I had a great experience ordering over the phone recently. I have a strict gluten free diet, when I called the gentleman who answered was above and beyond helpful even checking all the wing sauces to let me know which ones were gluten free and which were not. This was not only very appreciated but also refreshing to have someone be so helpful and understanding even over the phone. 5 stars for Mark's! Oh and the pizza was delicious I will definitely be visiting again and spreading the word. Thanks for the help :)!

The pizza was good... not exceptional but very enjoyable! The sauce was plentiful as were the rest of the toppings the crust was thick and amlost crispy... not my favorite pizza but I totally enjoyed it and definitely recommend Mark's if you are in the area and looking for a quick slice!!

Wings were awesome in this loud football atmosphere. Pizza had more sauce , little cheese and a few mushrooms. Pizza was not what I ordered.

Pizza was great! The wings I ordered were garlic parm. They were burnt and hard, tasted werid too.

Or ordered a sheet pizza , The crust was undercooked and soggy. And the topping slid right off when I tried to pick up a slice. And had to eat the pizza with a knife and fork. Was extremely embarrassed to serve this to my guests.

We have ordered pizza from this location a couple times a month for the last 3 years. The quality and service has been on a steep decline over the last year. Tonight was probably the last straw, ordered pizza for pickup, told 20 minutes, arrived and paid and waited....and waited...after 45 minutes was told it wasn’t even in the oven yet, got a refund and left. Time to start trying other pizza places.

Been ordering here for forever, place is less than a mile from me, and suddenly they don't deliver to Fairport anymore and I have to order from Penfield? I will no longer be taking my kids there on our weekly walks.

Marks in the past was my go to best pizza. Not anymore. The past three times I have ordered at Marks in Fairport the pizza was horrible. I pushed myself to order thinking they just had a bad day. After three times I have decided horrible quality, horrible taste, and horrible service. I will never order from here again. I am looking for another place to get good pizza. So sad I have ordering from here for years. So sad to see it go from best to worst ever.

Alfredo tastes more on the dry, tasteless, chucky, and felt like not much effort went to making it. Pizza was just ok. No I would not be going back 😒. Even delivery costs $6.50 plus tax 🙄 and have to tip. Not worth it. I should have just gone to Applesbe. Bty no sauce was on the pizza (basic tomato sauce missing???)

This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered a pizza and it was not edible. The other two times we brought it back. We started ordering from somewhere else. We gave this location another shot because we had to order fast. I ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, fries, and wings. We ordered the wings to be well done. They were mush. The large pizza was not cooked in the middle at all. The medium pizza was fine. We don’t have time to return it and complain because we don’t have time. But this is ridiculous. We will never order from this location again. I just wasted $60 and have to cook the pizza myself!

I have been ordering from the Walworth shop for years, but over the last couple years I have experienced a HUGE decline in the quality. When ordering pizza the last 2 times I actually had to ask them to put sauce on the pizza because on a previous order it came with No sauce on it. I swore I wouldn't order from Mark's again ...but .. I did again tonight ..I ordered 2 calzones... Horrible... Mostly bread, very little fillings. Super disappointed !! You just lost a long time customer .
