my first ever drink from dutch bros was here, on 2-26-26, i was here for a competition. this sweet person named adrianna helped me order because i had no idea how the drinks here worked, she was literally so nice. the iced chai they made was pretty good too. so thank you adrianna!!!!!!

Incredible service. Super tasty drink. My boss has been raving about Dutch Bros for forever and I finally had the chance to give them a try. They did not disappoint! Highly recommend the Oat Milk latte with hazelnut. Amazing!!! 😋

This might be long. In a good way. I am gobsmacked by my experience here. If you see my reviews on coffee, I am very particular when it comes to my coffee consumption. I have been to Dutch Bros 3x this week as they are the closest (and well reviewed) coffee destination near where I am conducting new hire training. The first day a great team member in the dive lanes suggested a “kicker” (light ice and half sweet) based on what create at home. It was amazing. She was amazing and I was impressed. I went back yesterday, ordered the same drink, the same way and it tasted differently. It was still good and I polished it off. (Different person in the drive lanes, a guy, also very friendly). Today I went back and met a different amazing person in the drive lanes and I asked if I ordered my drink wrong and explained the situation. Before our conversation was done, she made me feel like the king of the Drive Lane. She stated she wanted me to taste it before I left and if not correct it will be recreated. She would not take my payment even when I insisted. I get to the window and a super energetic female wanted me to try the beverage and it tasted exactly like the first day. Stated the drink is awesome and to please charge me for something so I could leave a tip. This experience has been nothing short of amazing. Not only am I posting this review I have sent a letter to home office. I work in an industry where we are customer-centric. This is the most amazing example of customer-centricity being mirrored back to me. I’m only in town one more day, but I will be back and with a good tip. Thank you Dutch Bros. This experience, your team and this drink are amazing. I am beyond appreciative.

The energy from the crew is always top-tier—genuinely friendly, fast, and upbeat no matter how busy they are. You can tell the folks working here actually enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. As for the drinks—chef’s kiss. My go-to is the Large Blended Rebel with orange and vanilla. It’s like an orange creamsicle in energy drink form. Smooth, perfectly blended, and that hit of citrusy sweetness with the creamy vanilla? Next level. It gives you that kick you need without tasting like a typical energy drink. My wife lives for her Large Iced Cocomo with a soft top and chocolate drizzle—and I can’t blame her. It’s rich, smooth, and just the right balance of coconut and mocha. The soft top adds this silky layer of sweet cream that takes the whole thing over the top, and the drizzle makes it feel like dessert in a cup. Whether we’re kicking off a road trip or just need a mid-day boost, Dutch Bros is always a solid choice. What can I say? I’m never disappointed with my iced coffee. I always get the American Eagle with whip cream. Now I finally tried the pink horchata chai latte i definitely found my Togo drink . The only thing that I dislike about this place is that it takes forever in the line. But, the ladies here are friendly with great customer service.

I can't give enough stars!!! I would give 10, if possible! Drink was delicious, staff was AWESOME!!! We visited the Waco store near Baylor on Friday, December 6 in the morning. We don't know the names of the girls, but they were great! From the order taker outside to the Baristas inside, this was one of our favorite stops on our trip from Michigan to South Texas! Can't wait to visit again - we will turn off the Interstate to get to that particular Dutch Bros!!!!

This was my first time stopping at a Dutch Bros, and what a time!! A big group of us (unsupervised teens) stopped during our trip to Austin, and all of the workers were so kind and so speedy! They effortlessly balanced being friendly with their ability to give us our orders in an incredible amount of time! Not only were they workers’ attitudes outstanding, but the coffee!! It was delicious! 10/10, would recommend! (They also gave us stickers!!)
