The food is always really good here and the service is too. We did have a longer wait time but our server let us know and was giving us extra bread and being very helpful. We did not mind the wait because of her kindness. I had a sicilian pizza which tasted really yummy.

Food deserves 5 star and I see some opportunities for improvement on service. Please use some software to book waitlist, service can be bit fast, takes too long for a coke too. But at the end we thought it was worth the wait, food was healthy and tasty.

Location easy to find since inside a mall shopping center and plenty of parking. Seated quickly and server brought complimentary bread with oil dip (yummy) early on to snack on while we waited for the pizzas. BBQ chicken pizza was very good (DEFINITELY worth adding the pineapple). The wild mushroom pizza was also good (complimented the bbq chicken one well). The only thing was that the crust was a little too chewy, so it was difficult to finish it.

Steak on salad was overdone and hard to chew. Server was pushy (put in a larger pizza then ordered, insisted the smaller size was not enough, & did not bring out requested items. Charged us for kids drinks when they should have come with their meal. I didn't pay so didn't realize until after we left. We were not happy with this visit.

We got both pizzas as thing crust, which we usually tend to enjoy more than regular crust, but it seems that they made the pizzas too dry. There was not enough sauce and the flavors were really uhderwhelming. We definitely enjoy a NY pizza instead. I don’t like how there is not an option to build your own pizza. Although several of the available options are unique from all other pizza restaurants, it doesn't make this restaurant that much better. Everything was just OK. Complimentary Bread and oil 3/5 - plain white bread with just olive oil as dipping sauce. Nothing special. The Works 3/5 - Regular pizza but I feel like they added raw toppings at the top. Normally the toppings also go into the oven, but they were raw and cold. Carne Asada ⅗ - The salsa verde on the side was not so flavorful and was just sour. The pizza itself was a bit spicy and had decent flavor though it is not something I would get again. The steak was lightly seasoned but the sauce was not flavorful enough. Strawberry Mango Cooler Mocktail ⅘ - A very fresh drink with nice fruity flavor. I personally did not like the type of sugar used to sweeten the mocktail. It tasted fresh and i liked it. Belgian chocolate souffle 3/5- very small portion and just decent flavor.

Food is as only ok. The mushroom pizza had very a few mushrooms on it. The server didn’t come off and it seemed confused by his own pricing pad that they used my $18 pizza rang up is 28 when I went to check out the server hit the pay now button so I couldn’t see the breakout of why it was that price. The atmosphere seemed old and run down. The parking lot had cones around it. The restaurant was dark cold and not inviting.

Incredibly slow service: our group waited over 40 minutes just for dessert. You can tell the servers are working as hard as they can, but for some reason, the management at this location prioritizes to-go orders at the expense of groups dining in. If you dont want to have a 2.5-3hr restaurant experience, go somewhere else. Or place a to-go order Also to add on, all our pizzas had soggy crusts, and our butter cakes which supposedly came "right out of the oven" were lukewarm, as if they had just been defrosted. Disappointed

Today we made a late afternoon visit for a late lunch, around 3:30pm. There weren’t many people there during this time. From the time we walked in, the host was talking to someone in the kitchen and waited a bit to greet us. Then we got a table, the seats and floors were filthy, the whole establishment was not clean at all. The window seals had cobwebs and dead bugs. Then my husband went to use the restroom and he said the bathrooms were nasty, pee all over the floor. After that we chose to not dine here. For a good establishment, this is just unacceptable. This looked liked months/weeks worth of buildup so cleanliness is obviously not a priority for this establishment. For those reasons, we will not be back.

I miss the ribeye steak. It was amazing. They no longer have it. So I tried Cedar Plank Salmon with corn and spinach. Everything was over cooked and rubbery. It tasted like a microwave meal that was zapped too long. Nothing about this $31 meal was appetizing. I think I’m done with CPK. Service was slow but nice. Felt like her first job ever.

Horrible Customer Service - Good Food Not Enough to Save the Experience I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your restaurant. We had a large party of 13, including 5 small children, and were looking forward to a nice dinner out. Unfortunately, the customer service was absolutely terrible. Our server was rude, used inappropriate language in front of everyone, including the kids, and ignored our requests for refills. To make matters worse, they were caught standing around chatting with coworkers instead of attending to customers. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, nothing was done. The final straw was when the server used explicit language again as we were leaving. As you can imagine, this was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable for our group, especially with young children present. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the quality of the food. Until you address these issues, I won't be back and will be sharing my experience with others.

Ordered in and my dish came mixed with 3 different types of pasta (pappardelle, rotini and fettuccini) (cold), ordered at 630 pm so no excuse for end of night selections. Waste of $40 and honestly just lazy.

My table ordered some of the kids sundaes that we remembered to be amazing and was one of the main reason for going there to eat. However, we were sad to find that the sundaes were lacking critical features that we remembered being on the sundaes. Such as the hot fudge and the chocolate chip sprinkles. Instead, what arrived at our tables was anything but what we remembered, just plain ice cream with whipped cream and a depressing cherry on top. Then once we got back to our car I wondered if they changed what they put on the sundaes. So I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to confirmed that the hot fudge and chocolate sprinkles were very much still a part of the sundae. I hope this review helps to have people start taking their job seriously and getting the little things right that can make or break a persons day into account. Thank you.

I had a dinner with my family there a week ago and the food was ok. However, all the servers there are just there to do bare minimum and should be retrained on basic serving skills. We were seated right away and we waited on our server to come to the table for about 15 minutes. He was standing around with a group of other coworkers and talking until I assume that was their manager that approached them and sent him to our table. Getting drinks took a long time because once again he had to talk to his coworkers. Once we got our food, he checked on us once and there was no refills and anything. We requested printed check, but that was too much work for him too, so we never got that either. Overall gave us a lazy , I don't want to be here attitude. A table next to us had a similar issue with a different server where a child got frustrated after waiting for so long and yelled if anyone is going to serve them. We will not be back because I would rather spent my money at a place that actually is happy to see customers rather than makes you feel like you are interrupting their social gathering because you showed up to eat there.

This was likely the worst experience we've had here. We had a truly disappointing visit, which will be my last to this establishment. The service was unacceptable: when we asked a server (who was not ours) for some ice, she bluntly refused, stating she had to drop off a sauce at another table. A customer request should never be denied like that, regardless of who their assigned server is. Compounding the poor service was the food quality. My wife's order of the "Krispy Chinese Dumpling Salad" was served with dumplings that were ice-cold—literally frozen. Even our server acknowledged they should have been served hot and fried. This complete failure in both service and food quality makes it impossible to recommend this restaurant.

My chicken was so dry. I worked around it and ate my salad. It is visible. I asked to have the chicken removed from my bill since it was inedible. Manager looks at my plate, ‘so you just don’t like chicken?’ It is unsettling that someone working in a restaurant would not see this and think it’s an issue. My server was excellent. The manager was rude, and lacks personal skills.
