Super outstanding authentic hawaiian pokey. Seafood lovers paradise. A large quantity of food for twenty dollars. Considering a greasy cheeseburger now is twenty dollars. Super healthy food with awesome salad acoutrements. Definitely a ten on the rector scale of great food.

One of the best poke bowls I've ever had. The miso soup is not just a bowl of liquid, it's full of tofu and seaweed. Their bowls are made with fresh ingredients and the sauce is delicious. Love it! In fact, I'm gonna order another one right now!

Poke House is a bit out of the way for me, but I have religiously returned over and over again as the freshness and flavor are the best around! I never thought I would like the zucchini noodles bet they are a great addition with sushi rice! Thank You to the staff which is always quick and attentive!

Very happy this place opened up in Walnut Creek, the bowls are great. I do a large bowl with sushi rice, 2 scoops of crab, spicy tuna, salmon, and tuna. You can either pick from some pre-made poke with sauce, or select fish and add your own sauce and mix ins. I do both in my bowl. They have all the standard mix ins and then some, as well as plenty of sauces. I mix several of the sauces usually. I am never disappointed with my food here and love the crab mix. My wife loves the salmon bowl. There is usually no wait and they even offer a rewards program, be sure to sign up to earn free bowls. Stop in here and help make sure this location sticks around.

The fish were delicious. The sushi rice, however, was a 2 maybe a 3 at best: someone added too much water when cooking the rice. The rice was a gelatinous ball that made my bowl difficult to enjoy fully.

I finally had to ask "what's the magic word to get started?" and he just pointed at the menu on the wall behind me. I then asked about the differences between the sizes and again, I got the wall. The second time I was there, I wanted two scoops of Tuna and one scoop of octopus. The same man was there and he kept asking me if I want crab? After my third time of saying no, he gave me three scoops of Tuna. The employees also seem to rush you through the additional fixings station. Like there's not a second to lose as I try to think about what I want to add. There was just me and my daughter there so not like there was a rush or anything.

I Love Good Poke! I did not love this Poke! All 5 of our group thought that it was near the lowest end Poke that any of us had ever experienced. I had a Signature Dish - Tuna Lovers (or something very similar) - it should have had me feeling that I couldn't wait to return... But, it was a struggle to finish it! I will likely never return. None of our party left feeling like they had a good meal - disappointment abounded! I hate to rag on local businesses, but there is exponential room for improvement here - I hope they can improve before the go out of business.

Totally forget to check reviews before I came. Spending $23 for medium size. The cashier here is inpatient to answer your questions. And guess what, they charged me more for seaweed salad. Where is the lawyer? Here is your business.

Food was decent, but the service really needs improvement. Some of the staff were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. It would be great if they showed a bit more care and passion for their job.

Unfortunately, it depends on who makes the bowl, so the amount they put in is different. Today, a person who is new to poke made it for me and the amount he put in the bowl is very little compared to the amount that he really should have. I don't know if this is how they train them or because some put more and the new employees almost always put very little. This is not the first time this has happened to me

DO NOT DOOR DASH FROM HERE!!! They put 2 small staples on the bag that’s it!! Not sticker to close poke bowl, just put the top on like regular!! I received my food with one staple missing and the lid completely off!! I called the restaurant asking for a refund and they said take it up with DoorDash. BUT YOU GUYS COULD HAVE PROPERLY SECU CURED THE LID WITH A SEAL SO IF SOMEONE WANTED TO TAMPER WITH IT THEY WOULD HAVE TO BREAK THE SEAL!!!! So this actually falls on YOU not them!! Couldn’t get a refund for either so thank you for making me waste $30

BEWARE. The customer service was extremely poor. The tall young asian man who assisted me was very rude and unhelpful. I was placing an order for a friend using details sent to me on my phone and had some difficulty, but instead of offering help or patience, he was dismissive and unprofessional. No effort to assist, no customer service skills at all. Unfortunately, this experience ruined it for me and I will not be coming back.

They don’t even acknowledge customers when they come in. There were three employees, and one of them seemed to be working on an order, but the other two were just twiddling their thumbs. When the customer service is nonexistent, then the taste of the food doesn’t matter.
