Non Solo Chianina di PierLuigi. È un'Hamburgeria, cioè un locale adibito alla preparazione di carne - hamburger e salsicce - rigorosamente cucinati alla piastra. Il menù è ricchissimo e vario: si può scegliere tra tagliata al piatto, panino con straccetti di tagliata etrusco, hamburger di pollo, salsiccia lucana dolce o piccante, panino vegetariano, costata di Chianina o fiorentina di Chianina, polpettine di Chianina, straccetti di pollo fritto in vaschetta, insalate varie (di mozzarella di bufala, di pollo,...) e poi il tipico hamburger. Si può scegliere tra diverse pezzature: da 100g a 300g, con pane semplice o al sesamo; con un hamburger o doppio, il tutto accompagnato da condimenti aggiuntivi (cipolla cotta o cruda, insalata, pomodoro, cetriolo) o verdure grigliate (peperoni, zucchine, melanzane), formaggi (edamer, gorgonzola, pecorino, scamorza), salse e delizie (bomba piccante, crema di porcini, di pistacchio o di tartufo, pesto alla genovese, miele & tartufo, lardo di Colonnata, guacamole, patè di olive). Il risultato è davvero straordinario. Assolutamente da degustare. Unica pecca del locale è che è piccolo, quindi è adatto solo a piccoli gruppi. Funziona benissimo il servizio di consegna a domicilio. I prezzi sono nella media. Il locale è in ordine e molto pulito. I tempi di preparazione giusti, tutto è cucinato a vista e al momento. Il personale è professionale, disponibile ed accogliente.

Prima volta in questo localino nel Centro Storico di Genova. Non sono un mangiatore di Hamburger ma ho apprezzato molto il panino per freschezza degli ingredienti, la genuinità e la cortesia dei proprietari. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

È domenica e ci sono 37°C non ho voglia di cucinare e apro Just Eat. Vedo subito l'hamburgeria "Non solo Chianina" (premetto non ho mai preso humburger d'asporto). Ho fiducia e ordino un panino da 100gr componibile, due porzioni di patatine fritte, una normale e l'altra molto croccante, maionese e ketchup. Il costo è molto onesto, il pane è molto morbido e la carne è di ottima qualità, avevo scelto l'opzione "ben cotta" e così è stato, non capisco questi falsi giudici di Masterchef che mettono recensioni fasulle, il Rider è arrivato subito e molto puntuale. Che dire da riordinare sicuramente! E devo provare i dolci, se la carne è così buona chissà il dessert! BRAVI!

In questo fast food non trovi i soliti panini. Ci sono andato venerdì con la mia ragazza e ho preso un panino Calabria con n’duja di spilinga e lei un hamburger con porchetta. Poi delle patatine rustiche maxi e degli straccetti di pollo fritti in vaschetta. Tutto molto buono, il locale è accogliente e i prezzi ottimi. Ci torneremo spesso.

We ordered two sandwiches and chips with the skin on, which I have to say were really good and crispy even when eaten cold! The burgers were beautifully filled and tasty, but above all, the meat was excellent quality and delicious. Authentic, high-quality sandwiches, and the staff is helpful and very friendly! We ate there twice during our trip to Genoa, and it was truly delicious! Ritardo di più di un’ora sulla consegna e mancavano addirittura le patatine. Ho dovuto contattare più volte il ristoratore, dovendo farmele portare a parte e mangiando il panino freddo e durante una videochiamata di lavoro. Molto deluso sotto questo punto di vista . Nel complesso però il cibo è molto buono, anche se non proprio economicissimo, probabilmente a garanzia della qualità. Consiglio di prendere ordini sono quando si riesce a soddisfarli tutti al meglio, se no meglio declinare. Detto questo presumibilmente mangerei ancora i prodotti di questo locale.

Ordered takeout with an expected arrival time of 8:00 PM, moved to 8:30 PM, and arrived at 8:45 PM. Obviously cold (the restaurant is less than a kilometer away), the delivery driver was kind. I ordered a triple meat steak with various sauces, two large packs of chips with the skin on, and a 50cl commercial beer. The sandwich contained two burgers, no habanero tobacco, and no Calabrian bomb. The lettuce was put at the bottom and consequently boiled. The chips were unpeeled and now soft. It's a shame, the bread is good. For €28+, I would have expected much different service.

Ordered on Just Eat. The meat was good, but the sandwiches and fried foods were expensive (prices clearly stated on the menu). Since it's a famous and acclaimed restaurant, I expected something more to my taste, which would have been in line with the high prices. But that wasn't the case. The buns are always the same size, so if you choose the 100-gram burger, it will be very empty, which is a shame... The fries and onion rings were neither good nor bad. The speck and potato triangles were quite a disappointment (only 3 of each for 4 euros). So yes, the prices are shown on the menu, but personally, they don't match the quality I expected.

Per carità, ho preso un panino con insalata e c’era mezza foglia malandata, tutta annerita, una fettina di pomodoro rattrappito,la pancetta un pezzetto così piccolo che non si sentiva il sapore, il formaggio sparito.. e L’hamburger era piccolissimo rispetto al panino. Se non avete voglia di lavorare e fare le cose per bene, cambiate mestiere.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich with extras. The sandwich was so empty that I initially thought they'd forgotten to fill it. Embarrassing. --- I'm editing my review based on the restaurant's response: 1. I've added photos of what arrived. 2. I wasn't expecting tofu or any other veggie burger, since I made the sandwich myself and knew what to expect. This was supposed to be a sandwich with - Caramelized onion - Mustard - Cucumber - Calabrian bomb - Grilled eggplant - Grilled peppers - Grilled zucchini - Country-style eggplant - Porcini mushroom oil - Tabasco Habanero for a total of €9.30 (if I remember correctly), compared to €3 for a vegetarian sandwich without extras. 3. That said, since your response was "we'll think about removing it from the menu," I'll talk to my company (about 90 employees) about ordering elsewhere, since your restaurant will no longer offer vegetarian options. After seeing the reviews and photos of the (very tempting) sandwiches online, I decided to place an order via WhatsApp. I'm not complaining about the punctuality, but about what I received. My sandwich was missing an ingredient, and when I opened it, I was disappointed by the amount of ingredients inside (a round bun and a piece of sausage cut in half. The rest of the bread was practically empty). I immediately reported the missing ingredient. The staff immediately apologized, but otherwise, I couldn't eat the sandwich.

Not good! From the reviews, I expected a well-made product, with bold, refined flavors. That wasn't the case: Rude staff. The place is small, dirty, and even though I was there for about twenty minutes, the smell of fried food permeated my clothes. I ordered "Etruscan tagliata strips on a bed of salad" with grilled zucchini on the side. I regret not taking a photo; the portion was perhaps suitable for a child—five, if not four, slices of meat thrown onto a plastic plate with salad. Oil and salt were served separately for seasoning; the jar was greasy, not a pleasant sight. There's a constant stream of delivery drivers coming and going to take orders. Customers ordering takeout shouldn't have to endure the smell and lack of hygiene, but it's still not a pretty sight. From the number of beers on the menu, you might think they put a lot of care into it. Maybe so, but only when it comes to the beers. I won't be returning. And I didn't pay cheap either: €11.50 with a bottle of water...
