Great little progressive bar tucked away in Waco!! Friendly staff drinks are very good from classics to modern day. Atmosphere is awesome. Great place for date night!!

I absolutely love this place 🤩 It's cozy and comfortable. The special cocktails are tasty and their coffee is amazing. The cherry on top is the food truck outside "La Parrillla by Chef Jose. Their food is delicious try the mango ribs, wings, Yuca fries, hell try all of it. The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing.

On Tuesdays they have game nights and I like to go with friends to hangout. I like the vibe because it feels more like a coffee shop than a bar. I'm not much of a drinker but their coffee and tea options are pretty good. Also they play really good music!

My boyfriend and I came here a couple weeks ago for coffee before we were going to the movies. It's really good. I hope to go back and have a few drinks one day and just vibe. The staff were very nice and chill

Very nice atmosphere and I am pregnant and was celebrating my sister's birthday with friends and the bar tender was very nice at making mocktails for me. I didn't get her name but she was very sweet and they were delicious. 😊

Best place ever! I got here thinking I was under dressed, so we ordered our drinks and came outside all worried that we weren't dressed right, I was soooo wrong! I meet the owner (embarrassed that I just told him this place is to "uppity" for me) he took me in, gave me the best food and service and I'm so picky (like chicken and cheese only) Jake gave me Yaki with rice, chicken and slaw! Wow I was so impressed! I'm glad I stayed and had the best time! Also the drinks are strong!

Sooo pretty and chill environment! I had the watermelon ticker it was sooooo good! Sour and sweet drinks are what I love and that was is great. ❣️

Hands down the best bar experience one can have in Waco, TX. One Day's cocktail menu is staff-sourced and stellar. The back bar is consistently full of interesting and unexpected rotating gems that anyone in the industry will appreciate, and anyone outside the industry will benefit by having access to. This is the place to find your new favorite drink and your next good friend. Look out for the YAKI teriyaki food truck in the parking lot for great eats before or after 🍸

My girlfriend and I love us a good craft cocktail and it was such a huge relief to be able to accidentally stumble upon such a beautifully realized bar concept... in Waco no less!! Being in Waco solely for a wedding, we were literally dreading that we'd be stuck in a craft cocktail desert and have to settle for your run of the mill, overly sweetened margs and mules. One Day was the absolute opposite! In fact, it reminded us of the absolute best bars we've been to in Chicago, New York, New Orleans, etc. Seriously... you can name any "best bar" you've ever been to and One Day keeps up easily. From perfectly done traditional cocktails to their own adventurous concotions, One Day provides something for everyone. We had some very specific spirit requests and flavor profiles we were craving in the moment and their staff stepped up to meet our needs perfectly! My girlfriend had the Fox & Wolf and I had their witchy seasonal daiquiri as well as The Deputy. All three drinks were spectacular! Huge shout out to the entire bar staff as well as Chris who came over and guided us through the entire menu. She also helped us discover some off the menu items that would be up our alley, too! Huge thanks for making our stay enjoyable and actually have us wanting to visit Waco again! Something I never thought I'd ever say!

I thoroughly enjoy One Day when I am in Waco visiting friends and family, and I continually recommend this establishment! Already looking forward to my next visit. Nice bar for a drink but prices are on the high side. Did not eat there, menu is limited until the food truck opens, so it will not by "dive bar".

Tequila drinks aren't my favorite here, odd flavoring there. However, the mojito is always excellent and I enjoy the other drinks on the menu and their creative elements. The vibe is nice overall.

One of my more frequented places to grab a drink. There's quite a few to try, and the bartenders, while nice, don't always give the best recommendations. Lol. Go with a group and taste test multiple drinks so you can be adventurous and find some you really like and know which ones you don't. ♡

Sub par service, I got 1 Lalo and 1 Espresso Martini, sub lalo instead of whiskey. How in the hell is my tab 41 dollars and the bartenders can’t explain it to me? Straight greedy by the bar owner. Love how it says OR egg white 8 dollars. Go to any bar but this one.

I came in today to celebrate my birthday with a friend then take an inebriated walk home. I can’t remember the spelling but I got the “fairy fire” a drink that is supposed to be I believe strawberry basil and ginger beer with a dash of cayenne pepper. Well there was so much cayenne it drowned out everything else. Left a thick ring around the top and a moderately thick layer of sediment on the bottom. I muscled through less than half the drink when I examined the drink and thought the ratios had to be off. I went up to the bar and said “hey man I know I’m gonna be super critical here but I think that there’s just too much cayenne in this drink like you already get a little bit of spice from the ginger beer and it’s just drowning out everything else.” Then the long haired guy working said “I’m going to take that criticism and do absolutely nothing different.” With that attitude you see in videos online of stereotypical teenagers and Immediately walked away. I wasn’t even expecting him to remake the drink just to apologize and ask if he could help so I could order my next drink. But that and that my friends drink was also poorly mixed made me leave. Yeah I dumped the rest of the drink out on the spill mat but then he ran out after and tried to yell at me for it… also if the drink was made right there wouldn’t be any to poor out. 🤷‍♂️
