Opinions de Noah's Bagels Walnut Creek
I became a member. They have a wonderful deal on Bagels on mondays. I'm there almost every week. The bagels are consistently good.
I bought their Bagel Brunch Box which includes muffins, bagels, and bagel sandwiches. It was a hit! There will always be a debate about the size and chewiness of a perfect bagel, but Noah's get it right as far as I am concerned and the flavors are amazing.
Yummy top notch bagel spot. Living in Walnut Creek I didn't know why it took so long for me to end up here. Amazing tasty bagels with garden veggie spread. Coffee is hot and fresh. This place was bustling around 11 on a Sunday morning.
Service is quick but the food is in no way "fast"
Good service, good food, decent prices, but they have occasional coupons. I love coming here on a Sunday morning. The service here is always kind and warm. The coffee is good too. Plus, this is a totally overlooked spot if you're looking for a great place to work away from the office. Free WiFi and it's not too crowded. Seats are always easy to find during the week.
I love to come here, and pick up a toasted garlic bagel with extra cream cheese. It's one of those tasty things that I like to treat myself about once a month or so. Anyway, Noah's has an amazing array of bagels, choices of shmears for the bagels, lox too. Pastries, like muffins are here. You can even buy a delicious breakfast sandwich here, and they have variety! At times, the line is long but it goes fast. Their service is fast too. Coffee is alright, and do have coffee beverages as well. For the frequent customer, you will get e-coupons regularly. So, even though I'm far from the Brooklyn Bridge, I've got Noah's Bagels to enjoy. 🤣
In one word - awesome. Great place for bagels, enjoying wide variety, great and fast service - many thanks to the crew.
It’s really nice to be able to eat hot and delicious food in this cold weather. The bread is fresh and the service staff is friendly. They handle our orders carefully and provide fast service. There is plenty of space in the store, but we still choose to take it home to enjoy a delicious breakfast with our family
Very polite and quick service. Well-lit and open early. Easy parking. Had a cream cheese bagel and it was ready before I poured my coffee. Clean orderly store.
Ordered Noah’s via DoorDash for breakfast. Delivery was very prompt even with the heavy rain. Everything bagel was absolutely AMAZING. Perfectly crispy and generous on the smear. Plain bagel was also a real winner. YUMMO. I’ve now tried both toasted and non toasted. Both are truly delightful. You can’t go wrong. The hashbrown seemed great from pics. It was fine. No need for me to order it again. It may also be better if you ate it while dining in. I have used Noah’s for corporate catering as well. They were so professional and extremely kind. Took such care with my order. They are THE real deal. Thank You for your dedication to delivering an exceptional experience. Can’t say enough nice things.
Very fresh and delicious. Clean place and friendly service. Ordered (3) Turkey Club with avocado, bacon, roasted tomato spread on jalapeño cheese bagels. Very good. The chips were part of the order but they weren’t in our order…not sure if I was supposed to grab them or if it was an oversite. Will definitely be back again.
It was my first time coming to this Restaurant and I got takeout since I had to go back to work. I got the turkey avocado sandwich. I didn’t have to wait long to get my food and the ladies that work there were really nice. When I got back to work, I ate my sandwich, and I enjoy it a lot. it was delicious. It wasn’t to hard or too soft, it was just perfect.
We stopped by this morning for breakfast. The Texas brisket and the Santa Fe were excellent. Also the mochas were pretty good.
Noah’s is always the best bagel spot in town. I’ve been getting bagels with Lox at Noah’s since I was a kid, and I love that I can still get one whenever I have a taste.
It’s a busy spot and fast too I ordered a caramel frappe and a large late and two bagels

They have a great staff here. They work fluently as a team and are very polite and professional. They open on time.
Always a great experience at Noah's! Tried the new Big City Pastrami. If you haven't tried it, you should! Great mix of flavors. My favorite is the Maplehouse-can never go wrong with that one. Service is amazing-everyone is friendly and helpful!

As an East Coaster a good bagel is hard to find in Cali. You will not find it here but it will be ok. However my bagel today was amazing. First time in 3 years I got a bagel with a healthy portion of bacon. And by healthy I mean unhealthy. Keep making them like that and I’ll be back around more often!
I enjoyed my turkey deli sandwich. I asked for some modifications and it was done exactly to my specifications. Loved they toasted my sesame seed bagel for my sandwich. It was delicious!!!
Okay, hear me out! I only go to Noah’s Bagels obviously for their bagels and spreads. I had no idea that they had sandwiches, so when I learned of it, I got it. It was soooOoOOoO good!! I loved it, and swore to myself to always get sandwiches, I mean bagel sandwiches, from them. I think I got the Turkey Club bagel sandwich which I added bacon and avocado to. Just be mindful with your order and check if everything ordered was given before leaving.
I really like their chocolate chip bagels and their schmears. They have a nice seating area, it was closed for customers today but the outside has nice seating too. It was a little confusing because we requested a sesame bagel as part of the order and after a few minutes were told they were out of sesame bagels, but there were at least 15 left visible in the display. Not sure what happened there. But Noah’s is my comfort food and Ill keep coming back!

I am from the east coast and like Einstein Bagels. Noah's is a sister company that I just discovered. Excellent bagels! Here at this Walnut Creek California location I've ordered three different times. One of the times they hacked up my order. But the other two times I was helped by Katheryn and she got it exactly right! She was patient, kind, and had a smile on her face throughout the large order. I commended her, and she was grateful for the compliment.

I've been visiting this Noah's many years. Recently, they have changed the staff, and orders are not being done correctly or given to the wrong person. When you realize the order is wrong, it's too late as you're either home or far away from the store. Also, PLEASE clean this store. Look at the ceiling over the food prep area. It's gross with black dust/ dirt. The floors need a deep cleaning. I'm concerned the back where the food is stored and bagels cooked is also not clean. I'm taking a break from this Noah's.
The bagels were OK. Chewy/doughy and not overly flavorful. You can tell that it's a chain shop. I can tell you right now that if you're from NJ/NY it's not gonna be like from home. The woman at the register was very kind and patient taking our order. The resturaunt itself is clean and well-maintained. They have a lot to choose from and 2 large menu boards to view those choices. However, they forgot 4 bagels. When we tried to point it out, we weren't given the rest of our order (which was on the receipt/ paid for). The bagels here are pretty expensive so it's dissapointing. Ya hate to see it. Probably won't go back to a Noah's if I'm on the west coast and in the mood for a bagel. Their other offerings- coffee, etc. - might be good, though. Could be a fluke.
Heard these were the best bagels, so stopped off before work. Bagels are great, service could of been better. It cost the employee a great deal to help answer some of my questions, very obvious she didn't want to be there, literally had her back against the bagel case when I left.
After four years of buying bagels from Noah’s I decided to switch to a packaged bagel spread mainly because the last couple times I visited I could see fruit flies hovering, and sitting on their bagels. I wish they would re-evaluate how to display their bagels, such that it doesn’t compromise the quality. They taste great though.

Microwaved food at it's most mediocre. Ingredient quality is terrible
I went for the new maple house sandwich. I will say it was pretty good. I already know ads and photos of food are never the same as when you get it. BUT when I got mine, it was like 1/2 the size of the ad I saw. And it was flat on the top, not like the rounded bun in the ad. But it was pretty good. I did enjoy it. The worst thing was, the dining area was somewhat dirty. But the tables and seats were definitely dirty. And the bathroom...there is no way that passes inspection. The bathroom smelled so bad. No toilet paper, the floor had crap all over it. The sink was so filthy. And the walls made me want to throw up. There was no way all that happened between opening and 12pm. Just because of that. I will not be going to this location again.
Bagel was good but the service was a bit frustrating. Employee that was wearing red soccer jersey this morning was not helpful and seemed annoyed that I called a bagel the wrong name, but more than half the bagels are mislabeled. Half the employees during the rush had air pods in including the guy taking my order so no wonder he couldn’t hear me and than got rude as he kept making me repeat my order.
I ordered three sandwiches this morning, two on Everything bagels. I waited 1/2 as it was crowded. They finally call my name, not to hand me my order, but instead to inform me they had no Everything bagels. So after waiting 1/2 hour I had to cancel. This is probably the 3rd time in 8 visits they were out of Everything bagels. All they had to do is look where the bagels are held and they would have seen they were out of them. No excuse and a bunch of wasted time and now the three of us are starving. I gave two stars instead of one because their food is excellent when they have it in stock.
Being from NY I know what a good bagel tastes like. I had a sesame bagel with the Nova Lox I think it's called. The bagel was so chewy and the salmon wasn't great. I will not be going back.
Never had a problem at this Noah's until today. Ordered the bagel and lox sandwich and it came with sliced tomato that in now way resembled the color red. They should be embarrassed for serving it. They also forgot the side that came it. The wait time after ordering was long considering they had a huge staff working. Too bad. Their bagels are the best but this experience was sour.
I ordered on Uber two bagels with avocado. One with avocado and veggies. And one with eggs. And there was barely any avocado in the bagel. I've never encountered anything like that. This is a Shame! You pay $12 for a bagel with veggies?. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture. I did upload it on Uber Eats. Disappointment!!
Breakfast bagel sandwich was dry and the bagel was not good. My son and I agreed this place is off our possible breakfast places. Twice baked potato was mushy and not great. The only good thing was the nice sized orange juice. The girl taking the order was pleasant. One star for her and one for the OJ. A restaurant with "Bagels" in the name should have mind blowing tasty bagels or at least close. Not the case here.

Went there on Mon, after bought 1 dozen bagels ( 2 different flavor), asked for freezer bag( those u always get it free at a grocery store). The cashier gave me one, asked for another one,( since I had two different flavors in there, did nt want they mix up together, aslo those bagel will not go home right away, so i need two bags for each flavors to keep the bagel fresh until i get home, since the carton box did not airtight) , the cashier lady rudely said only one per order. I couldn't believe what I heard, so I asked her again. Really only one per order. She responded back REALLY yep. So rude. At that point I just wanted to tell her give my tips back, she did not deserve to have my tips.
I picked up an online order at this store last Saturday. When I got home I noticed that the order was missing two of the heavenly chocolate cookies. I live far from this store so going in person is not possible. I tried to call during store hours to get a refund but their phone system is not working properly (it loops non-stop despite pressing option 3). I also sent in an email and no one has gotten back to me pertaining to my query. I believe I'll stay away from this store in the future.
This place never really came back after COVID... There used to be tables full of people. Now there is just a dingy open space, no tables, no people. Today I ordered a bagel TO GO. I paid and started to walk away when the cashier said "there are questions for you" and started tapping the screen. It was blank then asked for a tip... options were $1, $2, $3.. so 40% tip for a bagel TO GO... The bagels here are good...but I will go to the doughnut store around the corner from now on.
This location has had quality control issue for many years. Today, no exception. A simple order of toasted bagel with light margerine was drowned in butter and not toasted properly. Staff seems to care less about providing excellent service. Noah's used to have the best bagels. Sorry not the case these days
Second time within in a month, that they put the wrong bagels in my online order! my 4 year old likes the chocolate bagel, but instead of fulfilling what we ordered, they put a cinnamon one in it, my son didn’t like it, so I took him back to the store and told the manager what happened, instead of apologizing, he said” I am sorry he is picky “ right in front of my son!!!!!! Never go back to that trash store again!
I normally do not leave reviews, but I have no choice. This place is terrible, STAY AWAY. I wish I could leave them a ZERO! This location must be poorly managed and has no care to get your order right. When you call the store to speak to a manager no one answers the phone. They have messed up our Door Dash orders multiple times and we will no longer be ordering from them. Today we ordered 3 dozen bagels and only received some shmear, which I had to refuse. I also reached out to Door Dash regarding this matter.
Nope! Never again! As far as I've ever known, buying something involves exchanging money for goods. Well, I placed my order online, my payment went through, I received confirmation saying that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, I drove to the location, and IT WAS CLOSED!!! There was a lovely note on the door that said that they had decided to close early! They took my money but I got nothing at all for it!!! Who? How? Why? What?! 😤😡🤨 I wish minus 5 stars was an option.
The last two times my spouse and I have been into the store we ordered Lox sandwich with no cream cheese as we are allergic to cream cheese. Both times the cashier confirms no cream cheese yet when we get home and go to eat our sandwiches they have cream cheese. There are issues between the order taker and the sandwich makers at the WC Treat blvd location and is really sad because we love the bagels and lox, just not the cream cheese :( wasted our time and money again.
Update: Back here, same story with the bagels, below average and frankly a grotesque attempt for New York style bagels. The spreads are awful, industrial supermarket type in both texture and flavor. Not tempted to ever try this again. We have recently moved from NYC metro area and looking for a bagel shop. Based on the reviews and ratings on Google, we gave Noah’s a try. Unfortunately and Bagels are not good. Dough is not bagel dough. It is basically bread dough in bagel shape. Bagels are small. Everything bagel taste is not good; Poppy seed flavor is too dominant. Cream cheeses: we tried the smoked salmon, onion chive and regular. Very disappointing. Basically a mass produced flavored cream cheese you can buy at the supermarket. This cannot be compared to the store-made scallion or lox cream cheese you get back in NY. To sunmarize, this establishment does not produce a NY style bagel, or not even a good bagel in any scale.

I saw they had a brisket bagel and I was excited to try it only to receive a bagel with practically no meat on it. As far as taste id rate it a 5/10. My fiance got a chorizo burrito and was also highly disappointed it had a patty for the chorizo which tasted cheap. For the price of the food and quality you get I'd never go back to any of their locations again.
I've eaten here dozens of times, eat in, pickup, and delivery. They get my order wrong more often than not. My usual order is a blueberry bagel with nothing on it, so why does it always taste like chives, onions or salmon?? The atmosphere is terrible. They let 3 homeless guys lounge there every morning. One of them blasts the volume on his own personal laptop and another one smokes all over place and reeks. I even caught a terrible cough from that one homeless guy. The only reason I ever came here was because they are open early and have good coffee, but they just serve Pete's coffee! I will be going to Pete's from now on. Avoid this place like the plaque.
Found hairs in my breakfast sandwich, eww. Inspired me to make my own breakfast at home with no hairs. Make sure your employees are all wearing hairnets.
