Got 2 huge jack o lantern pizzas a giant stuffed pizzas for $50.

This is the best pizza because the ingredients are fresh. I was bummed the location next to Concord Bart closed but I think this location has better service anyways. I order on the app and pick up. The thin crust is the best because no other pizza places have crust this thin. You can also adjust how crispy your pizza is because you're baking it yourself. Papa Murphy's is also the most affordable pizza option. They have salad, garlic knots and cookie dough in addition to pizza.

Love the product, but the App is absolutely the worst! Takes several seconds for each selection to go thru, then I don't always even end up with everything working. Takes like 10 very frustrating minutes to place a basic order. Often times I just give up and order somewhere else. 🙄

Finally, they got it right! I've complained so many times about how yucky and old their pizza crust is and no one listens. But my husband loves this place so yesterday I order a Chicago Stuffed Crust pizza and wasn't expecting much. It was beautiful! I don't know if it's just this type of pizza or if they listened and now make good looking and tasting crust. At any rate, this pizza is a winner and we'll buy it again.

I had ordered online and was told that my order would be completed in Clayton, CA. I live in Petaluma. The gent in Clayton (I called) was swift in issuing a refund; I walked into the Petaluma store, and the gent there took my order and gave me the "online only" discount as well as filling my order before a couple of others. Excellent service...and with a smile!

Walked in and was greeted by a warm welcome and an even warmer smile from the 2 young women in front. Very respectful and I can tell that they take pride in not only their o but also their workspace. Also you guys are way faster than most papa Murphys;) thank you for properly training your employees!! It matters more than people realize. I have never ever in my life left a review on any page or anything anywhere, but those kids in there deserve it!

I asked if why it did that and got a “I don’t know” response and to move forward. The pizza was amazing. We got red chilly flakes for free. Thanks for that. However, the store and premises was not the best Papa Murphy’s location.

If you're picking up a pizza, go here, they make great food. However if you don't give the staff an hour to make it or stare daggers at them while you remind them three times what's on your pizza it's not going to get done. Every time I come here the staff is high and unprofessional. How do you not know how to make a quarter of a pizza different than 3/4 of a the pizza, they straight up said they couldn't do it before because that doesn't equal a whole pizza. They are nice people in general but those three dim flames wouldn't be enough to spark a bong if you know what. So that's why the food gets 5 stars but the service gets less.

Order placed on THEIR website, delivered wrong and Adrianas advice was "come pick it up yourself, it's not my problem" Really? So I talk to the 'shift leader' because there's no manager working and he said you can come get it or I'll refund it. Asked if I'd be getting a discount for paying for a delivery that didn't happen and was told no, it's a refund or you come and get it yourself. Now I remember why I stopped going here, they employ teenagers who don't care about customer service and have no idea how to speak to customers in a respectful way! Zero stars. Zero customer service. Waiting for my refund....

This location needs management help. We call to order and many times the phone is off the hook. When and if you get through, you hear the staff laughing and joking around. Placing an order is always an issue. The staff has an attitude. We ordered a special for $9. We requested no cheese due to a food allergy. They would not modify the pizza unless we paid $14. Think about it, they get to save money by keeping the cheese! But the employee said it’s their policy not to modify pizza specials. Terrible customer service, they really need to take better care of their customers. I don’t recommended anyone patronize this location.

Another time I have a digital gift card and she have no clue how to process and waste our time. She play with it and got a message denied. We left with no pizza. Another store they did with no issues. Train your employees how to handle the register properly and be polite to customers.

Ordered three pizzas online to pick up at 11:30 a.m. today. They weren't ready and when they finally got made they were miserable specimens of pizza craft. The veggie pizza had nothing but a little cheese, spinach and zucchini. Almost laughably bad. Heard the staff complaining about being out of onions. Surly staff, lousy pizza, big mistake. Papa must be rolling in his grave.
