhere. The price is a bit high, but it matches the quality of food and service so I would not count that against them. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This was my first time and I was a little intimidated at first, but the workers were so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and I loved their fountain drink options! Especially since I was able to get cold brew coffee!

I came across this place while travelling en route to Canada with my family. This large was full of healthy options and reminded me a lot like Dig In, another restaurant franchise that's full of healthy options as well. You have a choice of plates, bowls, or soups. There appeared to be about a dozen greens to choose from, several grains as well as several proteins with tons of healthy veggie options to add to your meal. A vegetarian or even a vegan can have a fixed day here creating their own meal with many different possibilities. For $21, my son and I enjoyed our bowls immensely and were both stuffed. There's an earthy vibe to this place with ambient world music playing in the background. Also, there were several unique drink options including raspberry herbal tea and watermelon agua fresca. I had the fresh squeezed beet lemonade and in it was quite refreshing with healthy beet juice mixed in for good measure. There were positive quotes throughout the restaurant as part of the decor and a shaded outdoor eating area option.

Great for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone looking for a delicious way to eat out and healthy at the same time. Took my wife and three kids to eat in as we had been looking to try the newly opened restaurant. We ordered the Sriracha Ginger Tofu & Ancient Grains bowl, Shiitake Mushroom & Roasted Tofu broth bowl, and three create your own bowls for the kids. All the food was very fresh and the kids loved that they got to choose each ingredient in their bowl. Unlike most restaurants, there isn't a separate section on the menu for healthy options as everything is a healthy choice. It's also great if you have a gluten sensitivity as everything is gluten free.

Parking is easy. The space is bright and big. There's an outdoor sitting area (heated). The selections of food are good. It's a popular spot for lunches. I got a Korean BBQ pork on warm rice. I was told "I'm getting spoiled" and it was a great treat.

Have been coming here on occasion since it opened years ago and the menu has expanded but everything I liked at the beginning is still there, and the quality has been very consistent. Lots of choices for tasty and healthy meals. There's plenty of meat choices but it's also vegan friendly. You can order off the menu or customize your own bowl, and small modifications to menu items (like swapping the protein, the dressing, or base) are possible. I really like their fresca drinks, they have some interesting flavours. Generally the staff is friendly and efficient. I really like the design of the place. They could stand to clean tables more though because on my recent visit, all but one of the booth tables were dirty. Since it looks like management reads reviews - I remember there used to be actual reusable bowls and silverware here, but now it's disposable bowls and cutlery only. I wish they'd bring the reusables back.

The food here is super fresh. Clean place and friendly staff. Lots of really cool tea and lemonade. Definitly recommend for a healthy and quick meal! Great place just sad sometimes the chicken is either under cooked or over cooked and dry. Just wish they would pay attention to that before serving a to-go order. But it's usually very very good!

Good food. Great place for a vegetarian. Meals were very big - smaller portion options would be nice. Food choices consist of a variety of salads, soups, and grain bowls with lots of add-ins. You can create your own or choose from ones they already have. Several unusual drinks - multiple kinds of lemonade and juices. You serve yourself with the drinks so you can try all the flavors!

Overall good fresh looking food, but a small issue. At the end , by the cash register they store the chopped”fresh” herbs and nuts. There is a small tong to place the cilantro on your bowl but my cashier grabbed it with her gloved hand( right after she punched my order in on the computer/ cash register). Gross. It turned out the cilantro was also mostly rancid, blackened and slimy. Luckily it was just one clump on top of my bowl and I was able to scoop it off and enjoy the rest of my bowl. After watching my cashier use her unsanitary although gloved hand to scoop my cilantro I did not want to leave a tip. It was awkward then to not choose one of the suggested tips. I usually tip 20% or more, this is my only time only tipping $1 this whole year. I have no problem with suggested tips, I believe the workers deserve good tips as long as they do a decent job.

I've been going there for years with my family. I always get a large Korean BBQ pork. When the menu was changed to be divided up into the Classic and Sizzle categories the Korean was moved to Sizzle. At 1st I was given the choice to have it made Classic or Sizzle... I always picked Classic. Today I only got grief when I tried to do that... The person working at the first station has an attitude and is definitely not someone who should be working directly with the public. I cannot say that we will be going back due to today's experience...

Order takeout. Food is good. Service is abrupt and rude. Eating there in the winter is just absurd. They do not heat the place and you have to freeze while eating. If it is cold out, order takeout.

Stopped at CORE around 5pm, all the greens were so wilted they looked sautéed! The romaine was brown and rusty. All of this should have been tossed out! I spoke to the manager and asked her if she would eat that and all she could do was smile. Clueless! Time to find another place for a healthier option.

I have always gone to core life because I have celiac disease and never had an issue before. I ordered a rice bowl and found a cockroach in my food. Disgusting! The only recourse they offered was to refund the cost of my dinner not the tip I left and to offer me more food? Really! I will never eat there again.
