A true Rochester staple. It's kind of hard to objectively rate a childhood favorite but their bread is really what separates them from other sub places. Also, they have the best chocolate cookies anywhere, sorry grandma.

Overall this sub shop does well and they seem to get my order right when using their mobile app. Compared to Subway you are getting much better quality but that also comes at a higher price tag. With food inflation in full effect I guess it's just a matter of getting used to the higher prices on everything. The cookies should be illegal to sell because they are irresistible calories, but if it means I have to workout another 15 minutes, so be it.

It had been a while since I had gone to DiBella’s for a sub (years), and so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m happy to report the food is still superb and stays at the top of my list for places to get a good sandwich from. A classic Italian sub that lived up to its name!

Arguably the best subs around, in a town with arguably the best subs in the country. That being said, the Dibella's app is almost certainly the worst online ordering experience you will ever find! The food keeps them in business. The app threatens their livelihood.

How does a Dibella's, in Perinton, that is made to look like an old fashioned sub shop, self destruct...well you make it the most impersonal place to order ones sub....the individual that thought this was a good idea should be fired! Bye guys ..Hello Jersey Mikes!

Ordered 3 subs. 6 people behind us got there orders 1st. Super slow service, cashier did not know how to ring up order (must be new, that is understandable) 1st was made correct. 2nd missing mayo and cheese. 3rd was supposed to be 14" buffalo chicken. I got a small on wrong bread. They remade it after Manager told them to. Still made wrong. It was missing blue cheese and from the time I ordered to when I got the almost correct sandwich it was 45 minutes. Nothing was offered to correct this other than a soft spoken sorry. This place was horrible. Will never go back.

Beware, your direct requests for your sub preparation may not be followed. Multiple times I have asked that my sub be cut into four pieces only to arrive at the job site to find that this simple, easy-to-understand request was not followed. Try cutting a sub with a chop saw! And here’s a tip: always ask for your condiments “on the side” unless you want a soggy mess with condiment-soaked bread.

It was not a DIBELLA way, all food was cold, couldn't have a warm nor heated the sandwich or the bread. Never felt welcomed or appreciated at the site and food was really not fulfilling,only dry and dissatisfied tastes over all, would recommend another site,but NEVER JEFFERSON ROAD!!!!

I just ordered a medium $11.00 tuna sub and couldn't believe that they would serve a product like this. There couldn't have been a half cup of tuna in the sandwich. No taste to the sub. I would not recommend this place. The staff had no personality to boot! PVL

Overdue review. I don't get sub sandwiches often. For many many years when I get subs I go to DiBella's or at least up until now. It seems things have slipped there of late. I suppose staff shortages could be to blame but it doesn't seem worth it to me to keep trying. Of the last four or so times I've gone there three of my visits have proved unsatisfactory. Two of those times my orders were badly mixed up. Essentially the wrong stuff in the subs. I contacted the location and to their credit they did give me a credit for a replacement. Unfortunately that doesn't help when you get home and find the wrong sub and you don't feel like going back to the location for a replacement and who wants to have to open up a sub on the premises to check if it's correct. My last visit was back at the end of October. I ordered a Cheesesteak sub.This was my first time getting that sub. I think it may have been correct but it was so lacking in substance I would call it a bread sandwich. It reminded me of the low income sandwiches my mom made me for lunch in my childhood. One slice of baloney. I know they weigh the meat there so I suppose someone may have weighed it wrong or perhaps they are just cutting corners. Either way it ruined the meal and as before I didn't want to go back out to correct the problem. Too many disappointments.

Used to be the best sub place in Rochester. I hate the new process for ordering now. It turned from the most friendly place with great sandwich makers to an online ordering experience even in the store. If I wanted to be treated like a number I would just go to subway and save money. It's a shame seeing a great place go downhill.
