Dunkin Donuts used to have quality Donuts and they weren't stale. I've visited 2 different locations and they seem to have the same problem. The food is not good. The Donuts are stale. I asked for an iced latte and got a black iced coffee. Also I got a combo that said would be $6 and ended being $8. I didn't mind the price change except that when I took the combo out the bag, I was so shocked. It literally had 4 round hash, the egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, I thought is this a joke. I took a couple of bites and couldn't finish it. It also gave us diarrhea. How can 3 people get the same symptoms at the same time. Nope I will not be back.

Went for the first time today . I’m normally a Dutch person . I decided to give it a try . Food was ok but the coffee was horrible. Tasted like it was brewed hours ago and while eating and drinking my coffee I look at it and there is gnats in the whip Cream . I show the employees no apologies just said they would re make it . I was hoping the new coffee would taste better but it didn’t . Just really disappointed ☹️

I went here with my kid the other day for the first time and it was all absolute garbage. We bought two large coffee drinks for like $7 a pop and they both tasted like they were brewed eight hours ago in a cheap at home coffee pot. I bought the little raspberry filled holes and my daughter got a strawberry ring and even the donuts were stale as hell like they were made days ago. If this is how all Dunkin’ Donuts are then I don’t know how they’re still in business honestly. $20 absolutely down the drain. We couldn’t get past the first sip or bite and ended up tossing it all. Young guy at the counter was chipper and nice enough but that was the only positive thing about this experience. If I didn’t live so far from there I would’ve returned that crap and got my money back.

So unfortunately corporate needs to know this store should be shut down or go thru serious staff . The staff are incompetent and the manager is just a "oh yeah, all day, oh yeah, its all good" lip service guy! My company has purchased over $1300 in gift cards over the past year. I've asked REPEATEDLY for birthday gift cards and they only have Hanukkah, Christmas and snowman gift cards.... all year??? The manager said we cant ask for those bday gift cards, we just get what corp sends us???? really?? hey manager, if you want to get ahead and do your actual job, give customers actual SERVICE, try asking! I think if Corp knew our company has spent that much money they might send them. Sadly, you have lost our business. Also, staff and manager need to be retrained, every single time I've gone in there, there is a problem either in the drive thru or customers are complaining about the food/drinks! SMH! The high desert was looking forward to a Dunkin Donuts, so dissappointing, back to YUM YUM it is for everyone. No wonder the store is always empty. Good luck!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel, but there was no caramel in it at all. The hash browns were completely cold, and the avocado toast was over-toasted and didn’t have any bacon even though I ordered it with bacon. This isn’t the quality I expect, especially when I’m paying for these extras. Service and quality need serious attention!!

I ordered ahead on the mobile app. When I got to the drivethru line it was so long it was wrapped around the building. I sat in that line for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window there was no apology for the wait and the employee tried to rush me away without my drink. When I brought it to her attention not only did she not apologize for forgetting my drink, but I was met with attitude, a sigh, and her rolling her eyes. As if I was inconveniencing her by asking for the drink I already paid for after sitting in line for over half an hour. The drink she handed me was 3/4 full, the whipped cream had melted, the topping was soggy, the ice had melted and watered down my coffee, and the coffee was almost room temp. I ordered an iced cold brew coffee. There was no offer to remake the coffee. By this time I was extremely late for work and didn't want to ask and sit and wait for a rude employee to remake my drink, so I just left. This is the worst experience I've had here. I doubt I'll be going back.

I am deeply disappointed with this restaurant. Every time I visit, a new issue arises. If it's not that they've run out of your preferred sweetener, then it's the donuts or bagels that are no longer available. The experience is always lacking. What is most frustrating is that they tend to be closed in the afternoons, which is incomprehensible for such a well-known chain. I don’t understand how they can afford to open only in the mornings and close in the afternoons. Today I came specifically for a bagel with cream cheese, only to be told they didn’t have bagels available. I am so disappointed that I’d rather go to their competition, like Starbucks, where they are always available and willing to serve customers. I recommend others consider visiting the competition, as the experience here is very unprofessional. I will not return to this location.

Went here on a hot summer day with my partner to get a refresher! He asked for no ice on his and ice on mine. I received mine 3/4ths full and was disappointed to see his half way full! If you enjoy greedy corporations that love to cut costs and scam people this is the place to go. Corporations need to do better with customer service and not cut costs. They can’t even pay their employees a decent wage. DO BETTER DUNKIN!

I ordered 2 refreshers with light ice & no ice. For $10+ they couldn’t be bothered to fill the cup! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s water with flavoring for god’s sake! I could’ve gotten more for LESS at Starbucks!

It was my first time trying this place out for breakfast. I was really looking forward to it. When I received my order, I got the wrong donuts and burned harsh brown. They were really burn that I couldn’t eat them. I was disappointed☹️

I tried to give them a chance since it’s the only one in the high desert but once again I spend my hard earned money on uncooked bacon , burnt hash browns that taste like chemicals and donuts that are hard. If the dining room open. Take more time cooking food all the way thru ! Y’all have a timer ? Okay boost it up some till dining opens. Won’t come back and I want my money back.
