Fast and friendly even during the drive thru rush.
My family and I had a remarkable experience at this Burger King. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, prompt, courteous, and professional. Our order was accurate and handed to me in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided. We will certainly return for another dine-in experience. Keep up the good work, guys!
We use drive thru. Compared to other Burger Kings, this is our favorite. It's a ways from our house so we eat in the parking lot instead of taking food home. Their burgers have the best flavor and are freshly made. Window service is very pleasant and friendly. We tell everyone we love this place!
We visited this location with three kids. The lobby area was super clean as well as the playground. We ordered on the kiosk which was super easy. It took about 5 minutes for our food to be ready. The kids received an icecream after their meal. I would love to bring them back here. Thank you for a great experience.
First time to this location driven by it many times. Happened to smell the burgers and decided to use the drive thru. Line moved very quickly. Very fair prices. Friendly staff. Correct order. Size of the drink and the fries was very small the bigger was large but sloppy, the flavor was great. Didn’t need any bigger on the sides being fast food so I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend and would return.

It's sad because I've been coming here for a very long time and the food is always good however the service has gone downhill. The mananger specifically has been denying me a toy for my kids' meal, telling me each sauce cost $0.25 even though i spent over $25 on food I cant get 3 sauce packets without paying an extea $0.75. Mind you when my food was ready the manager threw my bag of food on the counter not calling my name and intentionally forgetting my sauce. I've recently been avoiding coming her due to the attitude displayed.

But let's not kid ourselves—this "royalty" feels more like a middle manager in a faded crown. My recent visit was... well, an experience, if by “experience” you mean a lukewarm shrug in edible form. The ambiance? It’s like stepping into a time capsule from 2005—plastic chairs, fluorescent lighting, and a faint smell of fryer oil that somehow clings to your soul for hours. I half expected Ashton Kutcher to pop out and tell me I was being punked. But no, this is just how BK rolls. Let’s talk about the food. I ordered the Whopper, because, you know, it’s their pièce de résistance. And by "pièce de résistance," I mean it's the culinary equivalent of someone saying, “This is fine,” while their house burns down. The bun was oddly spongy, the lettuce had clearly seen better days (probably in 2019), and the patty was… well, let’s just say it existed. Was it hot? Not quite. Was it cold? Not really. It was the Switzerland of burgers—perfectly neutral. The fries? Oh, sweet summer child. Have you ever tasted disappointment seasoned with a dash of salt? That’s what they’re serving here. They were limp, under-salted, and somehow managed to be both soggy and dry. A paradox, really. Now, I will give them credit for the milkshake. It wasn’t bad! But then again, it’s hard to mess up a concoction that’s 90% sugar and 10% artificial flavoring. If this is what victory tastes like, I’d rather lose. Service? The staff was polite, but let’s not confuse basic decency with exceptional service. The cashier handed me my receipt like she was delivering a subpoena—grimly and without eye contact. But hey, at least she didn’t throw it at me. Would I recommend Burger King? Sure, if you’re into mediocrity wrapped in a paper crown. It’s not terrible, but it’s not good either. Ehhhhhh. 1st time at that one at 4:45pm on a sunday. I had a hair I'm my Fries! I dined in. We were the only 2 in the whole restaurant and it took 10 minutes to get our food and 5 minutes for them to give me new fries! The drive thru was very busy though so I understand. I was mad I asked for a large fry instead of a small since it was taking forever. And they did give me a large fry and another mini cinnamon because I ordered it already. It was still nice but. It was nasty seeing hair and it took forever for being the only ones there.
I always have a bad experience here I waited 10 minutes for my food and they told me they were making it and then made my burger with no buns at all. The manager Lisa was being extremely rude the entire time and said I ordered it with no bun when I literally ordered a simple bacon king. I will be contacting corporate and let them know Lisa does not care about treating customers with respect if she wants to act like she doesn’t care about her job then she should NOT be in a manager position.
Just eat at home these fast food prices are ridiculous. 8 bucks for a breakfast sandwich not even the size of my palm, and to top it off they couldn’t be bothered to offer condiments.
Due to a hurt leg I've been inside with no visitors since the weekend. I decided to grab lunch here. I awoke to the worst cold I've had so far this year. I feel so terrible that I took a covid test. I haven't been around anyone since the weekend.
Save your money and go to literally any other Burger King. This crew can not handle their jobs and need more training. They also do not have any promotional products they are supposed to have. Probably keeping them for themselves or their family. Definitely don't come here.
Check Your Order before you leave drive through!! I ordered a cheese single whopper without pickles. The cashier gave me a burger that has No cheese & has pickles on it. The opposite of what I requested & my request was listed accurately* on the order receipt so the cashier seemed to intentionally ignore my order & she failed to be efficient & I highly suggest to go to a different location since they don’t care about customer service here.
If they bother to serve you, they'll be pissed about it Ordered on the app for lunch 2/19, for dine in. Food had been made by the kitchen when I walked in, but nobody was working the counter, as shown by the customer ahead of me still waiting. Five minutes later a worker BAGGED my Dine-In order and left it sitting behind the counter, and continued ignoring any customers at the counter. Ten minutes after That, with Three customers waiting at the counter, a manager showed up and served the customer after me first. Couldn't even find my food because the worker who bagged it hadn't bothered to read anything on the screen Or the printed ticket, and was visibly annoyed to have customers at all. Not to mention there wasn't a clean table to be found.
