Drove the long way home from Danbury Connecticut back to Youngstown and just had to stop at your burger place and I think it was well worth it. We love the root beer fries were great and the burgers were good, what also made my day was the staff was very nice and polite and quick service, glad I heard your commercial on Quinn in the morning

Was very excited to try the wahlburger. I've been to the Tom Wahl's in Avon many times. And somehow hadn't heard of the wahlberger. Honestly, I was a little disappointed with it. It's like a Cuban sandwich mixed with a burger. The place is clean, the service is good, I just wouldn't go with this choice again.

I love tom Wahls restaurants but this one left a lot to be desired. They didn't get our order right. The lady wasn't very knowledgeable and had to ask her boss. Very slow.

Cute place. I really like the theme old soda shop. I had grilled chicken which was chewy and kind of tasteless. Fries definitely could have been seasoned more or seasoned in general. They were big crinkle cut fries so they looked awesome but the taste fell flat. The cheeseburger and GF cheeseburger were good. They had onions on the GF one. So those were good. We also got strawberry and chocolate shake and both were really good!!! Strawberry one has real strawberry and looked really good!!

In Perinton! My burger barely had a bottom bun. I told the counter gal. She did not seem bothered by it. She said when they tear the buns apart they can tear like that. Seems like poor quality control to me. You cannot successfully manage the burger with only a quarter of the bottom bun! A let down. The owner or manager responded to my post, but I do not remember when I was here. Basically only 1 week prior to my original post. He wrote that he'd like to make it 'right'. I would like them to make it right too. I have not gone back, & I was back in Rochester in 2/19. I ate at their Bill Gray's in Webster in 2/19. That experience was consistently good. 3/16/24: Their garbage 🗑 Junker Plate 🍽 was not as big or as good/ as Bill Gray's.

Visiting a customer in the area and figured try a local chain place. Ordered the Wahl burger, fries, and frosted mug of root beer. The burger was just ok, a bit unique with the ham and swiss on top of the patty but the patty and bun are a bit thin. The fries were ok, appear to be standard crinkle cut but no seasoning on them so had to add salt which is rare for me. The root beer is probably the highlight since made by them. Overall I think I prefer a Culvers meal over this but don't know if you don't try new places. Thus on to the next.

Food is pretty good. Unfortunately the staff are not the sharpest tools in the shed. I cannot recall when that last time was that I had an order taken correctly and got what I ordered or paid for.

Burgers were horrible. It's way to thin. Everything gets saturated with a simple tomato, very very messy. The table we sat at was sticky. Wasn't clean. French fries and onion rings were excellent but I won't be going again.

To begin with, i did order the food through delivery - so take this in to account while reviewing. I had ordered a Haddock Fish Dinner and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The fish dinner arrived with fish overdone and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich had no kick or spice to it. Probably should have tried in Dine in for what i wanted to eat but expected better.

Recently had the Wahlburger combo. The burger was dripping with grease and tasteless. The french fry container was overflowing and the serving tray was literally covered with more fries (easily more than 4 times what was in the container). I mentioned this to two counter employees and their reply was sometimes more fries get dumped on the tray. This was just plain sloppy and wasteful. Definitely not worth the $18.00 price.
