I am an occasional customer to Moe's. The food was not as good as usual. They had 3 people that I could visibly see working. The customer service was not bad. It was just poor and lacked effort to satisfy.

Food is mid. Service was less than mid. They seemed bothered/annoyed and definitely not friendly that we were there to order. The atmosphere is what's expected, the soda/sauce area and tables were not very clean. I didn't see anyone wiping the tables when a patron left. There were plenty of employees doing nothing, it wasn't very busy, they could have done it. I've seen employees do this plenty of times on previous visits. Maybe it was an off day,maybe they had less than stellar employees working that day. The queso was even cold. Cobblestone Court in Victor location.

Food was ok. CASH only due to a computer issue. Sign on the door and after "Welcome to Moe's" the servers told customers. Music was too loud and ridiculous playlist. No iced teas. Salsa bar was pretty empty. Looked empty for a Friday night.

I could talk about them forgetting to include the sour cream or Moe's sauce on the side of my quesadilla. Or I could talk about how all the steak was on one side of the quesadilla and the pico de gallo was all on the other side. Best yet, I could just show you the quarter of the quesadilla that came with a single piece of steak, one tomato chunk, one piece of onion and a tiny bite of cheese. This location used to be the best in Rochester and every time I've ordered in the last few months, it has been poor quality and forgotten sides. Gonna have to go to Chipotle for lunch now, I guess

Ordered on a delivery app. Didn't get my soda, which isn't the fault of the store, but I expected the burrito to be significantly bigger for $20. Instead it was about the same size as a Chipotle burrito but somehow had less meat in it. I think I got genuinely like 2 bites of meat out of the whole thing. The dippers were also comically sized when compared to what I see online. All in all just skip and get Chipotle or spend the same amount of money at Hokkaido for a life changing experience. Won't be coming back.

They charged me an extra $20.29 which was double the meal price. The lady said she was going to refund the money but I never got it back. Went in following day and they refused to refund me because I never got a receipt and they didn’t believe me. Between 7-7:30 on June 26th

Hoping that a Google review will get me a response. I was in Sunday evening for dinner, and was given the wrong food. I have called the store multiple times and am left on hold- for the call to hang it self up. I call back, same thing. I emailed the customer service page, got a response but a simple response and a response that did nothing. Just apologized. I used to love visiting this moes but lately this is not the first time. Really just looking for this to be made right without having to spend hours on hold, or drive back to victor as we were passing by.

We've been going to Moe's nearly every Monday for the past 8 years. For the past couple years in particular, the Victor location was awesome. The store manager was friendly and conversational and we could tell he put a lot of effort into making this store as good as it was. He paid close attention to ingredient quality and made sure sub-par food wasn't being sent out. Unfortunately, it seems like he's no longer working at this location, and over the past few months, every aspect of the experience has declined drastically. The employees are unfriendly and rude, don't have any attention to detail, and seem happy to serve the oldest driest meats that have clearly been sitting out all day. They also appear to have forgotten how to make the rice properly, as it's been flavorless mush the past several visits. It's really disappointing to see that the quality of this location depended so much on one hardworking manager, and that his absence caused such a difference. We've decided to stop hoping the poor quality has just been a fluke, and we won't be coming back.

Traveling for business and often get moes or chipotle may go to places while traveling. I came to this location and got salad bowl with chicken. I told the employee that I am only getting chicken , lettuce, cheese and not chips. She said I’ll have to charge extra and put an extra 1/2 scoop. Still it looked like no Chicken. Then I continued to register and she said $16 something!! I said for that bowl with barely chicken on it. I said I am sorry I am not paying this much and left ( this is why I was the only guest in store at 5:30 pm). I never do that but then I went to chipotle, and they made great bowl with out the extra $$$.

We used to frequent this place and now it will be a long time before we come back. My husband’s chicken club was poorly built when the girl was getting it off the grill half the inside was falling out onto the floor. The burritos barely had anything but black beans on them, no salsa whatsoever at the salsa bar and the place was a mess. The girl behind the counter was less than friendly and over all a crap dinner out!

This place used to be great. Now the portions are very small, they were out of sides, the salsa bar was empty, and every table was filthy since obviously no one had cleaned them in quite a while. The food tasted good but the size of the meal and the disgusting dining room made me not want to come back

Paid for bowl of queso, they didn't include it. Tried calling to see if I could get it and no one answers. Tried this 3 different times and just to listen to hold music and get hung up on after 10 minutes each time. Was going to let it go but started eating my quesadilla - which by the way is a menu item and they didn't know what was supposed to be on it - and the rice is completely uncooked. Soda machine has never had any of the flavor options in over a year. Terrible service and food, couldn't be worse if they tried, and yeah, don't worry, they don't try.

Stay away! We preordered food. I arrived 10 min late and the food had not even been started. Our tacos were not even halfway filled up. When I went inside to ask if they could actually fill the taco, they refused. I will not come to this location again.
