The aranccini, I think they're called (what look like croquettes). The carbonara was rich and creamy, but I wouldn't repeat the caccio e pepe; it was drier. Both are somewhat spicy from the pepper. Both were reheated, but the center was still a bit cold. I think the focaccia wasn't bad. I like the combination I ordered. The bread was a little oily, although that's my personal taste. The service was average and pleasant. I don't think I'll repeat, although the food is very visually appealing.

Servizio molto lento a causa del taglio a quadratini della pizza ...ti passa la fantasia e la voglia di acquistare. I supplì da asporto da che mondo e mondo si usa un vero SACCHETTO NON SI INCARTANO SENZA NEMMENO PEZZETTO DI NASTRO ADESIVO. SE LI TIRA FUORI DALLA BUSTA DELLA SPESA QUALCUNO CHE NON LO SA SI APRE E CADONO IN TERRA !!! SVEGLIA ci sono ritornato ancora peggio a incartare i supplì d'asporto!!! Scegliete meglio il personale o dite al personale di cambiare lavoro. Servita da una ragazza mora scontrosa e scocciata di aver a che fare con la clientela. La pizza è buona ma con questo atteggiamento arrivederci a mai più. Il servizio al giorno d'oggi è fondamentale e questo posto merita ZERO stelle.

I've known the location since it was first managed by the Alice brand, when the Portello Shopping Center opened. Today, under Romantica's management, they've gotten much worse. Product 3 Service 1 Ambience 1 Hygiene 0 Customer service 0 Value for money 3 It's a shame: they know how to make pizza, but overall, they have many areas for improvement.

The pizza and focaccia have gotten much worse under this new management. The staff is uninterested, it almost seems like they're bothering the customers, but the prices are truly insane. Two pieces of marinara and one Margherita are €7.50. I'll look for another place...it was a pleasure.

Indecente. Abbiamo speso 40 euro (quindi non abbiamo preso un pezzetto e basta) e la pizza bruciata completamente sotto. PErché? Perché il genio che ci ha servito dopo una coda di un'ora perché erano al cellulare dietro a fare non si sa cosa, qualcuno in pausa che si preparava il pranzo, qualcun'altra serviva con calma, ha DECISO DI SERVIRE un altro lasciando la pizza in forno. Risultato? Completamente bruciata sotto e sopra. E quando l'ho fatto presente, la risposta è stata: "impossibile". Mi spiace ma zero considerazione per il cliente, oltre che imbarazzante. Attesa impossibile, servizio nullo e maleducato. Sono riuscita a fare solo questa foto, ma la ragazza era l'unica che serviva nonostante gli almeno 10 numeri in attesa, stipati li vicino, gli altri solo a chiacchierare. Anche no. La mia è la terza recensione così, forse fare qualcosa sarebbe utile.

Pizza buona, ma non tornerei mai più se il personale resta questo. Staff estremamente scortese (venerdì sera verso le 20:45 siamo stati serviti da una ragazza giovane con gli occhiali), che per averci dato un pezzo di pizza appena uscito sembrava ci stesse facendo un favore, estremamente rude. Accoglienza inesistente, veramente senza parole e non mi capacito di come possa lavorare al servizio dei clienti. Nonostante abbia letto molte altre recensioni parlare della stassa persona…

Appena uscito dal locale...la ragazza giovane con occhiali (mi ha detto che si chiama Lucia) è stremamente scortese. Ho visto altre recensioni che ne parlano del.suo atteggiamento... dovrebbero tenere conto delle opinioni dei clienti. Fatele fare un corso su come trattare le persone oppure cambiatale perché così state perdendo dei clienti. Non torno mai più

Ho preso un pezzo di pizza con i pomodorini freschi e funghi e un altro con la melanzana. La prima insipida ma niente di che, la seconda immangiabile la melanzana che non si riusciva a masticare e anche questa praticamente non sapeva di nulla. E niente ho vomitato tutto dopo neanche due ore e sono stata male TUTTA LA NOTTE.

Vado oggi in questa focacceria di ottima qualità, chiedo 2 pezzi abb piccoli di focacce farcite, chiedono 18 euro. Al che, visto il costo apparentemente esagerato, chiedo di toglierne uno, 9,20 euro. Chiedo il prezzo al peso, 18 euro e qualcosa al chilo. Per curiosità a casa peso il pezzo, e mi risultano 220 grammi carta di supporto inclusa. Un evidente errore di peso, non so se volontario o no. Non sono tornato indietro a reclamare, anche il mio tempo ha un valore.

Esperienza molto deludente. Abbiamo ordinato prima da mangiare e poi da bere. Una volta accomodati ai tavoli esterni, ci siamo accorti che erano decisamente sporchi. Durante tutto il tempo in cui siamo rimasti lì, nessuno del personale è uscito a pulire o a sistemare. I contenitori dei tovaglioli erano vuoti e, quando sono entrato per chiederne, mi è stato detto di prenderli da un altro tavolo dove stavano consumando altre persone, quindi magari disturbando anche…anziché provvedere a rifornire quelli all’esterno. Inoltre, la ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata scortese e poco professionale. Purtroppo non posso consigliare questo posto.

Disappointed with the service. This evening I ordered a pan (plus a piece) to take home, and they put everything in one box plus a smaller one. It's a shame they stacked one on top of the other, so when I got home they were in a mess. I also had to remind them three times about the extra piece I had to get it, and in the end I put it with the others (so it was stuck to the others too). The pizza with olives (the extra piece) wasn't bad, but it's a shame about the condition it received. I hope to see them at other stores in the chain.

One star for the filth Three of us at 5:30 PM. One guy serving, one making pizzas, and the other cleaning the counter with the speed of a sloth. The place is dirty, with napkins on the floor. Ditto the tables, both inside and outside, covered in crumbs, greasy, and sticky. I'm sorry, but after today I won't set foot in here again.

Unfortunately, this experience is becoming increasingly disappointing....the pizza is still quite good, but the atmosphere and service are increasingly disappointing. Hygienic conditions are precarious (today there was a large fly fluttering undisturbed on the pizzas, and with the doors open, pigeons were also allowed in, unafraid of the customers, hovering between the tables to eat the food scraps on the floor). Furthermore, I find it absolutely unacceptable, as well as unnerving, that today at lunchtime (1:45 PM), during a still-rush hour, there was only one employee who had to divide his time between the pizza cooking area and serving customers at the counter. For someone like me, who only has a 30-40 minute lunch break before having to return to work, it makes no sense to wait more than 20 minutes before finally being served. Furthermore, today, since I don't have a debit card, I asked to pay in cash: for a €3.70 pizza, I inserted €4 into the machine, which, however, had no change to give out. So I asked the clerk (still the only one in the store), who candidly replied that there was no money left in the machine and that it needed to be refilled, but that it wasn't possible at the moment (of course, being the only one in the store, I was actually a bit harsh). So I paid 4 euros without getting change (30 cents given away isn't a lot, mind you, but the principle isn't good). In short, there are too many things to review, especially since the store moved, even if only a few meters away. What a shame!

Since they changed brands, we can't go there anymore. We tried it as soon as they changed brands; we ordered several pizzas, including the supplì, and everything was incredibly salty. I gave it a second chance today, but as you can see from the photos, the pizza is all burnt. It's a shame because Alice used to be our favorite takeout pizzeria!
