Went here for dinner with my wife a couple of days ago and the food was good. I got the Spicy Beef Ramen and my wife got the Chicken Rich. I really enjoyed my bowl and would definitely come back here again. Careful with the apps

I've been patient but excited to see this place open up after almost a year of waiting! Elated to finally try it today. There's not a ton of ramen options in Rochester, and as a result I basically bounce between the two of them that are pretty good. Thai Chi is fine, and Roc City Ramen is very good as well but it's inconveniently far away for me. Well, the bar has just been raised! This place is a notable cut above the others. Everything was amazing, staff was totally awesome despite it being the grand opening. Really looking forward to making this my new regular ramen spot. We got a few things to try since it was our first time, and nothing left us even slightly disappointed. For the appetizer, the crab rangoons were on point. I got a Mango Galaxy tea which was very interesting and delicious. Girlfriend got the brown sugar milk tea, which might be my new favorite beverage! We both got Spicy Miso with some minor modifications and our orders came out in reasonable time, were great sized portions for the price, and everything tasted immaculate. The pork chashu was both crispy AND melted in your mouth. I didn't know pork could taste that good. We also got the Beef Curry Rice to share, which was perfectly seasoned, and actually very nicely presented which I didn't expect. Overall, this is my new favorite Asian-style restaurant in the area. 10/10 would recommend. I will be back soon!

Yesterday my girlfriend and I went to Hokkaido Ramen House to try our first Ramen joint. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and downright to earth! We both had tried the Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen, she had the Jasmine Steeped Tea, and for myself, a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Everything was absolutely delectable, and I'd you've been on the fence about trying this place out. Go for it, you certainly won't regret it! Great for those really cold days!

We were excited to go to the grand opening today of this place. I’m Asian and I’m just so happy to see more Asian restaurants open around this area! They have a pretty big menu which includes not only ramen but sushi rolls, poke bowls, bubble tea. My husband and I shared the fried oysters which were really yummy and tasted authentic. We also had the spicy ramen and the garlic tonkatsu. They were both really tasty although I thought the egg was just a little too sweet for my palette and the broth for my spicy ramen could have been a little saltier. Overall really satisfied with the experience. The decor is super cute like you’re in Japan and the staff are friendly and responsive. Price is very reasonable!

An amazing place for authentic ramen. The inside is kept pristinely clean. The takoyaki is tasty with soft octopus inside. The ramen noodles are so tender. Both broth so warm and filling. Meat tender and a good amount too. Great service and fine price for how upscale the inside looks.

I have now been back here several times, and food is still amazing! Green tea was delicious. Ramen noodles were great! Other ingredients were outstanding! The first time the boba in the bubble tea was more soft and tender than most other bubble tea places. But the latest time the boba was not as luxurious as the first time. Regardless, my friend and I still had a glorious time!

Wonderful food. Amazing lighting, decor is great! We had to order a second order of crab Rangoon because it was so good. Definitely will be back. Jeffery is our server & he did wonderful. Very knowledgeable & did not lead us astray.

Its a busy place during lunch or dinner. But the food? OMG it is excellent highly recommended. Its clean inside the staff is attentive. There isn't really much more to say. A must go!!

If you're craving ramen, this is the place to visit. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Menu is easy to read and had lots of great options well explained. The food comes out quickly and it's delicious. If your a little hungry order an extra piece of pork or an additional egg. Prices are affordable. Great spot for a weekday dinner

This is the first time I've been to a Noodle House and it was an all around a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was modern and light and very clean . I ordered the spicy pork bowl with an extra egg. The meal came out very quickly and was extremely beautiful! All of the vegetables were fresh and you can tell the noodles were made in house. My friend got the pork Ramen noodle bowl with an egg as well and hers was super delicious as well. We ordered two iced teas. The iced teas were fresh and clean in appearance so not cloudy at all. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will absolutely recommend it!

The Ramen and sushi is the best I've had anywhere in Rochester, it is also very affordable and big entrees. The staff is very friendly and always have the answers to all of my question. I've been going here once a week for almost 2 months now. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a gem! We went here after friends raved about it. We tried the gyoza and each had a bowl of ramen - holy cow. The flavors were fantastic for everything. My partner loves boba tea so they were excited to have that with dinner too. The decor is cute, the staff were very friendly, and yes if you're not skilled with chopsticks they offer regular utensils too haha. The prices were very reasonable too!

Great Ramon, great food, great service and prices for entrées were under 20 dollars with good size portions. Appetizers were under 10 with good portions also.

Everything was delicious. The appetizers came fast and the server was polite and friendly. Milk teas are great also. Id recommend the chicken skewers, calamari and soup dumplings!! 🍲 Ramen is great and full of flavor. Both the pork and chicken were super tender and enjoyable. Came by to pick up a takeout order close to their lunch closing time. Even though they were almost done for the afternoon, they were still super welcoming and offered to let me and my boyfriend sit down to eat if we wanted to. I really appreciated that—excellent service. The ramen was great, with a big portion and steak that was soft and tender. Highly recommend the Bang Bang Shrimp—so delicious. Their Galaxy Tea is on point, too.

I've eaten a lot of things in my life, including some very well made food. The Hokkaido bowl is, hands down, the best thing I've ever eatent. The wait staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Even the prices are very fair. I've been back twice and I'll be back more!

Stellar ramen!! 😋🍜 I loved the tantanmen broth with chopped pork, bok choy, and soy egg. The broth was so rich and creamy, and you could add more heat to it if you'd like. I had some green tea, too, and it was nice to have an entire pot of steeped tea to refill the tiny little cup. I didn't have to wait for a table and the server was very sweet. Check this place out!

Ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is quick food vibe, but comfortable and pleasant enough to have conversations. The service is always attentive and not pushy. If you're looking for a great, well-made bowl of ramen in a pleasant, casual atmosphere, you should give Hokkaido Ramen House a try, I think you'll be glad you did.

The pork pot stickers were SOOOO good. The meat in the noodles was DELICIOUS. The broth was a bit too salty for Me. The spring rolls were good also. Would definitely return 🤗

New Ramen restaurant with a wide variety of dishes at a very reasonable price. Between the 4 of us, we had sushi, a salmon poke bowl (see photo) and a pork rice dish. Large portions for the dish and bowl, and very flavorful. We will definitely be returning there since everyone really like what they choose. The place filled up pretty quick once it opened up at 4.30 on a Wednesday.

This is our new favorite ramen store in Rochester. The store was clean and spacious. We got seated right away. The staff were attentive. They came right away and took our orders. The food came pretty fast. The ramen had a hefty amount of toppings and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this place!

This is a neat hip place to eat! The Ramon bowls were huge and looked delicious! My daughter and I just wanted to get a quick bite to eat and the service was quick! We ordered 2 different sushi rolls and boba drinks, they were very good! Definitely give this place a try if you like sushi and ramen and boba!

I’ve been twice and had a great experience both times. The restaurant is clean, the food comes out fast and the ramen options are all delicious! Highly recommend the pork buns and Tantanmen ramen.

New dining experience in Victor. Enjoyed the visit very much. I had a rice bowl, the chicken curry which was delicious. My son had a gluten free chicken ramen which he also enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The crab Rangoon were also very good. I also ordered the strawberry boba tea with strawberry boba. It was very gingery. I probably wouldn’t order that again as it was just too much spice.

The gentlemen that helped us both were full of smiles, chatted with us and kept making sure we were good. It was pretty busy but we waited less than 10 minutes for our food and they seemed to all work like a well oiled machine. Haven’t had this pleasant of service in so long anywhere, it really impressed me and my family. Super clean and super cute place and we will be back to work our way through the menu!

Ok I'll be the first to say after growing up poor paying more than a dollar for Ramen feels strange to me. I'll give it to them the things they put in it makes it better but I still fight it! That being said this place is excellent. I ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen and added a marinated egg to it, because I thought it would be cool and I wanted to try one. My wife ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl. As appetizers we had a California roll and Crab Rangoon. First let me say that food came out so fast it was almost like they started it when we walked in. I bet it wasn't 3 minutes before we had the roll and Rangoon and I know it wasn't a full 8 minutes before the meals came out. The California roll was very good. I know this is the most basic of all sushi but if the rest are like this I wouldn't hesitate to order more. The Crab Rangoon were my wives favorite, she said they were the best she's ever had. To me they were good and I'd get them again but they compare with others I've had. My wife loved her Poke Bowl. It had a good amount of Tuna in it and the sesame dressing was great. I had a bite and I would order it. The Spicy Beef Ramen which you will see in many reviews was great. I'm a Pho lover and I picked this because I expected it to be like Pho but with the added Rib and ramen instead of rice noodles. It was exactly that, and I would add the marinated egg every time. I ordered it "regular", they also have a hot and one step up, which I forget what they called it. I don't mind spicy things but I also like to enjoy my food. This was perfect. This had me coughing a few times when I was just spooning the broth into my mouth, so I wouldn't want to go any higher. I'm still amazed by the speed of this restaurant. That alone would have me coming here for lunch on a time crunch when fast food wasn't sounding good and I wanted good sit down food. This is a must try even if part of me wants to say "It's Ramen!"

New dining experience in Victor. Enjoyed the visit very much. I had a rice bowl, the chicken curry which was delicious. My son had a gluten free chicken ramen which he also enjoyed. This was my third visit, always great service! Even when they get busy they still provide great service. The ramen is really good and we love their sushi rolls as well! Highly recommend the Hokkaido deep fried roll.

The Pork Chashu Don pairs the best, most perfectly cooked Chashu that melts in your mouth and is so wonderfully divine, the rice tastes wonderful along side it. Highly recommend trying this out!

A light sweet glaze over the pork pairs perfectly with the cucumber and scallions inside, absolutely worth trying. The Pork Chashu Don pairs the best, most perfectly cooked Chashu that melts in your mouth and is so wonderfully divine, the rice tastes wonderful along side it. Highly recommend trying this out!

I went here with little expectations other than I knew I was getting ramen. I ended up getting Thai tea, spring rolls, sushi, and ramen, and honestly the ramen was the thing that stood out the least. The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering or less so they were super speedy! The thai tea was very good. Good flavor and I would recommend. The sushi was the standout dish of the night! It was super well made and very tasty! The spring rolls were good too… pretty much what you would expect from them. I had the shoyutonkatsu ramen and to me it was lacking some flavor. I did ask for some spicy sauce on the side but I think the server must’ve forgotten. (That probably would have put the flavor right where it needed to be.) Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would go there again! Also side note: I didn’t realize it was a sit down server style restaurant, but I didn’t mind.

We stopped here for lunch, our server Tim was very welcoming and helpful. The food was also very delicious and plenty. We recommend Takoyali Octopus, it was amazing 🤩. Unagi Poke Bowl was good 💯 but if you don't like eel order beef, pory or chicken Bowl. They are very hearty.

THe takeout was very bland. There was supposed to be chili oil with the spicy ramen but it was missing. The onions were soggy. The pork was all fat and no flavor. This was first time ordering and won’t go again.

Ordered the spicy miso Ramen. Not spicy at all and barely could taste the miso. The crispy onions were soggy and the noodles weren't cooked all the way. I added a beef rib to the order. Looks like it was boiled and the sieniew on the back of the rib was still attached making it very chewy.

This is the worst Japanese food I’ve had in Rochester NY. The beef in my curry dish was so chewy that it feels like rubber. Of course it didn’t taste fresh at all. I challenged the waitress who ensured me freshness of their ingredients and offered to replace with chicken curry which tasted mediocre at best albeit fresh and tender. Yakitori was a joke too. It tasted like general tsao chicken. I should have known better the minute I walked in - there were no Asians dining there. Perhaps it caters to local appetite.
