Nel pieno centro di Milano ho scoperto un ristorante di pesce che merita davvero il massimo dei voti. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile fin dal primo momento: il personale è gentile, professionale e sempre attento senza mai essere invadente. L’atmosfera è elegante ma rilassata, perfetta per una cena sia romantica che tra amici. Il menù offre una selezione di piatti a base di pesce freschissimo, cucinato con grande cura e presentato in modo raffinato. Ogni portata è stata un’esplosione di sapori autentici, con una qualità delle materie prime davvero eccellente. Dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Un’esperienza culinaria che consiglio senza esitazione a chiunque voglia gustare ottimo pesce in una location centrale e curata. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Questo non è un ristorante ma un paradiso dell'alta classe... Pochi piatti per tipologia rendono tutto di estrema qualità; non avevo mai mangiato dei gamberi come antipasto di questa qualità ( venivano dall'Atlantico). Il personale è stato di un professionale impeccabile e voglio sottolineare l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. La qualità si è vista nel prezzo (non inarrivabile!) e ho pagato con estrema felicità per quanto è valsa l'esperienza! La location e insuperabile! Da rifare assolutamente!

Ho pranzato recentemente in questo Ristorante situato nel centro di Milano. E' un locale molto elegante, curato nei dettagli, con una bella musica di sottofondo che contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera rilassante ma soprattutto dove si mangia veramente bene. Il personale di servizio si è mostrato molto cordiale e mi ha consigliato circa le proposte del giorno migliori (menzione per il Tonno veramente buono). Ottima anche la proposta di vini disponibile. Dolci buonissimi soprattutto il tiramisu. Consiglio vivamente.

This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Italy. The service absolutely touched my heart. I loved everything and loved people’s kindness. There was one meal I didn’t like and two people who work at the restaurant noticed it and brought me a different meal even though I was totally fine. It was my mistake not reading the menu carefully. But they insisted of me getting what I want on the house. That never happened to me and I am so grateful. Truly delicious food. Great music and atmosphere.

My mom, my mom's cousin, and I had no reservation one rainy night at 8pm in Milan on our last night in Italy after a two week trip. We were fully expecting to be turned away judging from the calibre of the restaurant, but the maître d'hôtel welcomed us with a warm smile. We were then submerged in a deep blue glow reminiscent of being deep underwater. We chose seafood because for the two weeks in Piemonte and in Valtellina, we had a fair share of the bounties from the valleys and the mountains. We ordered a bottle of sparkling water to start, and the server poured it into each of our glasses, which was the first time we received such a level of service in whole two weeks! We knew that in Northern Italy, especially in Milan, each dish is a personal serving, but we wanted to try all the flavours so we informed the server that we wished each dish to be shared. Such requests were often shunned at the tables in these two weeks, but here, they were pleasantly accommodating that we were each delivered a warm plate for antipasti and were advised that we should taste the carpaccio of yellowtail at last because the plates were warm. Each dish was crafted to capture the delicate essence and fresh flavours of each ingredients, and were presented with such care that showcased the attention to details by the chef and the kitchen staff alike. The recommendations by the maître d'hôtel was on point, and we were particularly fond of the grilled octopus and smoked pasta! DeRos created a memory for us to remember as we left Italy, with genuine, welcoming, and wonderful staff, delicious and carefully crafted food, and a sanctuary away from the rainy streets of Milan. Thank you again for being excellent in all aspects of the dining experience. We hope to return again soon when we are in Milan.

It’s not one of those touristy places it feels like a hidden gem where the locals go, and the quality really shows. We went to this restaurant 2 days ago. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. They recommended the freshly picked Ovoli mushroom salad from Piedmont. It was a refreshing start! The grilled octopus was flavourful, while the risotto was creamy, complemented by the pan-fried scallops. For dessert, we had the tarte tatin, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Overall, we had enjoyed our dining experience here.

A fabulous restaurant in Milan you have to go! At first I thought that this restaurant was like any other restaurant. However, it was nothing like I expected. We met the owner, and he was most welcoming, though we were early for our dinner (which was before their opening hour). The tuna and white fish carpaccio were simply so fresh, amazing, and mouth-watering that I had to order two portions! It is really quality fish. I have tried many top-notch international restaurants, but this one has ingredients, which are simply fresh and amazing. The roasted octopus and the chickpea soup were equally great. We also tried a risotto, spaghetti with clams, and another one which had seafood it was superb. The food served was generously proportioned and of absolute above good standards. Waiters and waitresses were super friendly and attentive. It is truly a delectable experience. Conclusion: This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. (I never write reviews, and when I say it's amazing,it's amazing!!!) AMAZING!!

This is a great hidden gem of a restaurant, it was our best dinning experience in Milan. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. It's a smaller restaurant so space is limited, I would recommend making a reservation. A visit to DeRos will be a must whenever we are in the city. The fish was wonderful, portions are mid sized which is great because you have to have room for the desert... Don't miss the Tiramisu!

Piccolo ristorante in una delle zone più belle di Milano, intimo, raffinato e curato nei dettagli. Personale super cortese. Piatti ricercati ( a volte un po’ troppo, il Black code scelto come secondo un po’ esagerato nell’agro dolce lascia perdere quasi del tutto il sapore del pesce facendolo diventare tecnicamente un piatto asiatico che possiamo trovare in un comune ristorante giapponese). L’assaggio come entrata eccellente, un macaron ripieno di crema di alici, superlativo nell’impiattamento e una vera splendida scoperta al palato dall’inizio alla fine. Ottima la tataki di ricciola servita come antipasto. Le linguine di gragnano scelte come primo molto gustose ma piccolo eccesso di cipollotto che copriva un po’ troppo il pesce e non del tutto digeribile. We made reservations for DeRos restaurant for 06-10-25 in mid July, confirmed by DeRos with a notice of fee for no-show shortly thereafter. On 6/10 we arrived to find the restaurant dark and opening hours revised to be closed on Monday's. No email, no reservation cancellation, no communication. Clearly not a 5 star, high class establishment - lacking the decency to notify a patron of change in operations and reservation revision.

Please go to Langosteria instead if you want a proper seafood experience. You’ll get a better meal for a similar price. I had lobster pasta for dinner, unfortunately as you see on the picture, there was no sauce on the pasta. Everyone knows the flavour of lobster pasta lies in the sauce, so this (overcooked, chewy lobster with some linguine and a splash of oil) was a very disappointing choice for my birthday dinner.
