Our server ms godinez was great always very helpful, on top of service same as the floor manager who checked on us a few times once to check our stakes were cooked right, I never felt so important as a customer in a restaurant, since arrival every one was so friendly and welcoming, now the best part was their beef I can say the best I had in a long time our prime rib was extremely soft no need for knife lol the taste was awesome also my steak was great thank you all will see you soon! Yes will be back

Came here for the first time with my family and had a great experience! Greeted upon arrival and seated right away. Our server KEVIN was just the greatest all around, really upbeat and even joked around with us and never rushed us with our drink or food orders. He came and refilled all our drinks without us having to ask. He was on it the entire visit 😁 so thank you for such an amazing dining experience KEVIN! The food arrived in a timely manner for it being so busy. Everything we had was cooked to perfection! All the steaks were delicious down to all the sides we had. The seasoned rice and green beans were delicious! Highly recommend sides. We will definitely be visiting everytime we want good steaks!

Can’t complain about anything. They were super busy but Kaila our server was attentive and awesome. Steak was cooked to perfection. Personally I would have went without the rattlesnake bites and Long Islands but that’s just because I’m stuffed from the 16 oz prime rib with sides. They even gave a 10% discount to service members. We were able to eat 12 rolls.

The food was delicious. I especially loved the chicken and ribs. Green beans were just ok, not the greatest. Steak was pretty small for a 6oz. Price was great for all we got though.

Live, vibrant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Bar, booth and table seating. Noise level can be a little loud for some so you'll need to speak up, not the best option for intimate dining. Great for celebrating a special occasion. The food is delicious, lots of options on the menu including steak, chicken, ribs, catfish, salmon, loaded baked potato. Peanuts are available while waiting so please be aware if you have nut allergies the environment may trigger an allergic reaction.

We had a great time visiting this new location. The staff were on their toes, positive vibe and humming with excitement. The food met our expectations. Love the rolls, fresh, hot, and melt in your mouth. The grilled pork chops were cooked to perfection. It was moist and tender. Went well with the apple sauce. The fully loaded sweet potatoes did not disappoint. My husband had the 20 oz porterhouse steak. He called it delicious, man candy. We left full. We enjoyed our evening and will return soon. It is an excellent addition to the offerings in Visalia.

I love Texas Roadhouse. It is definitely one of my favorite chains. The food is fantastic. We were disappointed that the menus at it table really needed to be cleaned. The atmosphere is lively and loud.

My base line test for any restaurant is, do I have to wait for my water glass or tea to be refilled? Not here. Spot on service. Not the place for a quiet dinner for two. But good steaks, rolls and chili, yes!

It was quite busy when we got there but we only had to wait about 5 minutes before getting a booth. Definitely matches the western vibe the name suggests. The food was amazing. I ordered the ribeye and if was cooked to perfection. Prices are little high but for the quality its OK. Definitely would recommend.

A full parking lot, 2 hours waiting list, the hostesses and waitresses out of this 🌎. Everything was perfect, and I was ready for my steak! Big dissapointment- the steaks were dry, the food was salty, and the grilled onions were oily. Not a good experience. Would I give Texas Roadhouse another chance? 🤔. Usually Texas Roadhouse is on point, but this evening this establishment was way off base. First, my ribeye: Ordered Medium Rare, came out well done. The meat was gray and tough. Second: My steak fries: Cold and stale, as if they've been sitting out for a long while. Third: My daughter ordered Loaded mashed potatoes, they came with gobs of butter. Nothing else. The waiter was supposed to correct it, he never did. I was disappointed. It was the first time in my 57 years that I couldn't finish my meal. I'm being generous with the three stars, because there were other issues as well that I don't wish to discuss.

Ok, here is why I give a 3 star rating, I put my name on the waiting list since we were home, we arrived and on front of us it was a nice lady and her gentleman son, they put the name on the waiting list and I let the hostess know that I was already on the list and we arrived. He give the exact wait time to the lady that was putting her name for the first time on the waiting list and me that I did on line. What happened is, the ladies' daughter works at Texas Roadhouse and that's the reason she had preference. We wait the over the time they said it will be for us to get a table, they keep siting people that just got there, we were only me and my boyfriend, I approached the hostess, a diferent one, to ask how long for us to get a table, and she give me the exact same time they give me than when we arrived. Crazy right? I know how this works, I used to work restaurant, and it was very frustrating seeing them people that got there after us. So thank God the bar had 2 seats available and we sat there, the bartenders were great!! Thank you so much!

Would not let our party of 8 sit together. Many of the dinner selections were missing items. Some of the chicken entrees were rubbery and tough. Green beans, mashed potatoes, and the bread rolls were very good. Beer and margaritas were cold and tasty. Overall atmosphere is very noisy. We will not be back.

For it being a steak house the lack of experience the chefs have in making a steak. I ask for my steaks rare, tell me how you mess that up. My S/O asked for it medium, and her steak looked more raw than mine that they offered to heat it up. Apart of this, the food came out cold and I wouldn’t lame the chefs for that, but the waiter took his time. Customer service needs plenty work. We didn't get our drinks till maybe half hour if not more. The food was lukewarm. Very disappointed, we hardly touched the food. The audacity to ask if we wanted a box. Im good off this place. Went in a few days ago. Ordered my child’s food first when they took our drink order. My child’s food came last after mine and spouses entrees. I got a bacon cheeseburger. I added a patty. Me and my buddy walked in around 3:15 pm and first thing is they forgot the bread which is basically the best part, and then we got fried pickles and no ranch with those. I ordered a burger and fries and didn’t get the fries and my burger was severely undercooked. Our server I think left after we ordered our food and it got turned over onto another server (Hector) he did good but the lady who was our original server wasn’t very good overall 0/10 bro

Food was late over 30 minutes. Cold, incomplete with main items missing, Filet mignon was cold when it came to the table. Sides were missing including fries? Sorry fries are the easiest thing on the menu. Maybe they were under staffed but I will not be going back to this location ever. Thanks to the waiter for being polite.

THE WORST TEXASROADHOUSE IN AMERICA!I’ve been to dozens of Texas Roadhouse locations from Massachusetts to Florida, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The service was extremely slow — we waited almost an hour after ordering before our food finally came out. When it did, my medium-rare prime rib was completely overcooked; the blood had dried on the surface, and the sear was so tough it was nearly impossible to bite through. Very disappointing, especially given how consistent this chain usually is. I eat only because I am hungry, it is totally waste of the beef.
