I always have it delivered and it is always so hot and fresh and tastes wonderful.

Always a great experience. Pizza and other menu items are always great and usually ready a little before scheduled pick up time!

Very well mannered young lady taking my order. Their internet was down still took my order and called back for credit card number. Nice to see customer service.

Awesome pizza! They have many other items on the menu that are also Great tasting. The facility is always clean and the staff has excellent customer service skills. We have ordered delivery, online and pickup, have always recieved the order hot, delicious and on time. The drivers have always been courteous when delivering to my home or work. Best pizza prices around.

Probably the best pizza I've ordered in a good while!! At 10:30pm I ordered two medium pizzas online for delivery. At this time of night, I did not expect anything super phenomenal, but indeed, I received two of the best made pizzas delivered Hot and (not exaggerating) perfectly prepared. Best Experience in Pizza Delivery! Thank you, Domino's in front of Academy! After the last two times of a not so good experience, you've regained my trust and respect! :)

Ordered a Large (14") Hand Tossed Pizza yesterday (Pepperoni, Beef, Ham, Jalapeno Peppers, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Garlic Crust Seasoning) and it was so good I woke up thinking about how good that pizza was. They're also pretty fast to prepare the order and get it in the oven. And don't get me started on the Alfredo bread bowl, DELICIOUS!!!

Ordered online for pickup - Personal 10” gluten free- $16+ - expensive; plus they don’t let you finish checking out until you tip, even though you’re picking it up yourself. Waited 20’ at store; staff was nice. Chicken was dry, spinach was minimal and it was hard to tell if I got extra cheese and sauce. Won’t do it again.

Stuffed cheesy bread, Is supposed to come with marinara sauce. It did not. I also inquired about bacon bits on Top of the cheese....well let's just say it caMe with hunks of Bacon in the cheese not on top. I told them just send the stuffed cheesy bread. Not impressed with this order this time......at all. Not what I ordered at ALL!!

It was my 1st visit to this location. I called in the order, was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. We were disappointed with the small amount of sauce that was on the pizza. To be honest it was a dry pie.however the boneless wings were very tasty.

Personally, I'll drive to the other Dominos or find another restaurant. Ordered for lunch 1 day, was quoted 30 minutes. 55 minutes later, I call the store to cancel because my lunch is over and get put on hold till the driver arrived. Non-apologetic driver, whom was indifferent to the idea of customer service

App said order was ready. Was already waiting in car for a good while. Go inside and get told it wasn’t ready although the screen said it was. Get brushed off for about 30 minutes and finally they print out my receipt, the order was on the shelf the entire time. Little better service would have been nice instead of just looking at the receipts and saying not ready yet. Obviously there was one order with no receipt sticking out of the box….

I had called ahead for a pizza, when I got there the ladies making the pizza, weren't wearing hair nets. They were standing over the pizzas with their hair dangling above it. Also no gloves were being worn.

Very poor quality service. I ordered my pizza at 10:45. I arrived at 10:55. The lobby area closes at 11. As I arrived a delivery person went inside looked at my car and turned off the open sign. So I stayed in my car and turned on my hazards as the sign in their store showed. The man working inside saw me and choose to ignore me for 15 minutes til I called and said I was waiting for my food. He told me he could open the door but he couldn’t take the food to my car. So I received my food 20 minutes after it was ready. Therefore it was cold. And as I was pulling out the delivery person sped in and almost hit my car. Choose a different restaurant.

It really hurts my heart to leave a bad review because i work at a popular local restaurant(8 yrs) in town! I'll cut them a little slack cause they were busy as H E double L!! Nevertheless, i drove way across town to pick up a carryout order(a single order ($8.03)i placed 20 mins prior! I paid for it even though it wasn't ready! After an additional 20 min wait, no food, i was told order would take 30-35 mins more! Left with no food! Gonna take 5-7 business days to be reimbursed! Unacceptable!!!

First off, we LOVE dominos but today, was the worst by far. We tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill and the guy at the register was adamant about not taking it and kept saying they don’t take hundreds, and he was not going to get the manager. Second my brother asked for a receipt and was told they don’t give receipts for cash. Last but not least the girl making the dough has her hair EVERYWHERE. I’m sorry but me being in restaurant business for a while, I know for a fact we were required to put a hair net on! Come on guys get it together.

I sent my son in with $20.05 for a $14.05 order, received $4 in change and they told my son that this was the correct change and I was wrong, I went back in for the manager to tell me they weren't trying to rip us off, and that my son never told them that the change should be $6, the young man that ripped my son off claimed that he correctly keyed the tendered amount & the computer told him the change was $4. I receive no apology and simply got my $2 in change and really bad attitudes from the employees. People who rip off children are a special kind of evil.

Haven’t had any issues getting a pizza delivered to our new address before. We waiting an hour for our pizza and then called to see what had happened. Extremely rude female manager told my husband that they couldn’t find it and then she could make it again but if they call we better answer the phone and then repeated that to my husband about four more times. Horrible customer service from her can’t believe she is a manager. Didn’t want to re order for fear of them spitting in my food.

Two large unlimited topping pizzas with taxes and delivery about $29 plus $8 to $10 tip. Pizza came in delivered, he gets it and puts it in his truck so when I get home or my son they know where it's at. He works overnight so he had to go to work. I didn't get home till about maybe 1:30 in the morning or so. Went to the truck got the pizza and low and behold when I open it there was hardly any toppings and absolutely no cheese!! There was no way I could call back cuz it was already closed. I didn't want to bother my husband. Anyway to make things short he called to speak to a manager and everything went okay until when she told him, why, you had about 3 hours to call but you didn't call so that's unexcusable. He preceded to say it was busy he works! Things got heated up she kept flapping away until my husband got enough of it and cussed her not directly at her just said G Damn, why do I have to explain my actions to you. She wouldn't shut up so he hung up! Oh and just let everyone know that he works 14 to 16 hours a day so it was pretty tired! This location has lost two customers including others now. Will be going to the other locations for now on. Don't recommend this place, go to the other Domino's Pizza.

I see why we quit eating Dominoes Pizza! Picked up a large New York style pepperoni and jalapeño today. Absolutely the worst pizza we have eaten! Overcooked so much tomato sauce it was bleeding through the cheese! Oh well we have it another try! Never again!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Domino's Store #8061 located at 8809 N Navarro St Suite 200 in Victoria, Texas 77904, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I placed an order for over $50.00 to feed the hardworking employees at Maurice's store who were putting in extra hours for Black Friday. However, instead of enjoying a well-deserved meal, we were met with incompetence and disrespect. To add insult to injury, the delivery driver managed to deliver the order to the wrong location, specifically to Melrose Clothing store. Not only did they mess up the delivery, but the employees at Melrose apparently thought it was acceptable to accept the food meant for another establishment and even had the audacity to devour it like they were the ones who footed the bill. Upon calling the store to rectify this egregious error, I was met with the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. The employee on the other end of the line seemed to think it was my fault that their delivery driver couldn't distinguish between Maurice's and Melrose. The lack of accountability and the rude demeanor displayed during our conversation left me utterly appalled. After hours of trying to sort out this mess, the best resolution they could offer was a discount on the pizza they had to remake. Shockingly, even after the supposed remedy, the replacement pizza was delivered in a sloppy manner, and the delivery driver had the nerve to act as if I personally orchestrated this entire fiasco. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way Domino's Store #8061 conducts its business. The abysmal customer service and complete lack of value for customers make it clear that this establishment has little regard for the satisfaction and well-being of its patrons. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this Domino's location to think twice and explore other options that prioritize customer service and professionalism. This experience has left me questioning why I ever chose to give my hard-earned money to such an inept and disrespectful establishment.

I lived approximately 7.4 miles away. So it is not that far. He said that what his computer says, but I still have others in front of me because they only have two workers..,. I ordered at 3:05 this is at 4:50?that I’m being told this ???? I asked if I needed to pick them up even though I’m helping host this party, he said, if you want. So I then ran around and Thank fully the Great Grand parents were able to leave and go pick them up. Not acceptable Domino’s! And guess what I called to get a direct line and someone else said they were manager, did not want to give me the number for customer support. He said, he is busy and it is online…. ???? I believe in customer service, what is happening?
