Well this is the second time I have ordered the Del Burger-First time I told them twice no onion and what did I get lots of onions. I call and they did put my name down for a replacement burger. Today my co-worker when and picked up food and paid $28 for our food- All I wanted is a burger no onion. Guess what, when he got back to the office and looked in the bag. My no onion burger was no burger at all. The didnt put it in the bag. I have tried to call them and they wont answer the phone. So much for lunch today. Not sure if I will go back. D

The food is good here & inexpensive as far as fast food Mexican goes but on my second visit here I received my side of tortilla chips as pictured in the photo of the bag- a big grease stained mess! I do understand that this is not health food and the chips weren't bad but there is something to be said for food presentation.

If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst experience I’ve had at the location. Both burritos were made incorrectly. The loaded queso had no cheese and the other one had sour cream in it when we specifically asked if sour cream came in the burrito. The employee who took our order said no there isn’t any sour cream just chipotle sauce. Fries weren’t cooked thoroughly . The strawberry lemonade tasted like watered down soda. Will not be back to this location.

Ordered two of the carne asada fries well done. Asked the lady who gave us our order if they were well done. She said yes. Got home. They were cold and limp. Not well done at all. Nachos tasted like they had been out all day too. Didn't answer their phones either. It's fries guys. It's not that hard.

I have had a problem with the overnight supervisor for a few years now. Every once in awhile I'll head to Del Taco in the middle of the night because they are open 24 hours and there are some items I really like. Every time I have been there (12-15 times), there is always an issue. He has said things like "We're not open right now. Our equipment isn't working" or "There's a grease spill and we are cleaning it up so we had to close" or "Our system is down, we cant serve you right now" or "Our system is down, we are only taking cash." I mean either management isn't aware of these things hindering the business or the overnight guy doesn't want to work, doesn't care, and gives us every bogus excuse in the book so he doesn't have to work.

This place locked their dine in early, i've noticed this going on in a lot of del tacos in los angeles as well. The dine in is posted till 9pm or 10pm and they close it an hour early. Had to grab the bags, and accidentally dropped my drink on me cuz they didnt even close the lid correctly. Why do they close the dine in earlier than whats posted? I drove 30 miles, and wanted to eat in and also use the restroom. Never coming to this location again.

The manager made a weird long greeting in a strange voice and kept whistling preparing the order, something seemed very off and odd. When I got the food it was completely disgusting and inedible the carne asada was hard like it was old then recooked several times I wouldn't give it to an animal it was so gross. This del taco cali burrito used to be good, never again.
