No line, the staff was willing to pause the order making process to get more avocado, which was appreciated. They were also prepared to deal with an influx of customers also, which is also appreciated.
Food and service is always great. The staff will always interact and have a conversation with customers, at other locations staff will just awkwardly make your sandwich in silence, so that's very appreciated. Also, the chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite from here!
We had the best experience! There was a team of 3 younger people, 2 guys & a girl. They have the best attitude and turned what could be a boring experience ordering a sandwich into us leaving with a smile and definitely will return. I wish I would have gotten their names to give them recognition here.
Connie made our sandwiches and she was so delightful. Our sandwiches were super tasty too!
Connie gave us such wonderful service when my boyfriend and I came in late to get some sandwiches. She was so nice to talk to.
The store was clean and they were prompt and pleasant Jonathon and Jason was very nice
Went to subway, after a long day and was greeted by such a sweet lady name Ms.Connie. The store cleanliness was top tier, all the food and vegetables were fresh and Ms.Connie’s customers service was excellent. I’ve been to a couple different subways in the area and this location was the best.
Sandwiches were excellent and prepared by the funniest crew I've ever met. We had a late night dinner date so it was pretty quiet. This location is huge so there was plenty of seating options.
Whitney and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure our order was made just as we wanted it, and they are some of the nicest, polite ladies I’ve encountered at a subway in a very long time. The store is so clean and all the vegetables are super fresh and everything is perfect!!! They both deserve a shout out!!!!
Stopped in to get brunch. I got a 6 in. tuna sandwich on whole wheat, mayo and lettuce. Also picked up a 99 ham sub with purple onions, pickles, tomatoes, black olives, and mayo. 2 medium sweet teas, 1 chocolate chip cookie,and 1 oatmeal raisin cookie. They were sure good, didn't take long to eat.
This employee is so rude. Didn't even fill up the scooper with meat at all. Sorry for making you do your job.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and there's maybe 3 peices of chicken in the sub
( 8/9/2025 ) ALL Employees were smoking outside upon arrival. As I walked in the employee’s went straight to putting on their gloves with out washing their hands. The inside atmosphere smelled like cigarettes. None of the tables were clean to be able to sit down and eat.
Due to volume of music; employees were asking customers to announce their orders louder, male employee has a beard and no employee was wearing any hair coverings.
The 2 female workers were nice but then there was a Hispanic guy who had an attitude and we had told the other works before hand we wanted a combo which included the drink and chips and the guy at the register charged us and didn’t give us a drink and I then proceeded to ask for my cup and he said I didn’t charge yall for that. You should’ve told me, but with a disgusting face and attitude. The workers should have better communication and pay attention than this.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to even start our order with no one in front of us. 4 people behind the counter kept cussing and dropping Fbombs in front of my kids. Skimped on the meat and toppings. Very unprofessional and will not visit her again. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else
The women was beyond rude. I showed up to pick up a doordash. One girl said they were almost done. So I stood up and stood next to counter on the side. And this other women. Goes are u in a rush we have 5 minutes before we have to give you anything. I unassigned and left. Worse customer service I ever experienced
Went in today we dine in for lunch I had horrible service there was to girls working during this shift the girl whom I was cashed out by at 2:10pm this girl is the one whom was really rude .She really needs to work on her rudeness she has attitude while cashing u out n while doing your order . If manager can talk to her would be greatly appreciated. She gave us horrible customer service . I have been here before and had never received this service really disappointed. Hope this is addressed by manager thank you .
Just just left the Splendora, TX location. The food was fine but the employee by the name “Kelly” was extremely rude, more so to her fellow employees. She was yelling, couldn’t even smile at anyone. Again she was being extremely rude to the other employees, very unprofessional in my opinion.
Wow! First y’all want to take black olives off the menu and now this? How cheap can one store get? I highly suggest if your looking for a meal go to the gas station!!!!!
