I really like the variety of main dish and side dish choices. Always chilled beverages right at the counter for easy selection. They have great prices.
I love this location because every time we go to this location. They don't rip us off with the portions. The table are clean most of the time.
Always fresh food and great service they always greet you and have a smile on their face.
There are very few Panda Express locations I would go to, due to long wait times or bad customer service; this is one of my go to locations~ You can expect good and quick customer service :)
I have been to many Panda locations but this one is really good. The man who cooks is the best. He really cares about his cooking. The super greens are always seasoned perfectly! and cooked just right. Every time I go there it's the same man cooking. He knows what's up.
The food here is pretty good and consistent with the Panda Express restaurants I've visited. It was very clean and lots of seating. My food was hot and tasty.
As always, excellent food choices. Not too happy about the up charges, but I get it. Filling meal for about $10. The employees could be a bit more friendly and slow down...i always feel like they're rushing me out the door.
Quick, cheap and delicious! The most popular entree is the orange chicken. There is always a line, but it goes really fast. They always offer samples to encourage you to try something new. If they run out of an entree and don't have a batch ready to put out, they always offer you a free drink while you wait. Another bonus is that if you keep your receipt and fill out an online survey, they give you a code to receive a free a-la-cart entree on your next visit (with a purchase). They don't carry regular chopsticks anymore... those were replaced with a spoon/fork/chopstick combination utensils and are only given upon request.
Restaurant dining area was clean. There were signs -- posted on the entry doors -- that clearly stated the number of customers allowed inside at the same time (10) and that masks covering nose and mouth must be worn. Tables and chairs positioned to prevent people from loitering inside, in compliance with state law due to COVID-19. Food was as expected from Panda Express. The Beijing Beef was especially tasty. We ate in the car.
Today service was excellent...the personel provide courtesy toward myself and elder client that needs time to read and view menu display. Thank goodness it wasn't crowded .Food is delicious .
I love this place. They get your food pretty quick, but keep watch on the grilled chicken, it may be burned . Other than food taste good, and the trays are full for the most part.
brown rice, super greens and teriyaki chicken without sauce. Msg free and lowish sodium. If you are on a restrictive diet, it is a reasonable option. Kudos for replacing plastic plates with paper. Need to replace the plastic bowls.

The food is good, but my DoorDash order was incorrect since I got another chicken along with a plate with Chow Mein and Super Greens and Orange Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast on the side. I'm complaining about that. 😁

Walked in at 8pm on a Saturday night (4/23) to a long line but to my surprise it went through quickly. By the time I got to close to the order counter I can see why the line was moving so quickly; the 3 employees who were working were all working quick, organized and communicated beautifully with each other. So many of the dishes needed refilled but the chef was back there taking request after request with no hesitatation. The two ladies working the food line were handling the orders with so much ease - I was very impressed. So shout out to the 3 that were working at that time. 🙌 the food was fresh (like literally my entire Family Meal needed to be cooked) and delicious. The store was kept clean and I was there long enough to see that online orders were ready for pickup by the time the customer arrived. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

clean, tasty, fast chinese food. A good choice if no family style Chinese is near by. Much better than restaurant that try to make all kinds of cuisine.
Fast food, chines but I really like it. Love the teriyaki chicken. If you are tired of all the burgers on the way this is a good choice.
People that work here are nice. Patio is super dirty. Panda Express still uses styrofoam for to goes?? It's 2019!! Reason enough to not go there sadly. Food is good and prices are cheap.

It’s good, but it’s not great. It’s a fast food place and it’s one of the few that we will go to, which we don’t do very often. I like that it’s pretty inexpensive and right up the street. The family meal deal includes your choice of three entrées and two sides of fried rice or noodles. That’s 5 cartons of food for less than $40. We’ll get two of those for movie night from time to time. There’s about 8+ of us and there’s usually enough leftovers for lunch a couple of times.

It’s good, but it’s not great. It’s a fast food place and it’s one of the few that we will go to, which we don’t do very often. I like that it’s pretty inexpensive and right up the street. The family meal deal includes your choice of three entrées and two sides of fried rice or noodles. That’s 5 cartons of food for less than $40. This was the worst food I have ever eaten. The orange chicken was dry and way to crunchy. I will never go to that restaurant again.
Last time we visited, we ordered take out. Large Beijing Beef and large String Bean Chicken. The beans were undercooked and even 2 minutes in the microwave left them crunchy. The previous visit we ordered a large String Bean Chicken and when I got home and opened it, it wasn't filled, with about an inch gap to the top. We like Panda Express and we are near this one, but if the next time we go we have a problem, it's "three strikes and you're out!"
An Extremely Busy Location, one part to blame is the clientele, other part is the speed of service, prices are set by corporate, the three stars is for the food it was delicious. Had a hard time understanding some of the crew members, and they me.

I attribute my return visits to Panda Express to Einstein Insanity "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". We justify the subpar food because it is fast and easy. Damn the quality, when you are hungry, that little voice inside says (best Gedde Watanabe voice) "The Donger need food". This trip we order the Family Meal: 2 sides of Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, String Bean Chicken and Biejing Beef. Food is in our hands and to our house in minutes. Hungry, I put a big scoop of everything on my plate. My wife and I both comment on how little meat is in the String Bean Chicken and the Broccoli Beef. In fact I cry out "where's the beef". Tasting the dishes did not prove to be positive also. The string bean chicken and broccoli beef both lacked flavor and the broccoli was not cooked all the way. The chow mein was flavorful but the dish contained several raw onions. The only dish that had intense flavor was the Biejing Beef and honestly, always is pretty consistent. In fact, it might be the only reason I did not give the Panda Express only 1 star. We have had many a bad experience at Panda Express yet we keep coming back. Am I insane? Perhaps, but when that voice says "Donger need food", we are back to Panda Express. Put me in a rubber room and throw away the key. This kid is crazy!
I love Panda Express and had good experiences in all other restaurants but this one. Rice is grey, watery and has no taste. Aculaly tastes like its 2 days old and went bad. Noodles and steak very dry. Employees were not nice at all. Not coming back.

I’m a fan of Panda Express, but this location has small portions and the older Asian lady (manager, per other reviews?) tried to give us a scoop of just broccoli as an entree. I don’t expect good service, but I do expect proper meat portions!

Husband got orange chicken and brown rice. The rice was severely overcooked - a blob of mush. The chicken tasted off. It went into the compost bin. Service was slow.
I was disappointed in the flavor of my food. The store was busy but went very smoothly (5stars for that)
What is wrong with this place? The fried rice is really bad, rice is raw uncooked and dried. Orange chicken is not much of meat, only chunks of batter in most of it. Sizzling shrimp and angus steak are cold and very dry. Overall is really bad. We have to toss after tried a few bites. Will never be back to this place again even thought it nears our home. Is Panda Express going down?
You could tell the food had been sitting and starting to dry out. The people weren't friendly or welcoming and when asked when I asked when they'd be cooking fresh food the gal responded oh there's food here it's fine. We left without purchasing anything.
The manager Fatima is so rude You don't own this business so be polite to people
The old little asian lady is beyond rude to the customers. The higher ups need to train her on customer service.
This Panda Express store "used" to be good one, but the quality has gone from bad to worst. My last 2 orders have been online and each order has issues, and had notified the restaurant, but they are least bothered. Missing entree, poor quality chow mein, no noodles, very less quantity. If at all, one needs to order, try to avoid the evening hours 7 to 9pm... its a nightmare.
This time was terrible in Panda. Old Chinese asked by gestures what we are going to drink. As “bonus” we get long black hair in chicken teriyaki. We love Panda, but that time was really disgusting. Not recommend!!!
So I literally asked for rice and chicken yeah I got that but I thought it would have some flavor where’s the flavor in the rice and in the chicken and not only that but i only wanted soy sauce no other sauces and they only gave me 2 soy sauce and other sauces I know I said soy sauce to them like 5 times but yeah I’m sorry I’m not going here ever again and they added 2 orders of potstickers when I only asked for one order it’s a complete scam restaurant they under feed u but over charge u I’m not cool with that

When I brought this up to the manager Fatima, she was argumentative and wouldn't ensure that they could provide quality control on their rice. It was a hassle to get the rice replaced. This is not the first time that this has happened. Then, when my daughter let them know that there was a spill, the employee at the front was rude and told her that she was not going to clean up after her mess. My daughter is 11 years old. This was completely inappropriate to speak to a child like that. If they have a problem, they can speak to me as the parent. My daughter did the right thing to alert them of a spill, so no one in the store would slip on it. When I approached Fatima about the complaint, she was again rude and said my daughter needed to come in because she was being accused. I have never seen a less apt manager at a store. She wanted me to "move out of the line," so she could serve the next customers rather than listen to a complaint about this location. I'm extremely disappointed because we like the location and food, but we do not like the service at all. Please be cautious if you have smaller children that you want to bring here. I am going to make a complaint with the corporate office as well.
There verry rude employees kept on shaming my family and getting upset at us,costermer service was crappy,we had a autistic 3 year old who had a water spill and they got so upset and started shaming us and saying how they don't like cleaning our mess, they said hurtful things about our parenting when we are a big family trying our best,our 11 year old told them about the spill and they got really upset at her and lectured her instead of coming to us,the food cuality also wasn't good,they kept on giving us burnt rice and refused to fix it,we talked to the manager Sapima lectured us on our parenting and the fact that we always come here.If I could rate one star I would.

To Panda Walnut Creek, My family and I moved to the area couple years ago. I/we were very happy to find out there was a Panda Express near by. Been coming here ever since. Tonight I was set back in a poor and surprised way to say the least!!! I arrived at 8:25pm (the reason for this time of ETA I don’t get off work until 8:15pm) to pickup three diners for takeout. The lady behind the counter (possibly owner or manager ?) ask what I would like, I gave her my order noticing the serving bowls on everything I wanted in my order was empty, she refused to accommodate my request to make a new batch of chow menu, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I was not very pleased with her lack of professionalism to take care of customers. If you do not want customers don’t bother opening your doors. Second note: As I was leaving the restaurant two other customers were apparently told the same thing as me, both walked away with nothing. Why stay open till 9:00pm if you do not want to serve your customers with their requests? Shame on you! I hope this review makes it to the corporate level. Continuing on, as per this review process. I can not finish the survey questionnaire because I did not receive any FOOD. I ended up eating at Burger Me right across the street, which might be my new go-to. I know I’m only one person but if you treat others like you did me and the others that were here at the exact same time you might consider changing your priorities to serve the folks that keep your doors open. Sorry Panda Walnut Creek it might be quite awhile before I step through your doors Signed, Not Happy
I've been coming here for over a year and one thing I noticed is that depending on who serves you, you get very inconsistent portions and condiments. This one lady only hands out 2 chili policy and is adamant on the rules. However, everyone else will freely give you more. This branch is poorly run, when it's busy you may see one person serving and doing cashier service. I'm driving to a different location. This one is terrible!
Used to be one of my favorite fast foods around here, but recently (within 3-4 months of this review) quality has gone down exponentially. Food was always cold no matter the dish, to point of wondering if it would pass health guidelines since they have the food out for some time. Probably due to new management, I really hope that they fix this issue soon.
Came to this location for 3 days straight. It's a nice location. Food was good the times I came before today, the teriyaki chicken was undercooked and a little cold, it looked cooked but was cold, if you get what I'm trying to describe. Today I still ate the food thinking it would be okay, I have had the stomach flu all day since and havent ate anything at all since my meal, I'm getting diarrhea and throwing up watching all the chicken come out of my mouth. I'm feeling very sick and weak and its very painful throwing up, I hope I feel better by tomorrow. The cooks there have to cook the food all the way, I'm probably finished with eating Panda Express, feeling this way isn't worth it. I don't know what's wrong with the workers but if the same thing happened to them they would be in my position. Stay safe and don't trust the food here.
I entered the business and used the restroom before placing my order. The employee at the counter confronted me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, stating that I was not allowed to use the restroom unless I made a purchase first. The way this was communicated was unnecessarily hostile and lacked basic courtesy. I understand policies may exist, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers. This interaction left a very negative impression.
