La migliore pizza mai mangiata! Inimitabile e irrinunciabile. Dopo il primo morso, già sai che dovrai ritornare. Eccezionale sia calda sia fredda, e questo dice molto. Consigliatissima la pomodoro e formaggio. Il prezzo può sembrare elevato (14€ la pizza intera) ma si tratta di una pizza molto grande e consistente, che può soddisfare due adulti, quindi in realtà si spende il giusto.

Storica pizzeria nel centro di Potenza. Pizza buonissima, cottura perfetta e condimento di prima qualità. Da non perdere la pizza con olio alici e peperoncino. Valerio il proprietario è sempre gentile e disponibile. Locale con arredamento minimal, pulito e ben curato. Consigliatissimo.

Passing through Erie and had a pizza craving. Decided on Valerio’s rather than the usual chains and was very happy. Their Supreme pizza had a flavorful sauce with the right amount of toppings and not overloaded. The crust was thick yet light and crispy instead of the usual heavy and doughy, which was a nice surprise. Ordering online through the Toast platform didn’t require an app or creating an account and was super smooth with Apple pay integration in a Saturday night at 9:30pm and the pizza was ready 10 minutes sooner than the app predicted. Staff at pick up were very friendly and attentive with lots of people in the kitchen busy preparing orders.

The atmosphere was great, the dining area is a little small but the little touches like the real flowers at the tables was nice. We loved there sauce it wasn't to sweet, there bread was delicious, and all the appetizers were great. The little pan pizza was a little to doughy, the Italian wedding soup was delicious but way to much pasta, the wings had mild sauce on them and it was really tangy (good but not what i am use to), and i got a turkey on rye sandwich that really could have used more flavor on it. I would defently go back.

Update: Great food, good service and still affordable prices. Thanks for making me feel like I am at home with my dad. Local staple never disappoints when I come to my father's Italian hometown to visit. Had the Italian sampler. Homemade pasta and Italian dressing on a simple salad with bread always reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. Owen my server was quick, polite, efficient and professional. Very impressed with his service and the quality from the kitchen. Prices are affordable and fair especially in a time of rising costs. Thanks being an Erie staple that always feels like home. After visited Waldermere water park, we stopped here. This pizza shop could out pizza any in the entire state of Ohio, where we are from! Our favorite was their “old style” pizza, every bite comes PACKED with flavor! The seating area is a bit small, but the accommodated us very well with an attentive, kind server. We LOVE their food. It’s INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Very nice and good Italian restaurant. We had some apps, pizza, and wings. Fries too - delicious! Good price, we had 5 people and our bill with tip was just a little over $100! Family and kid friendly, but small and tables are close together. Would recommend and would visit again when back in town!

We've been to Valerio's many times. It's always delicious. This time around my son and mother-in-law had penne and meatballs and they were very happy. Each came with a sizeable side salad. I had the eggplant Parmesan and I had asked for extra sauce. When it arrived I was not disappointed. It was covered on sauce and cheese and it was Delicious as well. Also came with a nice side salad and the table got some bread service. Nice fat, fresh, Italian bread. We will be back! Never a disappointment.

Lasagna was excellent. Wings were amazing. Chicken parm solid. Sausage was also amazing but could’ve sat in the crock pot a couple more hours to soften it up a bit. Service was excellent. They ran out of bread so no bread to soak up the sauce with. 8:00 (they’re open til 10), could’ve sent a runner to grab a few loaves or some rolls or something. Let’s get it together ppl lol

If I could give ten I would! BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had hands down!! I don't just mean best for gluten free, my gluten eating family members liked it too. I got the chicken bruschetta pizza. Wings were PERFECT. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Standards style music which I enjoy.

Found this restaurant on a cold afternoon. It has parking out front and off side. There is handicapped parking and accessibility. Upon entering you get to a room where you can take out and pay for your meal. They have menu and specials posted. Eating in was a treat. There were tables for four and two no booths but very comfortable. Ambience music and theming fun nice to hear Louis Armstrong and ella Fitzgerald. The specials for lunch are very reasonably price. The staff were amazing fast friendly and helpful. Our server rose was the best. Food brought out hot and delicious. Lots of choices that were healthier than those I pictured. There are hot soups salads and pastas. We enjoyed everything. Would recommend

Siamo arrivati la sera verso le 20.30. Purtroppo non c'era nulla di già pronto e abbiamo dovuto ordinare e aspettare 20 minuti circa, dato che c'erano anche altri in attesa. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e tradizionale, da forno diciamo. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile devo dire. I prezzi sono alti, davvero alti direi. Il problema principale, per me, risiede nella nomenclatura. Essendo io di un paese vicino Matera, quella che fanno nella Pizzeria del Centro è più una focaccia che una pizza. Se volessi una pizza margherita andrei in una pizzeria o la ordinerei per €6-7. Nella Pizzeria del Centro costa €14! Anche se, va detto che questo tipo di prodotto è molto più spesso e pesante, proprio per questo non andrebbe chiamata pizza! Anche per giustificarne il prezzo. Mi sono saziato con metà "pizza", quindi il prezzo è simile a quello di una margherita normale.

We do like Valerio's in our household.. HOWEVER.. Is this really necessary??? A light coating of sauce would suffice.. they don't need to be DROWNING in a lake Erie size mess of sauce! I couldn't even eat these. Nearly $50 we paid for this mess! Our pizza wasn't even cut, I had to get a cutter and do it myself. I asked (and PAID for) extra ranch and got one! We don't even get carrots and celery, you have to pay extra for that too and half the time we don't get them at all! VERY disappointed in my last few orders.. we won't be ordering again, at least for now. Also, was super annoyed when I tried to order over the phone.. the guy couldn't hear me or understand me no matter what I did to try and help the situation. He kept getting my order wrong. I had to quadruple check with him to make sure at the end of the call everything was right.

I’m giving a second star because the dine in experience can be positive. I will never order from them again. Their delivery driver caused me so much anxiety by walking into my house, yelling up the stairs to me when I was walking out of the bedroom and offering to come upstairs with the pizza. No knock. Just walked right in and acted like it was normal. The thing that really startled me, the most was that when I asked him what he was doing in his house that he had just walked in, he got really defensive and never acknowledged that he had done anything wrong. I felt like I had to de-escalate the situation with this man standing in my foyer. I felt like I had to act like everything was fine to keep him from escalating. This man was in my house when this happened. I’m sorry that that’s scary to me. We have now put automatic locks on our door, and I will never order from them again. When I called, I didn’t exactly get the response that made me feel reassured from the management when I spoke to them. So single people, or anyone who is wary about strangers who think they have access to your property when they should not, I do not recommend you order from them. Maybe go in if you want a restaurant experience. But don’t order from this location.

Our server was great , though the other person who seated us ,I did ask for a kids menu and never received it. The pasta honestly as a foody reviewer was worse than microwave pasta. The sauce on the fettuccine was ok , the noodles were dry and not typical fettuccine noodles. The ravioli had pizza sauce but not the best. Definitely overpriced for what it was. So basically no one ate much. Fries were good, bread was good. Salad was ok. Would not waste my money ymmv

One and done. This is a review of the pizza. The good: while picking up the pizza, you can easily see into the kitchen which looks very clean. The staff was also very friendly. They did not skimp on the toppings. The bad: other than the toppings, the pizza was just plain bad. If you like “conveyor belt Domino type pizza”, then you’ll love this pizza. Pizza was extremely doughy and not crisp at all. Very disappointing.

I've ordered from Valerios plenty of times and the food has been great, but this time I didn't get the same results. We ordered the Sasquatch pizza and 20 wing deal on a Friday evening. The pizza was good, but the wings were terrible. They didn't look fully cooked, they were white dang near in color, all they did was throw the sauce on them to cover it up. I won't be coming back for a while. I don't know if it was because they were busy or if they have new cooks , wings shouldn't look like that.
