Very nice place for an evening with friends. Service was excellent, all the food we took was tasty. Some friends were a bit disappointed by vitello tonnato (as they expected it differently). But the rest was good. We had tartare di tonno, tonarelli, salmone, ravioli.

By far the best service I have had in Italy. Our waiter was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. The place has a great feel too it and the food was good and a little different. Great knowledge on the wines and helped me choose a few great ones.

Our server Alessio was wonderful. He made a few suggestions (including wine), which we took and we were very happy. There were a few selections that really shined for having a rich flavor palette with beautiful presentation: the spring salad with fresh fava beans and peas, blueberries, fennel, and ricotta cheese; cacio e pepe pasta (take your time eating this to really get a sense of the layers of flavor; and chocolate torte with fresh berries and ice cream. We ordered other things, but the ones I mentioned were absolute perfection (especially the salad and dessert).

First interaction: 5 stars ⭐️! Malik is an amazing person with great people skills! We started the dinner with a Gewurtztraminer wine 🍷- from North of Italy 🇮🇹 recommended by him. As a starter we choose the Millefeuille aubergine - very soft, delicate and tasty starter! Primo piatto we had Cacio e pepe - delicious, perfect pasta! The after taste of pepper is just perfect! The cook just mastered the traditional Cacio e Pepe, and in the same time adding pistacchio that gives to this dish a crispy touch. Then you have the option to have shrimp tartar aside, that creates an amazing contrast, giving freshness to a dish that might be perceived as a heavy one. Tuna- elegant dish, perfect for a fit person! Chicken - verrrry tasty, a surprise I would say, perfect cooked potatoes and chicken! A must try! Thank you Carminio for a wonderful dinner!

A lovely little restaurant, tucked away from the crowds. Plenty of options for vegetarians, too. The quiche we had for starters was excellent. For mains, my wife had the lentil soup, while I opted for the meatloaf. Both were excellent. Their house white, called the Veronico and made by the owners husband, was lovely too. Crisp, not too acedic. Reasonable prices with a lovely ambience added to the experience

The food itself was okay, but the overall experience left us disappointed. My tea cup seemed to have tea residue, which made me question how clean it was. The fork and knife were placed directly on the table (not on a napkin), and the table itself wasn’t very clean either. On top of that, we were charged €10 for service, while the menu mentioned €5 (without clarifying that it’s per person). For comparison, yesterday at another restaurant the service fee was €4 (in total for 2 people), and they even offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which made the experience much more pleasant. Overall, I don’t feel the quality of food and service justified the extra charge.

Very friendly welcome, nice atmosphere in the restaurant, interesting menue very encouraging presented and explained by a passionate waiter - We ordered the maybe best four starters, but what an disappointment: the pulpo soft, but fishy - filled artichoke beautiful presented, but bland and boring - meatballs where good, but just meatballs with sauce - only the salad really nice. As mains we had grilled chicken (ok‘ish but again plain), green Asparagus with poached egg (nice ! But small), spaghetti with tomatoes and basil (solid, cannot complain) and Tagliatelle with beef Raghu (bland, no depth, made with minced beef instead of handcut). Overall we enjoyed the evening due to the staff and and good champagne, but if you want to celebrate Italian food and be amazed - try elsewhere.

It has everything to be really good… the staff are very kind and nice, the location is great, the menu is very interesting… but the food had NO SALT at all!!!! So it didn’t bring up the taste of the food! It was really a shame for us!
