Okay, my fave spot here in Waco now. You had me at Tender Tuesday! Even with the long double lines, the servers are quick & still personable. They know how to make real good tenders

I usually only go through drive thru at any Bush's that I go to, but I decided to dine in at this one, and the store was clean, the staff were fast and efficient, and courteous. I liked how someone was readily available to help people with tea refills if needed . Bush's chicken has been a Central Texas growing business over the years, I can remember when my niece worked for one of their first stores that opened in Hewitt. It seems like a great place to work for young people, starting out learning how a business runs.

The service was impeccable as always, but I find the food bland now. It's like they don't use any salt or seasoning at all on the chicken tenders. It's not flavorful like it used to be. In fact, the mashed potatoes were the same way but it easy to add salt to them.

Always has amazing chicken. Was bummed when I moved here and found out there was no chicken express. If you know this restaurant and love it, bushes is an amazing replacement. Super quick as well.

The Best Place in Town Award for Fried Chicken should go to Bush's. We were disappointed that they discontinued serving fried pies. They, too, were the best in town. I hope that some charity organization has contacted Bush's for their leftovers. Would be nice to feed that to the homeless instead of the grabage bin. Still, with their multiple locations...the Best of the Best goes to Bush's

It was busy and the young people were really working hard trying to accommodate each customer. We ordered tender roll meals and sweet tea. It was good.

Great customer service and fast service. The gentleman that took our order repeated the order to us continually to make sure it was correct. I will definitely come again!

I left my card there and was immediately contacted by a our server named Santiago trying to return it. Very kind young man who rushed to get me my order. Give him a raise ASAP.

Every single Tuesday, I ask my girl what day it is, and ever single Tuesday she forgets. It's Tender Tuesday, this Waco local restaurant has the best chicken tenders that have ever graced my taste buds. The service is quick and friendly and the commitment to quality is apparent at every level of the dining experience. Be prepared to be wowed by good food and friendly people and may you leave with a belly full of warm chicken.

Was very please with the friendliness, and the service here. And the food was GREAT. I been to Jamaica and had the food there and all I can say is the food here was just as good. I would recommend if you haven't been here yet, you must go and see the what they have to offer.

These guys jump through themselves to get your order. They come right to the car window and have always been friendly and careful to get my order straight. The service is fast, and my experience so far has been that my order has been correct every time. I usually go on "Tender Tuesday" to get the special. I don't think the servers count very well, though, because I always get home with more tenders than the special states I should receive. I also want to mention the iced tea because it is 😋 delicious. I take mine without added sugar, and Bush's recipe is fine. If you are feeding a crowd, or a couple of teenagers, you won't go wrong if you choose Bush's Chicken!

Excellent chicken and sides, and their Tender Tuesday special is a fantastic deal. I prefer the chicken pieces, and my wife and kids like the tenders best. If their livers aren’t fresh, they will cook them fresh for you. It may take a few minutes, but it’s well worth the wait.

I always love the food here as it is truly consistent from visit to visit. Whether I get my food to go or dine in, I know I'm going to have a great meal. The side dishes are always tasty and do not taste as if they have been sitting for hours. the teenagers that work here are always energetic and courteous and don't look at you with evil eyes to influence you giving them a tip in the Drive-Thru. Good job, Bush's! You guys truly put your competitors to absolute shame in terms of their quality and expensive prices. Pride is a must and obviously the owners of this chain know this.

Came in from out of town to visit my Popzzzz, & we stopped here for a bite. Oooh wee prices have Gone UP!!! Yet the food was still Amazing, & u do get your money's worth. I guess I was still thinking about a drive thru here in Dallas. Lol. Waco, treated me nicely ☺️ My Dad had fried Gizzards & Gravy, My Hubby had a 2Piece Mix w fries, & I enjoyed the tenders w mashed potatoes ☺️, tea, tea, & lemonade for our beautiful Lunch!

The service was efficient and on point. I was served by the asst Mgr, who was pleasant during the exchange. The drinks and food came out at a more than reasonable time frame. I also liked that I had easy access to sweetener and didn't have to ask for it. I was able to get in and out of the restaurant quickly.

Food was good, hot and fresh 😋 we asked for tenders meal with a drink. Our meal was tenders in box. Normally the tenders are already put in a roll individually wrapped two in box with with fries or okra and drink. 😊

today there was a lot of ice everywhere (except Bush's)making it dangerous for everyone.They were the only place to actually make it a lot safer+ their tea is the best.

Delicious chicken and I love this location close to home. My family has made a tradition out of going here every Tuesday night for their dinner special. Great place with great people.

The chicken was great and hot not very long wait time but the coleslaw needed to be more fresh and cold it tasted lime it's about to go out of date normally its awesome.

This Bush's Chicken location is nice for going inside and dining in. Glad to see the inside has opened back up for dining in. Be sure to grab an extra roll and refill you sweet tea before leaving. You'll be glad you did later on!

The chicken was great. My only concern is that the lady who came out to my truck was wearing a facemask. This lead me to believe she may be sick, as I can't imagine anyone still being paranoid about that one thing 😑

Used drive-in, not much atmosphere. The order taker was pleasent, but when l asked about 'sides', he mentioned only Cole slaw and green beans. It wasn't until he returned with my card and order l noticed corn nuggets. He did say he would go back to get some, but l had waited a while already and declined.

Both orders of gizzard were hard & old. Asked for okra, but got fries instead. Food is usually better.

My experience with this place was good fast service nice staff.I will come back in the future until then I hope to find a good nail salon I can stick with..The nails slide up after 3 days and they come off within 5 days you get your nails done I hoping they can resolve this issue.I just got my nails done last sunday and my thumb nail already broken off.Nails time never broken off there just too high on the price.

I rarely go to bushes but decided to go today since i had a long day anywho the young gentleman who attented me outside was nice help me decide which family meal to get for my family we decided to get 10 piece 2 sides 5 rolls well when he gave me my food i just handed him his tip and left when i got home to serve my family i open box and was very unhappy the chicken instead of 10 pieces i got 6 pieces 2 breast and 2 legs 2 wings smh not even enough for all of us my reciept said 27.99 for 10 piece i called 7 times and no answer. Will not be going back again!!

I love the chicken, but the young employees that work in the last hour before the store closes, they can all be so rude -- not necessarily to the customers, but to the other employees that are working, mainly the newer ones. One night around 9:30pm, I was in drive thru closest to that rear employee entrance door and had many cars behind mine. The young guy was taking orders best he was able to, and this other young girl walked out that door and told him "HAVE YOU WAITED ON ANY OF THESE CUSTOMERS OR WHAT".. it was so loud that it made me jump.. come on please don't talk to other employees that way.. at least not in front of the customers!

They advertise baked chicken salads but have never had any when I order them! Very frustrating! They still charged my debit card for it the first time I tried to order one and then refunded my money back on a gift card instead of back to my debit card or cash! So they made sure they still got my money one way or another! Not cool Bushes!

This location is decent when you get tenders or bone-in chicken, but their chicken livers are lacking. I went twice in two days hoping for some meaty livers without much batter as I'm used to getting at the Hewitt Dr location. I even waited 20-30 minutes for fresh each time. Now I know to go to Hewitt Dr for my good livers fix.

Good chicken but on the pricey side. Tenders are good also. Known for their sweet tea. Heard they go through something like 600 gallons per day. Favorite sides are fried okra and corn nuggets.

last time i went . they put something in my drink and i had stomach pains for a couple of days. i quit on my temp employer because i wasn't sure if he put something in my drink or the restaurant. i am sure it was the restaurant.. Had their food once and got wrong item and could have had a discount on next order but the discount was not the same as the coupon I had Bad deal never ordered food again just sweet tea and it has gone down hill my family and I noticed it didn't taste right then not sweet or not as sweet as usual so now I'm just making tea at home. Lost my business but they still have a lot of customers so not too concerned about loosing a couple some servers are really great and some are just rude Nice way to keep business too yall. Keep your business respectful and if someone gives you a coupon and and they get a wrong order atleast try to match the coupon cause your gizzards are expensive and that coupon I gave yall was a deal and to get %10 off next order was ridiculous. I don't mind spending money but not towards a business that dont care about their customers. Customers is who pays yalls bills and employees

Other than the chicken being really fresh, there wasn't much great. Took a while to order, didn't seem like there was a dedicated counter person. Ordered dine in, food ended up in a box and bag. Even said "dine in" on the receipt and the same person who took my order handed it out. There wasn't a clean table in the dining room despite there being several employees there. Didn't see anyone come out to clean the tables in the 30 minutes I was there.

Just picked up a chicken tender meal. This was the thinnest strips I have ever purchased anywhere. Absolutely horrible. Most of it was crust and very very thin chicken. More like shredded. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointed

I asked for no ice in my coke when I ordered my drink and the guy taking my order asked me again to confirm I said no ice and this is what I got. Food is ok it's just disappointing because I took like 5 sips out of my drink and it was empty.

Today, got home with the drive through order. Supposed to be 3 pieces of chicken but it was 3 tenders. They get the order wrong so so so often! So inconvenient to have to go back 😢

Chicken was amazing. Fresh and hot. But had a hair in my tea. Didn't realize it until we had driven off for about 5 mins. I pulled my straw up and there was a curly black hair. I have straight long brown and blonde hair (colored). Dumped the tea so we didn't get mine and my boyfriends teas mixed up. So we pulled back up through the drive thru explained what happened, the manager came out and said because we didn't bring back the hair he couldn't replace the tea. Seriously. I know it's only $1 but still really? Y'all even give out free refills. I get it things happen, but that was poor handling of talks mistake. Come on bushs.

Terrible cold tenders. Orders 2 tender meal got 4 hard pieces of skin. Roll was cold and hard. Will not go here ever again.

I know it was mine utes before closing but there were 3 cars in line I posted pictures of the food and also he forgot the roll ! Please remake the order or refund I love this bushes but come on now guys I work hard for the money

This bush's is the worst one in the area. Anytime you order a family meal they will give you the small pieces. You get the right number, but the size of the tenders are probably half a normal one. They are also incredibly stingy with their serendipity, occasionally only giving 3 packets for a family meal. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other bush's in the area, your stomach will thank you.

Sad when you order your kids root beer and they get unsweetened tea. I was not going back in the cold 🥶 the lady even said here is two teas I mean root beer I should have checked. She knew what she did.

I made a late Friday evening stop for a family pack of chicken with sides to take to the home of a deceased relative. I was told by the young employee that met me at my car wiping his nose and face with his hand that they had only 3 breast on hand, and they wouldn't be dropping any more chicken that night. However, they did have enough chicken tenders ready for a 30 piece order asap ( $54.00). I laughed, thanked him and drove across the street to Churches Chicken and purchased what I wanted ($25.00). They were still dropping fresh batches of chicken and keep the drive through line moving. These were the stores up near the H E B on La Salle in Waco Texas.

They used to have the best prices and great food. Now, prices keep going up and up, and the quality goes down and down. Now, the paper straws unravel in the cup before you can leisurely drink all the tea, and forget trying to stir sweetener in with it, because it will just fold up. Yuck!

This is my favorite Bush's in waco. However here lately. They have been off. Twice in the last month. The servers are getting confused with cars. While I'm in my car 1st in line. The people behind me were getting their orders ordered and getting their food. While I'm still waiting for someone to get my order. As I type this. I'm still waiting.

Very disappointed in food. Ordered small order of gizzards and a breast. Thats what I got. No roll no gravy. The gizzards were so overcooked that they were practically non existent. I’ve not had a bad experience here before. Will not be back.

Drive-thru order: 3pc dark meat chicken combo with mash potatoes & gravy. Co- worker wants order of fries. I'm brought combo with fries and MP gravy IN THE SIDE. NP, but I'm paying $2.50 for 20 wedges of FF??!! I tell young lady and she takes box back (me thinking she'll remove fries and give me a FULL order separately). She brings back box with fresh fries IN it...WHAT??? And, she's talking to someone telling them, "Well, they complain that we overload the fries." I did not complain. Just asked you to correct my order. AND, customer's right here, ding-aling. She can hear you! (Would love to insert emoji here). Worst part? They throw my receipt in with fresh fries. How many hands touched that receipt? Ink was fading already. That'll show me. Wow! Nice touch...NOT!!

Bushes used to be the go to for everyone not just in Waco but in surrounding areas... Kids would swarm in by the boat loads, cars would be lined up down the road for them... But theses last few years y'all have declined in so much.... Y'all's tea is hardly ever fresh y'all's sodas are constantly flat or have no syrup... But the biggest part is the fact y'all have tripled in price yet y'all's portions are getting smaller.. y'all's tenders are so small compared to what y'all used to serve.... So many people say that y'all cut one tender in 4 little tenders to make profit ... This used to be a great family oriented business... But since the owner passed everything is goin down hill... And please for the love of the working community friends and families please open y'all's lobby's... For so many people for so many years y'all were a "safe place" now y'all just look really selfish and uncaring.... Signed one of the last few people who really care... peace, love,and chicken grease.

Give the fastest drive through in town a try! - no one at this location. Employees were rude and disgraceful, talking with a heavy mumble and genuinely upset at the world. And lemme guess... they want 15 an hour too...

I agree with the Post above, i dont think these guys know the Value of keeping quality food daily MON- SUN not one or two days of the week. Tommy B;s makes them Fresh each time so go there :) I have complained about 8 * myself so now i stay away...

Chicken was ok, the 2 liver and gizzard orders were all wrong. Only got livers which were very very dry (no gizzards in that sea of over fried flour). I was tempted to dip the very dry livers in water to hydrate them. Liver was crunchy and flavorless. It was like eating liver chips (maybe that should be a thing). The sides... asked for corn on the cob, got corn on the cob... asked for okra, got corn on the cob. Asked for a side of mash potatoes, got fries. TL/DR: if you have a hankering for Bush's chicken, avoid the Bosque location... unless you want potluck.

Their chicken does not taste natural. It tastes like it was grown in a lab. I actually went there about a week ago and was like... ohhh yeah, I remember why I don't come here anymore. Personally I would prefer and recommend Church's Chicken.

Trying to charge me 45 dollars for chicken... didn't have any brest thin wanted to charge me 7 bucks more for thighs.... told them never mind...she let me know card had been charged already....so now have to wait 5 days to get my money back 👎👎....at a sertin point you have to think how much can they charge you for something before it's no longer worth paying for...

Customer service sucks ass came to get my kids some food asked for 8pc chicken and the tender Tuesday and family fry at 915pm . Was notified by the car hop after going in that they are out of chicken and not making more and then I told him to go in and ask them if they were going to make more since they are open for forty-five more minutes he said okay came back out and said yes. So than he goes back in than comes out again stating that his head Manager Anna said no that they will not . So I'm confused you tell me yes than no after having me waiting so let me talk to her. He than goes in and comes back out and say o well she said yes since we said yes the first time it will be 15 minutes. Worst experience ever and still waited over 30 minutes for food

Faulty advertising. On Tuesday, with the Tender Tuesday meal, the banner says 2 sides for $6. They instead rung the sides up at $4.29 each. I specifically told the lady I wanted the special. They were very rude about this and said I had to ask for it. I did ask for it by saying I wanted the special that was on the board.

Bought my son a kids meal and waited 30 min for that and then recieved a large watered down dr. Pepper for the drink because they are lazyyyyy and didn’t want to make my son a fresh drink! This is the last place I would go smh it’s terrible

Ive posted a few pictures of the tenders I was served these the same tenders yall wait in ghat long line for 🤣😂💩 Bushes has gradually went down hill over the past 3-4 years and we all know it but these tenders are a new low I always tip my waitress/waiter but this was completely out of hand ! How could. person eat these tenders without BREAKING their teeth?

Was very displeased. My daughter and I went there yesterday, 7/22/20. We waited in line at least 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order and, when I did finally get my order and the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. Chicken was dry and french fries were hard. Just throw the whole food away. A waste of my earned money. Not pleased at all.

Just left them around 9:30p ordered a fresh gizzard meal and they all are like bricks none are edible. Every time I go to this Bush's something is always wrong... NEVER AGAIN! Then I call to let them know and no answer...waste of money!

You’re better off going to the one at the Central Texas market place. I went an hour before closing and the food was cold. Definitely not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money here. The food is over definitely overpriced for the quality.

Paid 14$ for my meal and received a kids size for my 6 piece went back to get it fixed and my fries were thrown in a paper bag. Asked for more serendipity as I was given 2 for my 6 piece meal and was told I have to pay for more and that there’s enough to cover the meal but was told with a attitude. I will not be coming back to this bush’s location never have I had to pay for serendipity. And never have I had my fries thrown In a paper bag.

Excellent staff but food was cold,stale and there was barely any fries. Tastes like it sat out for a while, I called up there when I got home and they said they want the whole meal back (not that I already ate it because it was cold) but it makes no sense when I have my receipt of the time and date. We’re there almost everyday, I love the sweet tea and tea-ade! Tonight I got my tea-ade and the cup smelled like toilet water, the tea had a bad taste as well. I had 2 other people sniff and taste and they said the same thing! Please check your water and pipes please!

WORST EVER! Forced to give 1 star to post I gave this location (New Road) another chance to do better and it was a FAIL .. AGAIN. Not only did the prices increase A LOT, the quality of the tenders are a huge disappointment ... AGAIN! They are cut down in size .. it is OBVIOUS .. they are more like mini strips. They were so dry it reminded me of jerky or as if they were left out over night under a heat lamp. Dry and yellowish with barely any crust. Gave one to my dog and he dropped it out of his mouth. I didn't get the extra gravy I paid for .. for a meal I thought I was splitting with my daughter for dinner .. the size of the tenders were more like 2 maybe 3 compared to what Bush's USED to sell. Those went in the trash. So for $20 bucks .. a 6 piece tender meal ...side of okra .. water down warm tea, peppers and charged for gravy I didn't get, we split the sides .. roll .. and the single gravy for dinner. NEVER EVER AGAIN! DO BETTER BUSH'S on New Road. From now on .. my family and I will make the drive to Bellmead .. JIM'S CHICKEN makes the best ever HUGE juicy tenders every time .. EVERY TIME!

Got a 4 piece tender meal. The “tenders” were about 10 nugget size bites. More breading than chicken on each as well. I’m not sure whose idea it was to only allow 2 serendipity packets per meal but, come on, that’s incredibly disappointing. Especially since the price hike has gotten so high. It used to be good chicken. Same price as raising canes for worse chicken. I don’t know what changed but it’s pretty bad now.

Not a happy customer. I ordered the livers and gizzard meal and chicken tenders, I was disappointed that they gave me what tasted like day old gizzards and lukewarm chicken. I immediately asked one of the workers to replace the food with hot chicken tenders and she did. But I'm sadly disappointed that this company workers are okay with serving its customers lukewarm food. If you dont bother to ask, they will take your money to profit, and leave you with an unsatisfied taste in your mouth. This is unacceptable and rude. Every order should be fresh and hot and nothing less. If they can't be appreciative and respectful to their customers then they don't deserve our business.

This by far is the worst bushes chicken I have been to. The level of disrespect from the manager. Was the worst part. I went to bushes on tonight and ordered an 8 piece gizzard meal and a piece white I asked for fresh food please. Ok they gave fresh fries but the gizzard tasted two days old . I took them back I had eaten two out of there he through a fit about it. And slammed the door I drove off without food or my money back.

Normally love Bush's and visit their regularly but unfortunately on this visit we were highly let down. We contacted the location and they told us the manager was not in (we have called 4 times now) and they could not help us. We ordered a 16-piece chicken tender dinner only got 12 and the pieces we did get were about the size of my thumb.... highly disappointed when there was more breading than chicken. More disappointing is how the staff handled the situation we also sent a inquiry in on the website no response. Order was placed on a Monday about 8:10pm

This business doesn't know how to take of their customers. We order 2 family chicken orders we we got back to the office we didn't get our 10 rolls that come with one of the family orders. We called up there told them abt the mistake and the manager said to go back up there and he would give us the rolls. Well, my boss Andrea goes back up there to get the rolls and informs the employee abt the mistake with the 10 rolls and orders a lg Dr. Pepper after she gets back to the office she noticed on her receipt that they charged her for the rolls. I called back up there spoke to the manager and told him abt the whole inconvenience. He told me that we could go back up there, now keep in mind this would of been the 3rd time I said no thank you and the manager said the owner would give us a gift card for the amount of the rolls $5. And that's all they could do. Obviously Bush's doesn't care about their customers especially during these hard times. With gas prices and a limited time for lunch we dont have all day to keep going back to Bush's to get our order right. Next time we will be going to another restaurant never Bush's every again.

I don't ever have a bad experience here but just came from there and ordered a 10 PC meal. Got home only had 8. Drove all the way back for the girl to look at me like im crazy and thinking im lying. I done paid $42 for this food, u think i don't want my money's worth.

Tonight my daughter stopped and got a big box of tenders and the redish brown curly hair all over the tenders I found ended my hunger . Then picking up another one and it had two hairs . Last time horrible customer service but way better then finding hair !! I went a month ago and it was horrible.. thought I would try it again and it's even worse...I won't be back to this location again. The picture shows what I got... 6 of the tiniest tenders ever. 16+ dollars and I will need to eat again to be full. Lame is a understatement for this location.

Restroom not clean no paper towel dispenser in the restroom stinks in her so I go to the lobby go to the counter to order Mexican girl blue shirt glasses just ignore me walk by twice. Close to 8pm, never been to such a slow Bush's before, took them right around 30 minutes to take, process, and deliver my single meal, and there were only 4 cars in front of me. The young female employees are incredibly slow, walking with zero sense of purpose, one chatted at a car window for a few minutes. It was very suprising and I won't return if this is indicicative of how service is on a regular basis. As I was first in line I was asked to move around and park in front of building. As I was parking, my order was coming, so there is not good communication among employees. All around a frustrating experience. I will admit, after my order was taken, multiple hard working Bush's employees surfaced and asked if my order had been taken. As if they could tell the slow employees were not efficient and were trying to pick up the slack. Tenders are all small, but piping hot and fresh!

Horrible drive through service Friday, November 3rd, 2023 at Bush’s Chicken 1425 N New Road, Waco, Texas 76710. Visited drive through at about 7:50 PM and left at about 8:20 PM. I placed my order in the drive through and was hit by a vehicle from behind. My mom and I had to gather evidence and information from the person who hit our vehicle. During this time, four different workers, one including the manager, came out on three separate occasions rudely telling us to leave. These employees along with their manager wanted us to leave because they were too worried about one lane being closed due to the incident we just had. They have a total of three lanes in the drive through. No one was behind us in the drive through except for the person who hit us and there were two other lanes open. Even if there was a vehicle behind us, YOU CANNOT LEAVE the scene of an accident until all information has been gathered. It was extremely obvious that the three employees along with their manager were all too rude and ignorant to know that. I also want to quickly mention that I have seen the manager talk down to her employees and yell at them. She (the manager) is extremely disrespectful. We were not once asked if we were okay or if we needed help. We were told in a rude and forceful manner to leave the drive through, three different times! One male employee came out after the manager and was shouting at my mom and had an attitude with her! Then a few minutes later two other employees came up to us (one boy and one girl). We were speaking to the person who hit us and the employees rudely interrupted our conversation and kept talking over my mom and I and kept bothering us to move! They were extremely rude and started laughing at our situation. Both of them were laughing! These people along with their manager have no class, respect, compassion or common courtesy whatsoever. Who laughs at people in a stressful situation after they were just hit by a car? Not only that, but my mom was in pain from the hit and I was scared and so was my dog. Terrible people. Terrible service. Disgusting manager and embarrassing and tacky employees. Also, there is always something wrong with our orders. Always! They either leave something out or the food is soggy and not hot. Both of which happened during this visit. Absolutely terrible service!

I wish I could rate 0 stars after the service my family experience at the new road bush’s. After ordering a gallon tea but only being charged for a regular, my brother came home to discover we didn’t get any fry’s. My sister made the drive back with the recipe and the works asked her if she knows who took the order, she responded no and he asked when she made order even tho she handed him the receipt. He then walked around and asked each worker who took the order. After about 5 minutes a new worker handed my sister a box of fry’s. She politely asked for a complementary brownie for her troubles and the original worker came back and said “no we can’t give out free food because we’ll loose money.” So my sister asked for a coupon for her next visit and he said they come in the mail. She then asked for a manager, learned that there where two and reminded that they can’t give out free food. The managers where never involved in this interaction. Also the fries had no salt. As you can see we spent about 60 dollars and drove up there twice. This is not about the complementary brownie, but about the lack of professional costumer service.

I have been a fan of the bushs franchise but over the years it has gone downhill tremendously. I can’t pinpoint if it’s only the bush’s in my hometown Waco but it’s truly disgusting. The fried portion of the chicken is not crunchy at all, the chicken smells awful almost like if it’s been sitting out in the heat for too long. Mona step up the quality of your location, it’s declined. Poor service & poor food quality.

Southern hospitality? Half dose for full price? Or is it systematic cheating of customers when out of 8 gizzards the top 4 is sort of looks like gizard in like and size the bottom 4 is gizzard popcorn, it's like you just covered the bottom half with top half, it's intelligent insulting this operation to say the least, 3 - 4 popcorn gizard =1 gizard, cheating 35% on the paid portion?! Even their box itself got 35% smaller so it's systematic just they forgot to tell us that you get less for the same menu price, much less sadly! I have not join the pay more get less health club just yet no offense!
