A statement one can make about Whataburger is it is consistent from location to location!

Drive thru was quick and the food was good

Waited 20 minutes for a taquito that had burnt sausage. I think they just were understaffed. Honestly felt bad for the two women working

The employees were very sweet and helpful. The cashier humored my question about what he would recommend for toppings, and provided a funny yet knowledgeable recommendation. Lobby was spotless, well stocked, and the employees were on point when checking with the customers if we needed anything. Probably my new favorite Whataburger... too bad I live in LA!

Burgers were on point. Onion rings were amazing. Prickly pear drink also yummy.

Now again this is another place where if you want to feel like you're at home the atmosphere is great for it The services excellent and it's another home away from home lobby is always open until 1:00 I think in the morning so you're able to relax or if you're one of those night shift crews you can come in and enjoy yourself a good Whataburger now back in the day they had a I would rate a 10 out of 10 chocolate shake and it was like in a mega cup but then they had to reduce it Don't get me wrong I still get their shakes they're shakes and Livingston I think are the number one.

My husband and I go to whataburger every town we go to. Spring, Houston, porter, new caney and humble.. Is it just me or is it usually a miss when it comes to the food. Every now and then you find a whataburger that offers you perfection! Today we found this gem in a sea of disappointment. Thank you Livingston Whataburger for being everything you advertise! Wish I could add better photos but we couldn’t stop eating long enough to get better pics. Mushroom Swiss that I added extra sauce to. And a number 2 all the way.

I saw the review about the XL chocolate dipped pickle. I was confused, yet intrigued, so I went and ordered one. WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS A GAME CHANGER!! The tangy of the pickle mixed with the sweet chocolate was AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and ask for one! You won’t regret it.

I had such great experience at this Whataburger, in Livingston, Tx. You see, I was going back home from Mt. Enterprise and I stopped for a visit with my daughter-in-law and we made our order but something happened to me after we ordered. I was walking back over to our table and all of a sudden my blood sugar dropped and I started sweating furiously, my hair was wet, my pants were wet, and I started shaking and shaking. My friend got my pills and I started feeling better. The ladies at the counter were very concerned about me. They both came over and wanted to know if I was okay. Their concern showed compassion, friendliness and kindness. I can’t for the life of me remember there names but I wanted Whataburger to know how great their employees are when a person is having a heath issue. Another great visit to our "local" WB. The team communicates with one another and with customers great. Great everything! The Cobb salad is on point! The Dr.Pepper is on point. Service to table was friendly and professional. Waited for us to finish praying to offer sauces, great respect. Always a good experience at this location in Livingston TX.

This was the best visit ever! Kay was such a pleasant person. She came out with a smile, said hello and gave us our drinks. Gave her my payment and she said I'll be right back. She came back with our food and asked if we needed any condiments. We asked for spicy ketchup and she went and grabbed it right away. And all with a smile and thanked us for coming. The entire staff was on it and so very friendly. Teryn took our order, and was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We were greeted with smiles and sincerity when we walked in, which was a welcome happiness! Vincent interacted with us, checking on our table, making sure we were taken care of our entire visit. Made extra effort to interact with our 4 year old, who absolutely loved his experience.

During this time the lobby is closed due to covid-19 so everything is drive through or curbside pickup. No customers allowed inside. We went through the drive through since we we traveling. The staff was polite and the orders were correct. Our burgers and fries were hot and fresh like you would expect from Whataburger. We were able to park and enjoy the view of the pond while eating. We will stop here again when traveling.

The staff is so friendly. They were prompt and very helpful. The place is kept clean and is always comfortable. The food is the best in fast food. Patty melt and Dr. Pepper milkshake is the way to go.

When you go to whataburger you go for the burger. Not the atmosphere or necessarily the customer service. My go to burger is the double meat with cheese and jalapeños. For some reason, it’s better in TX than AZ. Not sure what difference is. Don’t ask anyone from Cali if they like it as they’re partial to in-n-out. It’s a big burger, tasty, and leaves you full. Does the job nicely!!!

This is a legitimate Whataburger - great burgers, but it's been a bit since I've stopped in. The service takes a bit of a hit because the Whataburger in Jacksonville, TX sets that bar high, and the 2 times I've been in this one, it's been food over the counter with no extra offer of service. Then again, I don't go in for full service dining, so I guess it's kind of a dumb take. All in all, this one is solid.

Had to celebrate getting back to Texas with an original What A Burger! Always a pleasure. This location has a small parking lot, no room for RVs or trucks.

It's fast food so I can't say it was exceptional. My Whataburger with cheese and all the fixings was okay. My fries and white chocolate raspberry milkshake were VERY good. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. We had the nicest, most cheerful lady take our order. I would go back just because of her. When there are so many fast food restaurants available, all basically offering the same fare, it is quality service that makes the difference. That lady made a difference.

Easy access off I69. Very clean & friendly service. Hot & fresh! There was one unfortunate, possibly homeless person, sitting under the awning of the side entrance. Raccoons at the dumpsters are HUGE!!

Ruby was the cashier when we came in. What a sweet lady!!! She seen we were in our RV asked if we were from out of town asked if it was our first time at a Whataburger (it was) and she went through like the entire menu with us. She made sure we had plenty napkins ketchup etc. She was just as nice to every other customer as well!!! I only gave 4 star BC they forgot my onion rings!!!

The staff are wonderful! Food is good. They have a second lane in the drive through for people pulling trailers or large vehicles.

The food was good for fast food. It was lunchtime and they were busy. We had to wipe a table off in order to have enough places for 5 people to sit and eat.

Its about the only place to go in this town where they dont mess up the order. Most of the time the window people are friendly and they check the orders.

There were 2 of us picking up inside to go. The food is always excellent at Whataburger; but i thought the customer service was a little slow. Maybe it was that they were busy; but i felt that there should always be someone at the counter to answer any questions or get sauces that weren't out at the drink counter. People were in line to order and it seemed that all the employees were either cooking or getting other peoples orders. We waited for about 10 minutes before we got our food-to-go. I'm thinking that the priority is the drive-thru, as I watched more than one vehicle get their food in that 10 minute time segment.

Service was very good with minimal wait time for ordering and food prep. Restrooms clean as well as dining area. Update. Went there this morning and the wait was terrible. Priority given to drive thru. If you want it faster, go thru the drive thru!

The service and good was excellent! I gave 2 stars for atmosphere because of the large group of teenagers who where extremely disrespectful to the staff. Kudos to Larry for taking the disrespect in stride, but I would like to know where the manager was! Kids will be kids but disrespect and yelling across the restaurant for service should have been addressed!

Food was okay. There was a mixup with my order and I didn't get it until 20 minutes after my friend got his. He ordered after I did. I still had to wait in line again to get the shake that I had already paid for and didn't receive. Dr Pepper Shake was awesome though.

I haven't been to Whataburger in a couple years. I was in town running errands and decided to swing by a grab a bite to eat. I won't be doing this again anytime soon. I ordered a junior burger and a small fry It cost me 11.81 I was kind of shocked. I received my order and went on to the nursing home for a visit. My fault the fries were cold but they also seemed kind of old the burger was alright but nothing like I remember them tasting. I just won't be back, I can't afford their prices and across the street I can get a 6in sub for under 8$ Have a great day everyone!!!

Service was very slow even ordering though the app. The food was delicious and the coffee was fresh. Tables were not cleaned properly between customers.

$9.00 for a fish sandwich!! So 2 for my wife and I, a large fry and two large drinks. $30.00. it was okay but definitely not worth thirty dollars. Today we had lunch at El Taquitio for $28.00. so no more Whataburger for us for a while.

Tonight there must not have been a manager on the floor. My fries was slightly warm but very chewy. I asked for mayo to be added to my burger and boy was it added made for a sloppy burger also had the bread slightly toasted and it was extremely chewy also. I usually have a good experience here but those times have had a manager on the floor. Tonight is all teens. One even tossed a small bag of food into one another kid was getting ready to take out the front door and he tossed it onto the metal shelving unit. Gotta know teens do not know how to reprimand themselves. So a manager is needed.

It's really tough to get good service at this location. Check your order as they normally miss simple things. Drink with no straw, frys with no ketchup, hamburger with no cheese, and no napkins.

We stopped here while on the road to get a small snack. We ordered 2 Whataburger Jr burgers and ended up with 1 Whataburger Jr and a regular Whataburger. Not what we wanted or ordered. The food was good but people just don't seem to pay attention these days.

I placed an online order to dine in and for starting didn't bring it on time, and they didn't read my order. I customized it but still all wrong. Maybe bad luck or something but I paid for what I like not what they wanted to give.

If you're heading south on 59 and see the sign, just don't. There's another one 30 mor minutes down the road, in Cleveland. I've been eating at this Whataburger for over 8 years now, and it has continued to just get worse and worse. What started out aa simple things like stale tasting ice tea and not taking the pickles off has turned into much more serious things, like undercooked the chicken strips and forgetting to put the gravy in the basket! I mean, really?! No gravy? if you decide to ignore my warning, at least be prepared to wait 20 minutes and get at least part of your order remade. Or just suck it up and eat what they give you. They will, of course, apologize for the wait and for messing up the order. Heavens forbid they just get it right the first time...

Updated review. I ordered a blt on buns with onions rings and a coke. I ordered it on doordash. My burger ended up having a patty on it and then on a tomatoe it had a hair like an eyelash or something. Just gross. I fed it all to the dog.

My experience with the What a Burger in Livingston Tex. Is it takes way to long to place and receive my order in the drive thru. An average of 15 to 20 minutes with only 3 to 4 cars in line. And then 50% of time the order isn't even right. This is my favorite by far when it comes to burgers. Been coming there probably at least 35yrs or so but I am seriously thinking of changing my mind. I'm very close to not returning.

I ordered and everything was fine until I got to the window. Ethan’s service was unacceptable. I was handed a drink and I asked if it was a Dr. Pepper or Coke ? I was told by Ethan Well I don’t know? I was handed another drink and I asked the same and was told the same. I said the taps on top where both pushed down so which is which? I was still told I told you I don’t know. I wanted to say go back and redo my drinks so we would both know but was afraid too. Don’t worry won’t eat there again and will let others know.

Have been coming here for years and never had a problem until tonight.. for one we waited 30 min for our food, second when they finally brought it out my gravy was missing and third our food was a cold as it could be.. it wasn't editable. So I express my frustration with the young lady and all she can say is I'm sorry. We have to pay entirely to much for Whataburger food, the least that can be done is get it correct and warm.

I had to downgrade my review due to the employee racism that occurred in here last night. The police were called. Employees were being rude to customers calling them "white (insert bad words here)." I WILL NEVER WALK BACK THROUGH THESE DOORS AND WHATABURGER USED TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT. It's okay though because the food is below Whataburger's usual standards. This place needs to be restaffed, from the manager all the way to the cashiers.

Unfortunately can’t give you a review on food because I never got food. After waiting for the order to be taken in the drive thru no one answered. Proceeding to window the very stressed cashier apologized then took my order and ran away. After leaving me at the drive through for long enough that people behind me are yelling ….she arrives. She however lost the order?! Asking me all over again what I wanted after 30 mins of trying to just get fries and a coke I bowed out and left. It’s not worth the wait. Don’t know what evil spirit lives in your kitchen but yall need to call the preacher and get it out!!!

First I had to wait 20 min for a cold breakfast sandwich. I was the only car there at 430 am. Second the drive thru lady was very unprofessional. Dressed in a sweatshirt, hair put up in a leopard print cover, smacking on bubblegum (which i could hear through the speaker,) and blue beats headphones around her neck as well as the drive thru headset. She just wandered around doing nothing while the rest of the staff (that was in full uniform) did busy work like clean and make coffee. I don't think management pays much attention to its staff, or just don't care. I would feel bad if this was my store.

This Whataburger is the most expensive in the entire state on there breakfast, 2 fried eggs, 1 pancake, 1 senior coffee is over $6.00 here, all other Whatburgers is $3.40...this location needs to be investigated for price gouging.

If you order from here in the evening just be warned ⚠️ it's nothing but kids and they will 💯 percent get your order wrong. They stand around playing instead of working. Morning-afternoon shift has never been an issue but as much as I want to support business here in town they are just awful 😖 at following simple directions. This place is an absolute joke. We go in and they literally ran out of fries. How there's a place like this run out of fries. So they I agreed to substituted with hash Browns or onion rings. So we went ahead and ordered it literally took forty minutes to get our food, to add insult to injury, they got it wrong on the food and shorted us.Onion, rings and fries by time we figured it out. It was too late and we did not wanna turn around. We pretty much threw a way to food. We bought it was horrible. And that's staffs attitude was awful. I literally heard one of them say, I don't care. So I called the manager the next day. He agreed to credit my order. And apologized, this was about 18 days ago his name was Matthew. Worst 70 dollars i've ever spent.

Just like every other food operation , fast or otherwise, quality is down and prices are up... they played on our sympathies via COVID19 , we did not mind paying a little extra to help restaurants get through the ordeal with the expectation that it would be reciprocal when the crisis was over and then companies would bring back full menus at regular prices, but here we are...easily paying twice as much for food that tastes half as good.

Corporate needs to train and pay their staff better. The robot that talks to you at the drive thru before a person is infuriating. Company's going in the toilet since they sold to Wendy's. Forget getting food during bar hours, go another 10-ish minutes north to the Chester location.

Went through the drive through and the line was slow as CHRISTMAS. Also, asked for a chocolate shake (it was on the receipt) we got a strawberry shake at first, sent it back and got a vanilla. When we got home we checked our burgers and they didn’t get a single one of them right. we asked for a number seven with cheese, ketchup, and pickles. Then got sent back with a plain burger that was cold as ice and only had ketchup on it. How hard does it have to be to do your job whenever you get paid to feed?

If I could give zero stars I would. Took 20 mins in the drive-thru the get the order - and they weren’t busy. Ordered the #1 with cheese and onion rings. Didn’t get the onion rings. Got soggy fries instead. Asked for spicy ketchup, got regular. They were out of Dr. Pepper. My wife’s fries had small hairs on them - almost like someone went to work after getting a haircut and didn’t go home and change first. It’s something every time I go here.

What is this? I saw the crew that left their shift on May 19 around 11 pm. And this isn’t even near what I ordered. Everything inside it doesn’t even look appetizing. They were in such a rush to get out that they didn’t even care what the customers got. They just threw stuff in there and called it a night. These are the people that they’re hiring? Unclean and careless teenagers are the ones giving you this. I promise that the manager is just as careless as to what they give you because they hire people like this. Everything is soggy and I just threw it out! Disgusting!!!🤮 and the wrapping they put the food in, can be used as a napkin.
