Michelle, our server, was AMAZING! She's welcoming, friendly, very attentive and sweet! Top tier service! When I visit next, I'll ask to be seated in her section! The food was great as well! Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the asparagus was great and the chips and salsa appetizer is a MUST! A wonderful after school snack for the grandson and I with excellent service!

Last night at Chili’s was a fantastic experience, made even better by a perfect Chargers win over the Raiders on Monday Night Football. The atmosphere was electric, with fans engaged, great energy throughout the restaurant, and the game featured on every screen. The food was fresh and flavorful—especially the classic quesadillas salad with grilled chicken and the service was top-notch. Special shoutout to Ethan, our server, who was incredibly cool and attentive throughout the night, making sure everything was just right without ever missing a beat. Chili’s was the perfect spot to enjoy a big win, great food, and even better service

After a terrible experience at Oceanside location we gave this location a try. What a difference. Friendly staff, awesome service, good food and staff actually seemed to really enjoy working there. Happy employees usually aso reflects good management. The whole place was kept clean and we really enjoyed ouselves. Thanks to everyone..

I loved the service here! My friend and I talked and drank margaritas. It was so much fun. We really liked how attentive the staff was! We couldn't remember the name of the margaritas that came in the blue shaker until the end of our visit. We will be back again, can't wait!

Wow—where do I even begin? My recent visit to Chili's Grill and Bar in Vista was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The food? Next level! We started with the classic Chips and Salsa—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and downright addictive. For our main course, we indulged in the sizzling Fajitas, and let me tell you, the aroma alone was worth the visit! Every bite was a fiesta of flavors. And don’t even get me started on the Molten Chocolate Cake—decadent, gooey, and pure dessert bliss! The service was just as impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Special shoutout to Dagney and the rest of management for keeping everything running smoothly—the restaurant was buzzing, and yet everything felt perfectly in sync. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay awhile, look no further than Chili's in Vista. I can’t wait to return and make even more memories. Bravo to the entire team!

You can't beat this place! Everything's always been amazing, and the prices are unbeatable. You can't get this quality for these prices at any fast food place—it's 10 times better and cheaper! We came for the 3-for-me deal today and got the chicken sandwich, the chicken bacon quesadilla, and the smashburger. The little one got a kid's meal cheesy chicken pasta, and let me tell you, I might order that for myself next time! It was delicious and a generous portion. Everything was hot, fresh, and fantastic. No complaints here—I'm probably coming back tomorrow, haha!

We went here with family and friends and honestly had such a great time. We were seated right away and our server, Jeanette, was amazing. She kept drinks filled without us even noticing, was so sweet to my 8-year-old, and had that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. Huge kudos to her! The food came out fast and everything was spot-on. I had a salad and, of course, chips and salsa (those warm chips are my weakness). Around the table, people ordered ribs, cheeseburger sliders, chicken tenders, you name it and everyone was happy. People love to bag on Chili’s, but honestly? I really like it. Sometimes comfort food done well just hits the spot.

We just left about an hour ago and in the time it took to get from vista village to sycamore my stomach immediately started to hurt we had great service it was fast but it came with a side of food poisoning I ordered the 3 for me steak loaded mashed potatoes and I would have had broccoli but the nice waitress informed us it has been recalled twice so I had to have asparagus the steak was fresh but the sides seemed to be either re heated or placed under some sort of heating lamp my husband had a fajita meal and I pointed out his beans didn’t seem fresh either I gave three stars simply because the young lady who served us was extremely sweet and the food came out fast but we won’t be returning because of the food poisoning

Mediocre at best. Chilli's isn't the Chilli's it used to be. Food quality isn't the same. I hadn't been to a Chilli's in years. I used to love it. I used to love the chicken crispers. They were battered in tempura batter and made them different from what you could get anywhere else. Now they changed those, and they are now just crispy tenders, like every other place. (New chicken tenders pic attached). I was not impressed. Service was slow, 15 mins after sitting down, we still hadn't ordered our drinks. Finally we asked and the hostess took our drink order for us. The service after that was fine. We went with the original chicken tenders in mind, all 4 of us were going to order them. Unfortunately, we were disappointed they're not on the menu anymore.

This is just getting ridiculous! I ordered the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it’s always been a descent size…well this time I ordered it and when I got it the cookie is smaller than the chocolate chip cookie you get at Costco for $2.50 and this one costs $12. I understand about inflation but come on guys this is what makes people not want to order out for food. Unfortunately this was the last straw and I will no longer be supporting chilis. BJ’s has the same exact thing with double the amount of ice cream and the cookie is the size of a small personal pizza. This one at chilis is the size of the ice cream cup it comes with.

The server was pleasant. The food was bland. I was expecting cajun flavor. Instead, I ate noodles drenched in Alfredo sauce without flavor. The burrito trio had flavor. I was reluctant to order here, but my son wanted to try. What a waste.
