food and service was amazing🙌. zachary really brightened my day when he brought his food out with his cool glasses. would recommend 10/10😁
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Sabine, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I sat down, Sabine was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She had great menu knowledge and made excellent recommendations. My order was taken promptly, and the food arrived perfectly as requested. What really stood out was Sabine's ability to anticipate needs – she checked in regularly without being intrusive, ensuring my water glass was always full and that everything was to my satisfaction. Sabine's professionalism and warm personality truly enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend her service to anyone visiting this establishment. Thank you, Sabine, for a wonderful meal!🤠
Our server, Connor was extremely attendant, informative and efficient. He was very thoughtful, making sure to stop over and see if we needed anything, but he had a great balance of not constantly interrupting. It was a wonderful meal that I enjoyed with a longtime friend from college.
Sam was an amazing server, we really loved her so much. She made my birthday so enjoyable and I hope to have her every time I come back. LOVE HER ❤️
Trey had excellent service and was quick to refill drinks and bring our food. He was very energetic and just in general had wonderful customer service. Food was great !
First time there and WOW!! For starters, my daughters and I were excited to see they had Bobba Tea on the menu as our Bubble Tea closed by us and we miss it. So they definitely scored brownie points with us. The lettuce wraps are absolutely amazing! You MUST try those if you have not, you will not regret it. I had the Asian ribs. DELICIOUS, fall of the bone tender. Get a full rack as you are going to want left overs (as I am eating mine now as I write this). My daughter loved her beef with broccoli, it had a little sweetness to it. My other daughter had the steak and loved it as well. It was tender and impressively plated. Dessert we had deep fried bananas (in a wonton wrapper) with caramel and coconut ice cream. I am not a banana fan but I am still speechless. Not only was it a unique dessert, it was delicious and the ice cream, well I am now on a quest to duplicate it....AMAZING 😋
This was my first time visiting a PF Changs and it was absolutely amazing! We started off w/ the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Hand Rolled Crab Wontons (similar to crab rangoons) however the ones here are made w real crab not imitation which makes them 10x better! For each entree we chose the Salt and Vinegar Shrimp (sub. white rice for fried) , Singapore Street Noodles and Changs Spicy Chicken w white rice. The fried rice was rich w flavor from the fried egg to the bean sprouts and green onions, the white rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked & the noodles swam in a combination of chicken, shrimp, peppers and onions w a delicious red chili sauce. I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Asian cuisine that is authentic in flavor! The staff here was also extremely friendly and our waitress Kayla took good care of us and even recommended the wraps, love love love P.F. Chang’s!!! :)
Our server Savenia was absolutely amazing. She made my night, we got some california rolls, sweet and sour chicken, pad thai, spring rolls and friend rice. She was very funny and got me a big cup of ice so i could eat it with my chopsticks, she also watched me eat my tongue with chopsticks, it was embarrassing but I had a good time. She is very funny and was a joy to have as a server.
Sabine was an amazing waitress! Very friendly and personable. She made our experience a great one.
All the food was really good the lunch specials came with more food than we expected. Service was great. Sabine was our waitress, she was very friendly and provided us with exceptional service. I will be coming back!!!
Connor was absolutely amazing. He was always on top of service took care of our allergy needs and was very compassionate funny outgoing and respectful. Definitely one of your best servers Definitely will ask for him in the future
Trey was awesome ! Came in with a large party. Handled all needs extremely well and above everyone’s expectations. Very professional. Would recommend him for larger parties or just a couple
Amazing, quality Chinese food full of rich flavor! The ambience is very classy and elegant as well and the service is always quick even though they get so busy! Always a positive experience from the servers and the bartenders. Kid-friendly and the servings are very generous. The tempura calamari as an appetizer is a must! The Korean glass noodles is amazing as well! One of my favorite spots! You can't go wrong here.
I have a home in San Diego and I am working here in Rochester. The PF Chang’s in San Diego is walking distance from my home. I enjoy it. I have a home in Macedon not far from here and I love this location as well. Dena has waited on me several times at the bar and her service is impeccable. My drink of choice is a Negroni and she makes it every time well to my expectation. I look forward to seeing her and all of the other bar tenders on Friday nights or Saturday afternoon. I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge her as I do every time with a 50% or more tip every time.
we came in as a party of 19 with kids and we had trey the server and i couldn’t say more better things he is sooo awesome and deserves a raise he did so awesome with bringing the drinks without us asking to getting our food out quickly and keeping us informed, you don’t see this to often! trey your awesome and will be coming back and asking for you again!
First time. Took my family. The food was outstanding, and the food was authentic. The table was fun to turn while we were eating they should call it the laughing turning table. They have a vegetarian option and menu for people who are allergic to certain types of foods. The menu is pricey, but it's worth it. I highly recommend coming here.
Olivia was the best server in this restaurant we been here many times and has a general manager of a upscale restaurant i would hired this teammate for my own team please keep this young lady going and mentor here to go to Great places im a former vet and she treated me with the utmost respect and care. Thank you for the kind conversations and also for the beyond excellent service keep going Olivia Dine on 11/3
Our server Shelly K was awesome she helped us with food and drink specials. We had multiple table side dishes and her service was great. Her attitude was great, super nice. Food was great super flavorful and presentation was nice. Atmosphere is nice and cozy.Would highly recommended for anyone in the area
Great food! And quick service. We came in on a Sunday at 4:30pm and we're seated within 15 minutes. They had the soup out within 5 minutes and the dinner was up in 10-15 minutes. I loved the Salt and pepper prawns! They were crispy and came with a spicy sauce that was sweet and sour. It honestly tasted like hot boss sauce. The rice is always simple but very good. The egg drop soup is one of my favorite soups and they add julienne carrots and some other veggies. Will certainly be back!
My runner for my food was absolutely impeccable, the young man’s name he said was Zach, had some pretty cool glasses too, me and my wife will definitely be coming back!
Came in for a quick bite to eat after shopping. Jordan was a great server and very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks.
Connor was an excellent server, by far the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Food was great, atmosphere was great, and what a down to earth, great, kindhearted person serving me and my family. Connor didnt just do the bare minimum, he was above the bar in every way possible, and he seems to absolutely love what he does, and seems to love talking to people. Keep it up my man!
The service is always amazing, Jill usually serves us and she’s the best! My favorite has gotta be the Chang’s spicy chicken or beef and broccoli.
We had Connor as our server. He did an amazing job helping us with a food allergy we had at our table giving her her own menu with everything she could order. He was also very funny and kept us laughing for all of our dinner.
Food was 10/10, as was the service we received at the bar. Morgan was very attentive and easy going. Great experience!
Food and our server Phil was fantastic! Checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with our meal and didn’t need anything. Very pleasant! Food was great! We will be back.
Service was above and beyond. We had a problem with a severe allergy and the staff went above expectations to find something my daughter could eat. I am completely impressed with the staff and the way they treated us. Definitely highly recommend!
Food and service are always good. It is a go to for our gluten free family. I’ve had Louis several times as a waiter. Always friendly with exceptional service.
We like to go to pf any time we are in Victor. Michelle K was an amazing server, she was so nice and service was amazing!! We will definitely look for her next time we come!
Miranda, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Her great attitude, warm personality, and the way she made everything feel effortless really stood out. She added such a good vibe to our night, and we left smiling because of her. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve ever had!
Amanda is a super bartender/server! She led us through the drinks and food menu like a pro. And she’s fun to talk with. Give her a raise, keep and promote. She’s a great PF Chang asset.
finishing up celebrating my daughter‘s eighth birthday here, as she’s getting adventurous about food and wants to try more new things! our server Phil was very helpful and patient as we got situated around birthday presents and digesting the menu. Very professional and helpful with everything that we needed.
Went for a quick drink after lunch. Had the pleasure of having Morgan as my bartender. Truly, a very memorable and wonderful experience. 100/10
Sinclair was our server and he could not have been any more attentive, congenial, and welcoming. My college roommates and I love to meet here for lunch because we never feel rushed. We can take as long as we want and enjoy each other‘s company and the great food and service. Thank you, Sinclair and P.F. Chang’s
Our server, Miranda, did a great job taking care of us while we were at the restaurant. She was very attentive and instead of just bringing a new soda, asked if I wanted one. Most would have just brought another, glad she asked first.
I have been there many times and loved it every time. I have tried their sushi for the first time and loved it. I am also a fan of their dynamite shrimps, so I have tried the dynamite sushi, and it was equally amazing. The serving size was good too and I didn't eat the main course. Just the cake afterward, which I have shared with friends. Went there again many times, and it's always good to visit. Loved their lemonade, and they have few non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy. Sushi is just awesome.
Our server Lisa was the best. We like the fact that she kept coming to check on us to make sure if we needed anything. Our server Lisa was a 5 star all by herself. Thank you Lisa for the good service.
Tres our server was amazing. Very helpful and with great energy. The food was delicious warm everything came on time. We have a long wait but we were prepared. On valentine’s we know it’s a long wait… definitely it worth it. We have fun and we enjoy our valentines dinner.
Amazing food and service. Ethan was a great server, very attentive and helpful. We had a really good time, food was delicious and everyone was so nice.
We went to P.F. Chang’s to celebrate our daughter’s bday. We had Tori as a server she was awesome. For as busy as it was she handled the workload like a champ. She went above and beyond to make our daughter’s bday special. The kitchen was super slow but our server was awesome. The house lomein was probably some of the best iced had.
Lisa was are server. Great personality. She knew the products. Came back a few times to ask if we are good and needed anything else. Couldn't be more happy to have a welcoming person helping us.
We had the most amazing lunch experience...and I don't give compliments like this easily as I'm a restaurant worker myself. If I didn't know better, I'd think Niko was carrying the PF Changs steps of service encyclopedia in his back pocket because he hit EVERY MARK! And the Manager, Michelle- they are lucky to have her! I watched her during our visit and she was so on point with supporting her staff...Lord knows I wish I had a manager like her. When she stopped by our table I truly enjoyed our conversation. This is my way of saying a HUGE Thank You for a wonderful lunch with great people and great food. We'll be back for sure! (This was our first time, btw!)
I had an amazing experience at the P.F. chang’s in Victor. The hostess Morgan was amazing for all of my family’s needs! Even kept bringing the little ones stuff! I will be returning just for her (and the amazing food!)
Had an amazing experience, food was hot and delicious!. Lemon 🍋 drop martini soo good! Jordan our waiter, excellent, friendly greeted our family with a smile, very attentive. Will definitely return.
Sabine was fantastic! I have never had such a charismatic and friendly server like she was. Made the experience 10x better! The good was amazing as well! Thank you so much Sabine!!
Morgan! You are a light! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my family and I. We're not easy lol. And she was so patient, funny, helpful, and seemed to love her job. Which is rare to find. Hope you see this Morgan and you know you made a difference!
This location was one of our first dates 15 years ago, and my husband and I have spent many dating anniversaries here. We've always had a great experience and delicious food. (Only one exception was takeout during the COVID shutdown, but management made it right!) We stopped in last weekend and decided to try the special Valentine's Day menu for two. The course 1 sushi was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our course 2 soups, and of course, the course 3 appetizer - lettuce wraps. They are the best!! For course 4 we had Mongolian Beef and the Noodles and Prawns. Both were delicious, especially the Mongolian Beef. For dessert we had our favorite - the banana spring rolls. Hands-down one of our favorite desserts anywhere (and most unique). I also got the Midnight Gallup seasonal cocktail with tequila. It was very good and under $10 which is rare these days. The service was amazing as usual- our waiter Connor was so knowledgeable with all of the menu items and we felt we were making excellent choices with each course. We will be trying the butter cake the next time we go (per Connor's recommendation). Overall, another fantastic experience, and a great price for everything!
After shopping at the mall, this was a great place for us to have lunch. Jill was our server, who overall was very attentive and knowledgeable on the different menu choices. The food came out quickly and is always fresh. Certainly a great place for a quick lunch!
I love the food at PF changs. It is always delicious. My server Amber was very attentive and efficient. The honey chicken is my absolute favorite. I will be back.
1st time and it was the best Chinese I had to date the sesame chicken was amazing the chicken fried rice amazing boba peach drink delicious side noodles decent for 3$ The gluten-free options are great my wife ate happily I appreciate our server Louis who is quick responsive didn’t have to ask him a lot of things he already knew but one thing the floors were a little sticky
Fantastic, as always. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. Sabine is by far one of the best servers I've had here. Count yourself in for a fantastic evening if you get seated in her section. My husband absolutely loved the Golden Rising Dragon Margarita and I had the Yuzu Spritz. Highly recommend the Pan-seared dumplings as a starter. My husband enjoyed the Black Pepper Chicken and I had the delectable Singapore Street Noodles. So sorry we didn't leave room for one of their fantastic desserts. We even had the manager drop by to check on us during our visit. One of the friendliest and sharpest dressed magagers I've seen here. Over all, do yourself a favor and stop by this location of P. F. Chang's.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at PF Chang’s, largely thanks to Ethan, who provided excellent service once we were seated. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out exactly how we ordered it. Seating did take longer than expected, and the restaurant was definitely crowded and loud, but Ethan handled the busy atmosphere really well and never made us feel rushed. His professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference and turned the night into a very enjoyable meal overall. Thanks again to Ethan for the great service!
I have a severe, medically confirmed allergy. I’ve been craving Asian food for such a long time, and was fully prepared for disappointment in trying to order even the most basic meal. CONNOR was amazing, as was his manager, enlisting the chefs and discussing how to accommodate my limitations. I had a wonderful, satisfying appetizer, meal (with leftovers!), and dessert. Here I am, 24 hours later with absolutely no reactions to anything I was served. The reaction would definitely occur within minutes to a couple of hours, depending on a variety of factors. How wonderful to be able to have a restaurant experience when the restaurant staff truly understands and cares about keeping their diners safe! Thank you, Connor, and coworkers!!
I had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service from Michelle K. From the moment me and my family were seated, Michelle made the visit truly exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that made the meal even better. Michelle’s friendly personality and genuine care created a welcoming atmosphere that really stood out. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was smooth, and Michelle was the highlight of the entire visit. If you’re heading to P.F. Chang’s, I highly recommend asking for Michelle K—she’s absolutely phenomenal and a real asset to the restaurant.
I’ve lived in Victor for almost ten years, and PF Chang’s has always been one of our staple dining spots. Somehow, it continues to get better every time we visit. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, the service attentive, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. A special mention to Michael, the manager, who always makes guests feel welcome and ensures everything runs seamlessly. His professionalism and presence truly set this location apart. It’s rare to see a restaurant maintain such high standards over the years, but this team does it with ease. Victor’s PF Chang’s remains a standout in our community.
We have had Trés twice now, and he is wonderful! He makes dining here such a wonderful experience and he's very personable. He even put a sparkler in my desert for me. The service here is always quick and the food is delicious. My boyfriend likes his cherry blossom martini and I always love the crispy honey chicken. This time I got it with lo mein as per Trés's suggestion and it was great.
I don’t have any photos to share, but I want to give credit to both the cooks back in the kitchen and our server! The food was absolutely delicious! We always start with the lettuce wraps. They are so so good! We usually order the sesame chicken because it’s so delicious. The sweet and sour chicken is also One of our favorites.. We’ve never had a meal that we did not like. It’s so nice when you have a server who’s friendly, helpful and fun. Ethan was our server - and he did a really great job. He came to our table quickly and brought our drinks to us right away. He checked with us often to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated that. Will be back soon!
Connor was amazing. He made our anniversary dinner truly amazing. I’m on an extreme diet and he made sure my dinner was cooked light and little oil down to sauce on the side. Even drinks he went behind the bar to make my drinks himself to make sure they were little to no sugar. He is a fantastic person. I will ask for him from now on whenever I go there. Bitterly the best dinning out experience we have ever had. He is so attentive to his tables. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is great.
Easter Update 4/20/25 Great food and service again! Samantha, our server was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We got there early before it got busy. Highly recommended... will return. What can I say... it's P.F. Chang's. The food is always excellent. The drinks are very good along with the service staff. Nice dining room. Service from the time you order until you get your drinks and food is very quick. It's a little pricey, though. Highly recommended!
My favorite dish is the lettuce wraps! The place is always clean, fast, and friendly service.
Food was so so good and the waitress was extremely sweet and so polite! I got the shrimp tempura roll and it has been by far the best one I've ever had from anywhere
Food and costumer service were amazing i ordered the white rice with pepper steak it was super flavorful food came out pretty fast definitely a 10 out of 10

Sabine is the sweetest! Dined with 6 year old and she was speedy and accommodating. We were in the “girl date” section and she was running the show! Watched her handle our salty neighbors with so much grace and professionalism. Some people should eat at home. 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️❤️ Wishing her success in everything!!
No photo to show but I want to give credit to 1 of the server, Joshua. He was very attentive, polite and always looking out if we need any extra service or request. Very cheery and pleasant deposition, always smiling and always checking in to ensure we are well served. For the price paid, I feel as if I am treated like a royalty! So a big thumbs up for Josh! Food wise, we ordered the salmon and beef with broccoli. Taste was ok. Only complaint, the brown rice seems undercooked. Or perhaps I am used to fully cooked brown rice, as this is how we cooked it in Asia.
This was my 1st time a PF Changs. Over all the food was decent and I got really full. I ordered the sesame chicken dinner with fried rice for extra $3. I didnt realize that they were also going to give me the white rice to. 😁 I was unsure of how I felt about it at 1st as the taste was kinda bland in the begining. The sauce was very thin. After mixing I was over all satisfied. I loved all the veggies they put in the chicken, Broccoli, onions, and red peppers, and I got what ever sauce they give with meals and put that on my rice. Tasted awesome. Absolute best fortune cookies I've ever had hands down. They were fresh and crispy with a hint of vanilla flavor. Over all my order came to $20 plus tax. Kinda pricey. I would try it again tho but it's not something I would crave or want on a regular basis. It definitely wasn't what I expected with all the raving reviews I've heard about this place over the years but not bad when I've got some extra cash. This is not the normal Chinese/Asian food you get at a typical takeout restaurant. Recommended to try.
This is a great family restaurant! My husband and I enjoy going here for random dates. It has a friendly atmosphere, with darker lights. It's more on the pricey side, $$, but all of the ingredients are local and very delicious! I personally recommend the honey crunch shrimp. It's always well cooked, and very tasteful. Also the bartenders never let me down. Not too pricey with the drinks. Sorry for the blurry photo! Husband kept trying to jump in :P
Our waiter Sinclair was very accommodating, friendly, and personable. We tried some different dishes and thought they were very tasty. We will definitely be back again.
We've been to a number of pf changs but we were a little disappointed tonight. We ordered the ribs app and the egg rolls. The rib meat had a lot of bone in the meat that we had to had to remove from our mouths while eating. The flavor was good but chewing bones....ruined it. The egg rolls were eh. The pad thai looked good so I ordered it but I didn't care for it. I was mad at myself for not sticking to lettuce wraps. They dumped a clump full of cilantro on top too. My husband ordered the beef wonton special.....he liked those. They arrived with a flame too which was cool. The spicy chicken dish was good. Our waitress brought out apps and meals within minutes of each other. Felt rushed and there were plenty of tables open. Spent $140 on 3 dinners, 3 apps, 1 glass of wine and a soda.
I went to P.F. Chang's with my spouse, her sister & her husband. It was a great place for a birthday dinner for family. The food was great - lettuce wraps, dumplings, honey chicken, salmon, and beef and broccoli. The food is rated 4/5 because we ordered two honey chicken's, and they didn't look the same. One had big chicken, and one had little chicken. They had slightly different tastes but still good. We tried their lemonade, which was sooo yummy. The atmosphere was wonderful until the music was turned up around 3ish. It became difficult to talk amongst our group. Our waiter was a 5/5. Super attentive and wonderful.
Managed to snag a last-minute reservation here for NYE. It was our first visit, and despite the holiday chaos, it was a solid experience. There was a short wait for the table and a slight lag before our server greeted us, but that’s expected on one of the busiest nights of the year. Once the service kicked in, we didn't have any issues. Our server was sharp, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The holiday cocktails were a highlight—well-crafted and looked the part. For food, the Chang’s Spicy Chicken and the Beef with Broccoli were both crowd-pleasers and hit the spot. A few minor holiday-rush delays aside, the food and service hold up. We’ll be back.
The server was very attentive and the pace was excellent. She did forget to ask for my rewards number tho. The lettuce wraps were excellent as usual. The drinks were perfect. The egg roll and spring roll was passable. The Mongolian Beef entrees were not very good. These are a favorite and we get these often and they are usually excellent. However these were dry and bland. It was like the beef was cooked plain and as an after thought there was a small drizzle of sauce that landed on the plate. Very disappointing! Most of the time we enjoy excellent food here. It has become a bit pricey. But I suppose that is happening everywhere.
1st time dining here, We started off with the Lunch Specials they were advertising starting at $13.99, It includes a starter & entree. I ordered the Sesame chicken along with a Egg drop soup, I substituted the white rice for the fried rice (+$2) for which I regret because it was pretty high in sodium, The flavors were amazing but to salty for me.

Very over rated. Servers are great but the food is mediocre. The kitchen is usually backed up. My daughter tried the short ribs and it was solid fat. overpriced.
Made reservations and had to wait. Food was disapointment no changes were allowed to entrees and seemed like it was microwaved pre made. First time last time.
Huge waste of money. Do not waste your time on dessert. $9 for a teeny tiny portion that isnt very good. Hubby got the peanut butter pie and I got red velvet. Its a tiny circle that is mostly whipped cream. I cant even rate the taste because there wasn't even enough actual cake to taste it. The egg rolls and lo mein were good. The Crispy Honey chicken was a good portion but definitely not "crispy". They cut the chicken pieces so large that when they cook them they have no chance to get crispy. Definitely not worth $25 and you pay more to have lo mein or the fried rice. We would have been better off just ordering from our nearby Chinese restaurant and about have saved about $75. Won't be ordering here anymore.
As a transplant from NYC, I thought I would have to drive 8 hours to experience a P.F. CHANGS cuisine. Then I discovered this one in Victor, NY!! I was excited about eating there and took a friend along. The staff was attentive and friendly enough to yield a generally pleasant experience. However, I remember there being a larger selection of food to choose from, and the portions were larger. My “date” ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice and I ordered a chicken and broccoli with fried rice. I also ordered two appetizers to share. I must say that I was greatly disappointed in the quality of the food. My food came out cold, as if it had been sitting for a while, and not even under a heat lamp (which would have dried the food out). The rice was flavorless and seemed to be a “fried” rice with a brownish food coloring (I hesitate to say it was soy sauce based because it really had no flavor to it). What was supposed to be an impressive culinary experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Overall, the meal cost just under $90.00, which averages out to about $45/person. Definitely wasn’t worth it. I ended up going to a local Chinese take-out restaurant to receive my umami experience. Although the decor was pretty, the overall experience wasn’t worth me taking any pictures to memorialize the event.
The waitress was amazing and very professional!, the atmosphere was nice and settle. The pork egg roll and the strawberry cucumber lime made refresher was good but I wasn’t a big fan of my entree. I had Mongolian beef dish. It was straight soy sauce which through me off but the waitress told me that I can say less sauce the next time.
This is a takeaway review. I had ordered from pf earlier as a takeaway and disappointed with the quality….. especially the difference with what you get in the restaurant and the takeaway. So decided to give them another try. Based on these tries, it seems that there is a definite drop in quality. I had to go a treasure hunt to find the shrimp…… I did manage to find some.

This is a favorite option when we are looking for flavor and selection. Service is professional and helpful. drinks are well poured! . It's one of the best "franchise" options in the area.
Really used to like going to this place. Last few visits unsatisfactory. The dumplings were chewy, like they had been pre cooked or came out of a bag. The chicken Kung poa dinner entree, while tast…
Food was sub-par. The honey chicken tasted like burnt oil. The server was rude and cut me off mid order multiple times, like I didn't know an appetizer is in addition to the lunch special. He didn't bother writing down our orders and thus got them wrong. I received white rice instead of the brown I ordered and my husband got the brown rice instead of the fried rice he ordered. The dumplings were burnt. Overall, terrible experience. Won't be going back. But I can say the peach Boba drink I got was good.
First, this place is really more about atmosphere experince than food. Because this is not a real chinese but more of chinese food cater to the taste for Americans. Which is so overly sweet or bland or too salty. Second, we were the first to arrive during lunch. We decided this place while visiting the mall and did not want to drive to other place. Host set us on regular table. Kind of wanted the more comfortable cushioned seats. The server came and took the order. Order came out quicker than expected. We ordered the lunch special mongolian beef (which looked more like a left over beef from the day before and some few small pieces were burned crisped) fried rice and lo mein noodles were overly oily (bad oil) shrimp was at least good. So called green tea was just hot water and mango tea was very tart. And the final surprise, when the check came it was over priced, because they charged us the dinner price??? Had the correction done. And this tipping is getting ridiclous, starting at 20%??? No we will never be going back again. For that price and taste, we will seek out Real Chinese food.
Decided to try this while on this side of town. Ordered online and was ready at expected time. Ordered the sesame beef with side of lo mein. Sesame beef was tough, way too oily and inedible other than the broccoli it came with. The lo mein had absolutely no flavor. Ordered a shrimp fried for the husband, tasted so bad and the rice was hard. Ordered a kids fried rice with chicken… was supposed to come with fruit and never got it. For an “elevated” restaurant you would think the food would be a lot better and all items you’re paying for would be received. Won’t order from here again. Will stick to supporting the small local restaurants rather than this horrible chain.
Honey shrimp was burnt and a huge piece was empty while others were 90% breading. Egg drop soup tasted strongly of carrots. Lo mein was flavorless noodles. The sushi wasn't the roll we ordered and it looked like someone tried to eat it before it came to us. Chicken was good.
Ordered for pick up, I placed the names on which food is who’s and apparently it was labeled all one name. Luckily we figured it out. My beef and broccoli was good but the beef was hard as a rock tasted like jerky pieces. Not to mention I found hair long piece of hair in it. Yep.. We will not be coming back. Another people’s meal was too spicy and has a hard time eating it. Ended up calling and got a refund!
If you’re hungry enough it is edible. The tempura batter on the green beans and honey chicken was over cooked and tastes like old fryer oil. The broccoli chicken was very bland. Lo mein noodles just taste like plain noodles, had to add soy sauce to give them some flavor. The honey chicken did have a nice sauce but the oil on the breading was so over powering that it just was not good. The best part of the whole meal was definitely the modelos, If I had 8-9 more the food would probably taste a little better.
Such a good place to relax and unwind. They have really good specials in my opinion. I sit at the bar I prefer the attentive service and being able to chat with the bartender when there not busy they have all been very friendly and makes it a pleasant visit. However most recent experience service was horrible and I blame management for that. Lots of people waiting to be seated and bar tables all open but yet that area was "closed" why on earth do you have a waiting list of people and yet have a section of the restaurant closed. Hostess said it was managers call well that's a poor management decision in my opinion. Almost warrants a call to corporate.
Ended our annual mother/daughter Christmas shopping trip at PF Chang’s as we do each year. This was the first time we were extremely disappointed. Sat at the bar as we always do for happy hour and apps. Service was horrible. Watched the bartenders talk to each other and play on their phones as we had to wait for them for service several times. Ordered a take out meal for my father to bring home. Waited 45 minutes for his one little tiny portion size meal of firecracker shrimp. Serving size was laughable and mostly rice and hardly any shrimp for $21. In all the years we end our shopping trip at this restaurant, sadly it will be our last. Just too many other nice restaurants to choose from! Sad to say, but in our opinion PF Chang’s has gone downhill!

I was so excited to have an outstanding Asian meal. What I got was the worst pad thai I’ve ever had. How does one screw up pad thai????? Unbelievably horrible!
The pork rolls (3 orders) were all burned and the shrimp with lobster sauce was sauceless and tasteless. The four of us were very disappointed.
Honestly don't know why we keep going back. Ordered at 7:50 given a pickup time of 8:33 food was handed to us at 8:53. Get home to enjoy our meal at our children's bedtime only to discover the pad thai noodles and rice are not fully cooked. What happened to this place they used to be so good.
I eat at many Chinese restaurants having a job driving. Many are very good and fresh around Rochester. PF Changs is very bland and loaded with sugar. Hard to give a good review when smaller restaurants far surpass this chain.
We haven't been there in about 3 years. They have changed dramatically. The quality of their food is terrible. I had Mongolian beef and they had raw grease on the bottom of it and the portions are a lot smaller. My wife had the Golden Honey chicken. It was raw on the inside and it was really doughy. Was not cooked. Nothing like it was 3 years ago. They have gone downhill big time. I would avoid this place
Ordered at 5:45 on the dot, knowing I’d be short on time as I had to leave at 7:15, but still expected to be able to get something down. 7:15 comes around and we still didn’t have our orders. I had to leave without getting anything, and my husband brought me home my meal when it finally arrived at 7:30. The fried rice was super sweet and off putting. Doesn’t even hold a candle to the fried rice at Umi, which is right across the street. I hope the poor waitress wasn’t shorted on tips that night due to the kitchen’s severe delay. I won’t be going back.
I’ll start with the table we were given being dirty. It was cleaned so no big deal. Then the 30 minute wait before a waitress came to take our order. She said no one was assigned to our table. Disappointed, but mistakes happen. The food came out lukewarm, almost like they forgot to bring it to us after it was ready. Then my drink, which cost $4.29, was never refilled. Not once. We had to leave so I walked over to the hostess to ask for the manager. We were in a rush when the waitress came with the check so we just paid and left. Sad because I had high expectations of this place.
Getting sick was the final straw. I travel for work a lot so I go to PF Changs in other cities and never have a problem. Last few times at this location I've had nothing but issues. To start, we were sat over 20 minutes after our reservation (it would've been longer if we didn't sit at a hightop). Kitchen was backed up, so the service was slow and my food came out cold. My soup came out after my chicken and rice (annoying but oh well big deal). A few hours after eating there, I got home and was very sick. I had to go to bed because I couldn't deal with it. I then woke up again in the middle of the night still sick. Not realizing I had gotten sick from the chicken and rice, the next night (last night) I had only a few bites of my leftovers. I woke up at 4 am paying for it and am still paying for it this morning. My stomach is killing me. I don't have any food allergies, and just ordered this same meal at a location in another state less than a month ago and was perfectly fine. The last few times I ordered takeout from here it was also very annoying. No one was working the takeout desk, so I had to walk into the restaurant, flag down a worker, to check the kitchen for my food multiple times, just for them to grab it from the counter it had been sitting on for a long time, way after the scheduled pickup time. The food you get from pickup is also very different. The chicken is much greasier, and the noodles are practically plain noodles with nothing on them. My wife has celiac, so she used to love Changs because of how safe they were with food allergies. About 2 years ago however she was served a non gluten free dish here and not realizing it was not gluten free she ate it. She got very very sick. It was awful. However when we went to a PF Changs in another state a few weeks ago she was completely fine and really enjoyed her meal, so she wanted to give the location in our hometown one last try. Funny enough I got sick this time. Coincidentally I was recently talking to a friend about the trip I was on and without me saying anything bad about the location here, he started saying how he wished this location was still good and that he and other people he knows have had similar experiences the last few times they've went. Just really disappointing. Definitely won't be back to this location.
I’ve been coming to this PF Chang’s since the day it opened. Back then, it was the kind of place you looked forward to — warm atmosphere, great service, food that actually tasted fresh and made with care. My wife and I even had our very first date here, back when ordering Mongolian Beef didn’t feel like a gamble and the lettuce wraps weren’t fighting for their life. Fast-forward to the last seven years… and whatever magic this place once had has apparently packed its bags and left the country. Each visit has been a steady decline, like watching a slow-motion car crash you can’t look away from. My most recent trip? Easily the worst yet. The food was damn near inedible — and I’m being generous. The quality was so low it felt like the kitchen just microwaved one of those frozen PF Chang’s meals from the grocery store and hoped no one would notice. (Plot twist: we noticed.) It honestly breaks my heart. This used to be our place. A restaurant that meant something. Now it’s just a sad, unrecognizable shell of what it once was. If nostalgia had a taste, it definitely wouldn’t be whatever they served me last time. Here’s hoping one day they decide to bring back the quality they used to have… because at this point, the freezer aisle version is winning.
First experience with this chain restaurant ever. Absolutely terrible. First my GF ordered shrimp dumplings. They sent out pork dumplings. She cannot eat pork due to dietary restrictions (causes inflammation in intestinal tract). Waitress did notice, only after GF partially ate one and noticed it didn’t taste like shrimp. They did replace the dumplings with the correct ones and GF said they were good. Second I ordered myself and my son Honey chicken. Chicken tasted extremely sour like it had gone bad (usually from bacterial growth). Ate maybe two pieces. I did order egg rolls as an appetizer and they were pretty run of the mill tasting. Though not overly greasy, which was a plus. GF also had Hot and Sour soup which she enjoyed. I explained to the waitress who was servicing our party what was going on. She asked if I wanted a replacement for mine and my son’s meals. I declined due to it taking a fair bit of time to get my entree in the first place. 25 mins plus. I understand they were semi busy due to it being Friday night and the day before Valentine’s Day. Not holding that against them, but after getting served certainly spoiled chicken I did not want to risk getting something else. The manager did comp the dumplings we had ordered as well as the two orders of honey chicken. Which still left us with around a 50 dollar bill(pretty expensive for one meal, two appetizers, and three non alcoholic drinks in my opinion)I did tip because I didn’t feel like it was the waitress’ fault. However, I will not be trying this chain again.
P.F. Chang’s at Eastview completely dropped the ball on Valentine’s night, leaving dozens of couples waiting hours past their reservation times, and that’s unacceptable. I was one of those couples. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation, fully expecting a busy evening and a little chaos. What we walked into was something else entirely: a packed lobby of visibly frustrated customers, all waiting because the restaurant had clearly overbooked and couldn’t keep up. When I went to the host stand to check in, the hostess was curt and unwelcoming. She told us it would be “about an hour” because they were still seating guests from 5:00 PM, and it was already 6:45 PM. That should’ve been our cue to leave, but we tried to make the best of it. We figured we’d salvage the night by walking around the mall and grabbing a drink at Champps while we waited. An hour later, we came back to find the situation even worse. The lobby was even more crowded and chaotic, with couples shoulder-to-shoulder and no clear sense of order or updates. I went back to the counter for a status check, and instead of anything helpful or apologetic, I was rudely told, “Another 30 minutes.” At that point, it was obvious we weren’t actually in a real queue, just stuck in limbo. Looking around at the sea of annoyed, disappointed couples, we finally decided enough was enough and left. Then, 45 minutes after we’d already walked out, we got a text saying our table was ready. I understand Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights of the year. But being busy doesn’t excuse overbooking to the point where reservations become meaningless, nor does it excuse dismissive, rude communication when people are understandably upset. If you can’t honor reservation times, or even provide realistic wait estimates, you need to stop taking reservations you can’t accommodate. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just “a busy night.” It was a failure of planning and basic customer service, and it completely derailed what should’ve been a special evening.
Quality and taste of food has declined horribly. Portion size very small and not worth the price don't even bother ordering anything from the lunch menu it's toddler porportion. The ginger dressing is like water. The soup had zero flavor just wet vegetables. The server never brought out my free cake for joining in the app. I don't know if it's under new management but it's certainly not worth the $70 and up you'll spend for 2 people. I use to love eating here😒
