Pizza is fantastic and the people are even better. The staff have always engaged my kids when we pick up. My five year old got home and said “best day ever” and my 7 year old was raving about the pizza. It’s also a favorite of the parents.

I rarely rate pizza, felt this was good enough it was worth an exception. Grew up in nyc area. I know a good slice and have been searching for it since I’ve moved here. I’ve done other joes locations. This one is by far the best one and to date the best slice I’ve had in town. Sauce is more flavorful and crust was not floppy and had good crisp. Highly recommend giving them a try.

These guys are killin it, quality is great and variety is overwhelming!!! Rick was very nice and you could tell the pizza he was creating wasn't just authentic but rich in style. Keep up the fantastic job!!!

8" of sauce, cheese, and toppings on a $34, 14" pizza. The 8" of pizza was decent. The rest was pretty plain. 3 stars for making my wife's pizza as expected.

Pizza is pretty decent, but the service sucks. Walked in and ordered two large and they said it would be done in 30 min. Went next door to bar and kill time. Came back 40 min later and they hadn’t even started the order. Waited another 20 min. My biggest bone of contention is the workers didn’t apologize and had zero empathy. Like had a “tough deal with it” attitude.

Finally drove the 1 and 1/2 hour drive out to get a pizza at Joe's after seeing months ago a commercial for their pizza. Looked great on the commercial. Place looked very clean and staff very friendly. The chicken parmesan pizza tasted good except one small detail. The extremely lack of chicken parmesan on it. For over $35 for, I'll never go there again.

I am a member of the slice club that allows you one slice from one of their locations every day of the month for a monthly fee. I was told that “This location doesn’t participate in that” even though Joe’s Brooklyn website still says this is honored at all locations.

Ordered a large extra cheese. Showed up and it had pepperoni. No big deal right? They seemed inconvenienced when asked to make another pizza. While there waiting for the new pizza the staff were complaining back and forth about additional orders coming in “come on people, it’s Labor Day, learn how to grill”. The pizza they remade for me was garbage. Under cooked, thin on the cheese, and enough sauce to float a boat on. Awful product, worse customer service, and an abysmal atmosphere. This place is permanently off of our list

Ordered three pizzas my gluten free pizza was good. My son got a buffalo chicken and we also ordered a pizza with pepperoni my son had stomach issues after eating the pizza. I’ll never order pizza from here again!

We have been customers for years, but the food has been consistently going down hill for the last year or so. The biggest problem is the inconsistency, half our orders are doughy and undercooked for both pizza and calzones. The calzones are often missing cheese - the main ingredient. Ordering through a delivery service is a joke - the poor drivers get stuck waiting for the food as the order gets pushed back over and over and you get your food an hour or more later than originally quoted. Even when we try to avoid delivery service and do pick up ourselves, the experience is the same, but now has us sitting and waiting. Unfortunately last night was the last straw - their long time customers are now moving on to find another pizza spot in town. Super disappointing because it used to be great.

I'm a gig food delivery driver and I'm fed up with this place. Apparently, the company is too stingy to employ enough people to keep the place running smoothly and efficiently. They typically only have TWO people on shift during busy peak hours, causing orders to fall behind. I've lost time and money waiting for customer orders to be completed. I've had to unassign orders after waiting half an hour or longer. Customers get angry at me and blame me for their orders arriving so late, when it was totally on Joe's. The final straw was when I arrived there yesterday, on a BUSY SATURDAY NIGHT to pick up an order via Doordash - and they were closed! Obviously the two employees couldn't show for their shift. I'm sure they also underpay their workers as well. I'm never accepting any offers from my apps if they come from Joe's from now on. I'm so done.
