The tables are very cramped, not cool. It would have been great if the place were more open. They're usually busy, and the service is a bit slow for a restaurant. The food is great, and I love the wide variety of fresh water; they're prepared to order.

The place is nice, they have good space. The flavor is quite rich, good service (attention), affordable prices, varied and very delicious drinks. I would only suggest changing the cake bread for something that won't fall apart so easily.

It's been a little while since we last went! I loved seeing their seasoning return! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 Well, we stopped buying from them because the sauces were too salty and the meat was too burnt. I recommend the alfalfa water 😋😋😋 delicious. I enjoyed my tacos. As always, the guys are very friendly, the place is clean. The only thing they don't pay much attention to is the people who come in or out... They don't wear masks. 😷😷😷. At least yesterday, when we came in. For the rest, I raise your stars. In addition, they finally offered home delivery... It took them a long time to resolve this request that many people had made to them.

Great selection of tacos, very clean, friendly and attentive service. It's rare to find a taqueria with juicy limes and mild avocado salsa. They're innovative by offering tortas and juices at night, something hard to find in Colima. I'm not giving them 5 stars because, personally, Colima and Chile being the only places in the Americas that produce salt, it's sacrilege that they serve refined salt.

The food is very good, the service is good, they serve you quickly, but when frying the onion the smoke goes towards the tables and that causes customers to start having discomfort in their eyes and they cannot enjoy, but all in all very good

Taco loco era mi lugar preferido, lo que pedí hoy Muy mal servido, en pedidos anteriores los mandaban en charola 825 hoy me la enviaron en una charolita de media orden. Llamé para reclamar y la persona que atendió fue bastante descortés y grosera... me dijo que..ya ni modo que así siempre las han servido... que lastima que contraten personas así sin vocación del buen servicio...pues ni modo perdieron un cliente.

En general me gusta comer en El taco loco, me gusta la comida y el trato es amable. Pero en esta sucursal específicamente de María Ahumada parece que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte, con sus caras largas y torciéndote los ojos. Las veces que he ido así es, y la última vez la señora que está en las aguas nos habló en un tono elevado y grosero al momento de entregarlas y hacer una aclaración. En ningún momento hemos sido irrespetuosos, también tengo negocio de comida y uno está para servir al cliente cuando solicita algo de manera respetuosa, ese es el trabajo. Si no quieren atender o contestar a nuestras dudas respecto al menú pues entonces no sé que hacen trabajando ahí.. Me queda cerca de mi casa y por eso hiba, pero no volveré a esa sucursal ya que no disfruto la comida por la actitud con la que atienden los empleados. Ojalá puedan mejorar eso.

The servers and the food are good, but the work environment feels tense and rude. In the dishwashing area, employees were yelling, the music was too loud, and they were throwing metal utensils. It was very distracting and we couldn't talk. Other diners also complained about the noise, and the very kind server went to tell them to turn it down, but they seemed to make fun of it, and all we heard was his rude response. They continued to make noise. They kept coming in and out of the area and throwing the door. A very bad experience.

It's a shame that such good tacos have such a terrible work environment. In the washing area, they were making an enormous amount of noise (seriously excessive) while "washing" the utensils. You could hear them throwing and banging pots, spoons, trays—all the aluminum items they use for cooking. On top of that, they had a speaker in their area playing very loud music. Several times, people complained to the waiter (who was very friendly, by the way, like all the taco vendors). He went in to tell them off, and you could clearly hear them mocking him and not caring that the customers could hear everything. I hope they correct those workers because they're going to lose a lot of customers if they continue like this.

Good food and good service from the waiters. Terrible atmosphere. In the dishwashing area, two employees were throwing dishes, playing loud music, and shouting. A bad dining experience.

I came for a visit; I'm from Mexico City. The tacos were delicious, and the service was good, but the dishwashing area was incredibly noisy. They were throwing pots and pans around, and the noise was so loud we couldn't even talk. My husband complained to the woman who makes the flavored waters as we were leaving, and they just laughed!

The tacos taste good, the difference is that I've been calling since 4 PM and nothing, and it's almost 5 PM. They really have bad service in that regard.
