Love the tomato basil wrap. It is a healthier choice than the subs. Their chopped salad is very good they chop it up so you don't have to. A very healthy choice.

I was sad to see the old menu go. But there are some hidden treasures on the menu. Subways fresh cookie smell as soon you walk in! Awesome experience.

Decent food at decent prices. It's a fair clean franchise and they get your orders done well. Their website says you can order online and pick it up there, but I have not tried that. They are open 24 hours though, which is nice if you are driving on 59 late and night.

I live here in Splendora and I will never go to another Subway due 21 of the employs Clayton who was very kind and replaced myself even though I left the receipt at the house and he did it respectfully and with no question very kind young gentleman I will promote and always go to the Subway here in Splendora thank you Clayton for an awesome experience at Subway.

No idea the 2 girls names but one has purplish hair *I have color deficiency* with forearm tattoo on her right arm and the other girl usually works with her. They are AMAZING, always know my order with exactly 4 tomatoes no more no less, it might not seem like much but it helps so much because I always show up after a long long night of partying and can't even remember my first name. They deserve a raise and if yall show them this message im the guy that comes in with a friend and we always wear hats and I'm typically wearing a white long sleeve and camo pants with long poofy hair

This subway is open 24 hrs. Across the parking lot is a gas station open 24 hrs. I got the subway club on wheat. Chips and a large drink. All great.

I had very pleasant experience at the Splendora location, the guy who serviced us last night 04/14 11:48pm sorry wish I new his name to give a shout out. He was so kind and attentive, well mannered just an overall great feel in the atmosphere. Great Customer Service is hard to find now and days. I gladly tipped him. 🙂

Being a local I do know that this store has been a little shorthanded. But even through the ups and downs they managed to deliver great customer service amazing food.

Got a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Tried the steak and cheese. It was very good. Not too keen about the app though. From my phone I couldn't find how to add or change items on my sandwiches and the staff goes by how the order comes in. They did change the cheese to swiss for me which I appreciated.

This was my first time to visit this Subway. The Store was Clean. The Staff was Friendly and Helpful! The New Menu has a Lot of Wonderful choices and options!!! I Highly Recommend this Subway on I-69 and FM 2090! Looking forward to coming back here!!!

Stopped in to get brunch. I got a 6 in. tuna sandwich on whole wheat, mayo and lettuce. Also picked up a 99 ham sub with purple onions, pickles, tomatoes, black olives, and mayo. 2 medium sweet teas, 1 chocolate chip cookie,and 1 oatmeal raisin cookie. They were sure good, didn't take long to eat.

I'm giving a 3 only because the two people behind the counter tonight were being worked to death when we were in there tonight. There were people constantly coming in and had no chance to stop and restock what they needed. The specials that were being run were nice but there was a need for more than two people. Possibly a dedicated person for the register, to restock and bake bread. They had run out of meatballs (Which was one of the specials) and I guarantee someone will come through there and give them grief about it. They both were handling it all very well and certainly don't deserve to catch the wrath of a disgruntled customer. Kudos to them for a great job under pressure. Run your specials with a little more preparedness and staff.

Subway is always average you know, not bad not too good, pretty decent, but what makes a huge difference is how you are treated by the employees and I got to say that the guys in this particular subway establishment were not friendly at all and freaking cold, you could see it on their expression, is a place that I would never visit again.

The food is always good..the cleanliness needs to be worked on along with the customer service. Nothing like walking in and feeling like you are causing an inconvenience for walking in.

I'm glad that they open 24 hours, but they are stingy with the meat and vegetables. So basically I'm paying to eat just bread.

( 8/9/2025 ) ALL Employees were smoking outside upon arrival. As I walked in the employee’s went straight to putting on their gloves with out washing their hands. The inside atmosphere smelled like cigarettes. None of the tables were clean to be able to sit down and eat.

Made an order through Uber Eats, they substituted my chocolate chip cookie for macadamia nut. Nut allergies are a thing and can be very dangerous and even deadly. Eating a cookie isn’t worth the price of an epi pen.

The female worker there in the morning is really rude and impatient when you couldn’t order the food immediately. I was scared when she gave me the angry look because I made her wait for me to think about what to order. And I was the only person at that time, I just took five seconds to read the menu. This is the absolute rudest subway I have ever been to! Who ever was working on January 15th around 8:45pm are horrible employees! I was walking up to the door when the woman ran up clicked the open sign off snd and locked the door laughing like haha beat you to the door! She then said we aren’t serving anymore you have to eat somewhere else with a smirk on her face! I asked who is the manager and only asked cause the way she was behaving! She said I am and I asked for her name and slammed the door and locked it and walked off! I can guarantee she was not the manager! Not with that attitude! Her coworker was staring and laughing in the back ground! Then as I sat in my vehicle looking for “another place to eat” she came out side and gave me a dirty look and flipped her hand at me telling me I need to leave! I hope this reaches a manager that knows who I’m talking about cause I can guarantee this isn’t the first time they have been reported!

This subway made me skeptical from when I walked in. It looked dirty & old not to mention the sandwich maker he was nice then another girl came from the back & started making everything sloppy & nasty & then we find out they don’t carry olives anymore & she had an attitude & didn’t know how to ring things up but yet took the order from the nice guy. We all ended up getting sick & vomiting that night all we ate was subway.

Charged extra for mozzarella cheese without being told and no signage saying mozzarella cost more. Employee had an attitude when I asked about it and wouldn't make it right. No integrity with pricing, will not be returning

So this is an update from a 4 star review. After this subway went 24/7 it was bad, but it started to improve again. However the last 3 to 4 order I have had have ALL been messed up and it just gets worse each time. They swap the bread around, put on the wrong ingredients or miss putting some on all togther and is just a disaster. Horrible service too.

I went around 4:10 in the morning and no one attended to me, the girl was just talking on the phone without taking my order, I waited and decided to leave.

The white old lady in the morning shift has a bad attitude the first I went I ordered and she was desperate and today I went and she said she can’t take my order because I’m rude she’s the rude I told her good morning and she started yelling I wanted three footlong she has a bad TEMPER and BAD ATTITUDE and horrible person I pay for my food it’s not free

The sandwich I ordered was drowned in vinegar I asked for a small amount and they soaked it. I couldn't even eat the sandwich it was falling apart and leaked of vinegar. Worst Subway ever.

Went on a Saturday at 2:30 pm. Not a busy day. Ran out of meatballs for my daughters sandwich. No biggee. Went to get a sweet tea. Nope, out of that too! Tried the Dr. Pepper....Yep you guessed it...out of that as well. Nothing but carbonated water. Extremely slow service (but friendly) and restrooms were not clean.

Bought a FootLong meatball sub from this location and it was extremely bad. I don't know how else to say it it tasted sort sour, flavorless , and extremely soggy as the bread had no texture. Okay so my wife called up there just to give feedback and say you know she thought the me meat might be bad....they said no come back anytime get it replaced. The troll above literally screamed " I'm the manager and I never approved anything either pay or get out!" Just like that no lies on God! Terrible service. I came in with my sister we were craving subway and we were deciding what to order. The employee started lashing out calling me and my sister kids saying “I don’t have time to play games with kids” When we were just trying to decide what to order and we began to order and he kept trying to be smart correcting us when we were reading of the menu. It’s not okay to take out your frustration or anger on costumers he could’ve been having a bad day but to insult us when we were just coming into to order food and leave. And they took forever to attend us because they were busy playing around as well. Such disrespect.
