Siamo Stati molto bene, cibo genuino di tipica cucina Romana. L'atmosfera è molto allegra e familiare il Servizio di Gianluca molto competente e amichevole... Una forza della natura.

Ristorantino nel centro di Cavour, i primi romani molto buoni, ambiente carino e servizio ottimo. Gianluca ha saputo intrattenerci con allegria e consigliarci i piatti migliori! Abbiamo prenotato tramite the Form. Ottimo ristorante non preso di assalto dai turisti!

Clean, and delicious. Fantastic service from all wait staff especially Dory. She is a sweetheart. She also speaks English and explained the menu in detail and with patience. Food was absolutely delicious. I had salad, polpetta (meatballs) , potatoes, tiramisu, cappuccino and limoncello. Definitely a must and will come again. Highly recommend!

Lovely visit to this place on a Wednesday night. We were sat quickly in their outside (heated) courtyard, and staff were very helpful in getting my sister’s wheelchair through their restaurant. The pizza tasted better than it looked 😅 would definitely return again

Lucky for us, plans changed and we found ourselves in Monti, Roma, on via del boschetto. You never know what you’ll find on the stone-cobbled streets in this beautiful old city, unless you see umbrellas. Then you know there is a restaurant. Hosteria al Boschetto (H. in/at the beech ? grove) (?) doesn’t have seating on the street. Wrong side for umbrellas. They DO have a cozy garden in the back in addition to ample space inside the restaurant in sections divided by brick arches. I don’t speak “decor”. All I remember is the ambiance felt comfortable and authentic, with diners from around the corner as well as from around the world. The hospitality of the staff and esp. our hostess, Dori was warm and welcoming - as if we had been there before. (It never hurts to use whatever Italian you have learned, even if that includes acknowledging, in Italian, that one is NOT fluent) The food began with bruschetta. A simple dish, yes, but to have pane perfectly toasted and topped with either traditional tomato, oil and basil OR one of several other choices such as fungi purée with more funghi on top - delicious- was a very good start. For entrèes (‘don’t know if “primi” or “secondi”) my wife had the lasagna and I tried the bream. We both agreed the lasagna was perfection: delicate and decadent in the same mouthful. I had never seen bream on a menu, but I knew it was a fish. A delicious fish, as it turned out. Cleverly presented, with the cooked head and tail giving a dramatic look, the two delicate and tasty (and boneless) fillets in between were lovingly covered by a blanket of thinly sliced and perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes. A wonderful dish I will remember. Excellent wines. Limoncello. A wonderful house birra. We were well treated. We felt at home. We went back twice. Highly recommend. Grazie, Hosteria al Boschetto!

Loved all the dishes, pasta and tiramisu were great, and lamb chop exceeded our expectation. The lady served us is really friendly as well, we had a wonderful dinner. (The comment is a week late blaming my bad mobile signal, and still want to give the restaurant a five star after completed our two weeks Italy trip)

Great tasting dinner and service. We had a bottle of Chianti with lasagna and carbonara. Finished with Limoncello and cookies. They have an outside seating area in the very back. Weather permitting, it would be super nice!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this experience was. We stopped by last minute, not having much expectations for our last minute plans, and this was the most authentic italian cooking we’ve eaten in Rome. As two Italians ourselves, we were so surprised at how good the pasta and lamb chops were. It tasted just like home. The patio out back is gorgeous and it was super cute for photos.

Staff gentile, veloce e molto organizzato. Ambiente pulito e molto carino. Menù molto vario, con varie proposte a base di carne e pesce, oltre i piatti tipici della tradizione romana. Ottima la cacio e pepe, da rivedere invece la cottura della costata, che avevo richiesto con cottura media, ma è arrivata leggermente al sangue. Molto buone le patate al forno e i dolci.

Gricia wow! Buon servizio, ambiente grande ma molto carino, soprattutto il cortile. Tipica osteria romana con i piatti classici più qualche aggiunta. Prezzi buoni soprattutto considerando che è nel centro di Rione Monti. Tutta la tavolata soddisfatta (siamo andati tutti e tutte sui classici), di sicuro ho adorato la gricia!

Vicinissimo a Via Nazionale, questo ristorante tipico romano ci è piaciuto! Siamo arrivati di domenica a pranzo senza prenotazione verso le 13 e ci hanno fatto sedere subito anche se in poco tempo il locale si è riempito. Abbiamo preso una cicoria ripassata molto buona, una pasta amatriciana e gnocchi vongole e porcini. Tutto buono, non eccezionale ma gustoso! Prezzi nella media (noi 12/14€ per i primi). Forse porzioni non molto abbondanti, rispetto ad altri ristoranti della stessa fascia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente accogliente!

Ambiente accogliente, tipica osteria romana. Il menù vario, spazia dai piatti della tradizione ai piatti di cucina italiana. Il personale attento e veloce. Ciò che abbiamo ordinato noi era tutto molto buono e preparato bene. Unico appunto: magari non usare piatti sbeccati per servire le pietanze. Prezzo onesto in linea con i ristoranti della zona

Osteria romana molto carina in zona Monti, con personale cordiale e atmosfera piacevole. Abbiamo provato gli antipasti e i secondi, buoni entrambi! Consigliata l’omelette con i funghi porcini (disponibile tutto l’anno). Torneremo a provare i primi e i dolci che sembravano altrettanto invitanti

Spesso giriamo per musei a Roma, e quando capita una mostra nei dintorni, per mangiare del cibo buono e gustoso, veniamo quasi sempre su questa deliziosa stradina e ci fermiamo in questa tranquilla, bella trattoria, e ci siamo sempre trovati bene! Il servizio è molto gentile e disponibile, siamo arrivati senza prenotazione all'ultimo momento e ci hanno fatto sedere quasi subito. Il ristoratore è una persona cordiale, simpatica ed affabile. I prezzi sono nella media. La trattoria dispone anche di un pergolato interno dove mangiare quando è più caldo. Un posto di riferimento! 👍

Overall a good experience! Stumbled upon this place whilst trying to find some fresh seafood pasta Ordered the clam Spaghetti which was lovely and a decent portion. My partner ordered the lasagna which was a little small. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Osteria, si mangia abbastanza bene, buoni i classici della cucina romana, l'ambiente è curato, buona la trippa, un po' dure le polpette, non fatevi abbindolare dai piatti con il tartufo nero pregiato, il sovrapprezzo non vale la pena, del tartufo c'è forse la polvere, non male la crema catalana e ul tiramisù. Servizio ottima la presenza dell'oste che viene a raccogliere gli ordini, meno la frenesia dei camerieri, stavamo ancora finendo l'antipasto e ci portano i primi, una volta, due volte, insomma un po' disturbante... Probabilmente poi quelli stessi primi sono tornati scaldati, tant'è che la pasta era un po' incollata! Dotato di una corte esterna per la bella stagione.

We order carbonara, Mix Grill and two bruschetta. The pasta it was ok but the grill it was not cooked and the meat it wasnt good at all.(Small portions) The bruschettas was very not italian. For the people who they know how to eat I will not recommend it.
