This is an amazing place where you can find the tastiest drinks suitable for this hot weather 😍 Especially, I loved Pomegranate Paradise and Caribbean passion smoothies 😍 They are the tastiest smoothies I’ve ever tried!!! My family also loved these smoothies + Peanut Butter Banana smoothie. Recommend to all smoothie lovers! 😍 You can find here smoothies of all tastes!

Store is clean, my drink is always ready and waiting for me ON TIME (I only order to "pick up"), but mostly, the staff at this particular store is fantastic. They are all so polite and seem genuinely happy to see me, immediately greeting me when I walk through the front door. They're attentive and don't leave me standing around while they just chit-chat amongst themselves. Love this store!

Jamba is usually pretty solid. The weather today was in the triple digits, and my smoothie definitely hit the spot. They have done well during the pandemic, keeping everyone at a distance, while still providing excellent service. Super easy to use their online platform as well if you don't want to wait in line. I'll definitely be visiting again. 👍🏼

This location of Jamba Juice is clean and well kept. The workers are often respectful and extremely helpful. The workers were kind to tell me what the ingredients in the drinks I asked about. They made the smoothies in a reasonable time. I know it’s not exactly about this location, but the smoothies are truly delicious.

Not all Jamba Juices are created equal. I love this location. Why? One word: Erica. She’s amazing! Super warm and friendly. She took the time to create a fantastic fresh juice combo that tasted so damn incredible. Coming back here all the time!!!

Enjoyed the overall service, staff were attentive and prepared my food quickly. Only potential downside was outside seating is limited and it is hard to stay inside with how loud the blenders are. For me, this wasn't an issue because the center where this is located is a pretty good place to walk around with a drink.

Don't usually go to Jamba, so not familiar with all its drinks and accessories. Can be overwhelming. Took a while to get my drink. But once I did, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Jamba Juice must have recently revamped their menu, as the 12/16/32 ounce sizes have turned into small (8 oz), medium (12 oz), and large (24 oz), while raising their prices. A medium smoothie now costs upwards of $5-6! Anyway, the smoothies are good. Not healthy by any means, but people don't usually go here for the health aspect anyhow. My favorite is the Mango-a-Go-Go and Strawberries Wild. As pricey as they may be, they make a pretty tasty smoothie.

I enjoy going to any Jamba that I can find and get to and the pumpkin seasonal smoothies are my favorite. This Jamba is nicely located by lots of shopping as well.

I had really high expectations for this place. The service was good, but I was not prepared for the taste. I had the cookie protein smoothie(something like that),and I hated it. I'm sure it was made to perfection,but I did not like the grainy feeling in my mouth. Haven't been back since.

Really mediocre Jamba juice. They get your orders right about 60 to 65 percent of the time. Really wish I could wait to tip til after I confirm my order is correct. They seem understaffed

My small pb+banana protein smoothie was blended for what seems to be about 4 seconds and then poured into a small cup despite me spending $1 more in extra whey protein scoops… sorry for being harsh but no one wants to spend $8.75 for banana chunks in milk. I work at another location and we’ve implemented blending banana smoothies like the “pb chocolate love” and “pb+banana protein” on 4 with blendtec blenders (that should be the kale setting).

The smoothies are inconsistent depending on who is making it. The manager berates her employees and I had to wait a really long time for my drink and pretzel.

In general, I've always really loved this place so it's hard to give it only one or two stars. But the last two times...I don't know. Today was the most frustrating. If I order a Chunky Strawberry bowl and ask to add blueberries, since when does that mean I want ONLY blueberries? Not a single strawberry or banana in sight. Wow, guys. Really? And since I had to go shopping in between here and home (and I live in Clayton), it was way too late to go back once I discovered the error. FYI: it was my dinner for tonight.

This place tries to be good for you but...isn't. I ordered the amazing greens and it was NOT a juice drink, but some kind of smoothy... not sure what the base is but I pooped GREEN for two days after drinking it. So nasty!

Unfortunately, it doesn’t take away from the hassle and frustration I had to deal with, but I’m adding a star (from 1 star to 2 stars) to reflect the response. ** I placed an online order for pickup at 7:15am. It’s supposed to open at 7am. It’s 7:17 and no one is here; the store is closed. I called the Go Jamba number and it’s apparently outside of business hours; I have no idea how I’m going to get my refund, and it’ll probably be a pain to try. Extremely frustrating!

Got here 2:55pm and just got my order taken 3:24pm. And the cashier had to ask me if I wanted my order taken? Its ridiculous. Duh, my kids wanted a drink on a friday afternoon after school. To be treated like this. 2nd time disappointed by this branch. Different batch of workers from last time

Workers are both fairly new and you can tell because the have 12 orders and they are doing them 1 by 1 and trying to figure where ingredients are located. Servings are below usual. And the taste is kinda watered down. Service was like we weren't welcome. Maybe a bad day but at least get one thing on point.

Ordered through doordash and they Literally didn’t even cook my food and now straw

If I can give them 1/4 of a star I would. My children like the "peanut butter mood with extra peanut butter scoop" which they want to split in cups. For some unknown reasons, the staff is CONSISTENTLY unable to get the order right. They forget to put the extra scoop of peanut butter which I paid for, and then they don't split the smoothie in two cups as we asked for...And then when we asked politely to have it split in two cups, we get an attitude and some expression of exasperation with rolling eyes. COME ON!!

I am highly allergic to mango and I carefully read the ingredients on the website before purchasing. On the site it says, strawberries, peaches, and oranges. On the receipt, it lists more ingredients including mango. Do better and include everything listed. Please understand the dangers what this could have caused.

I would not recommend supporting this Jamba Juice location due to management and overall operations. The manager there demonstrates a lack of professionalism and the environment feels disorganized and consistently understaffed, and employees appear to receive minimal training, which affects both service quality and overall efficiency. These issues significantly impact the customer experience.

Second the guy working here tall white dude man his attitude the worst I've seen, it's like bro if you don't want to work go home. I ordered 2 strawberry blueberry bowls he started the bowls with yogurt and the waffle goes to the back for 10 minutes comes back checks his phone then goes to make smoothies forgets about the bowls, like really bro? I go to him and tell him hey I've been waiting for the bowls for like 15 minutes already can I just get my money back goes to the register cancels the order but he can't refund my money that I have to deal with it with my bank? Really? This is pathetic you should be able to refund the money on the spot. I have to let the transaction post in my bank in order to dispute the transaction. Then he tells me obviously we are busy, obviously he don't know how to multitask and customer service. This place needs to do better.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!

I was here two days ago. Because the app to WC didn't offer mango-a-go-go, I tried calling and someone picked up the phone and hung up. When I got to this store, I ordered one smoothie and asked to use the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and gross. Today I went there again and there were about 7 customers in the store and three workers. I stood in line five minutes and when I got to the front of the line, I waited at an empty cashier station for 3 minutes. When I ordered one smoothie, I was told it was going to take 30 minutes. I asked the employee if he was joking and he said no. Literally there were about 7 customers in the place. I noticed at the register there was an unopened band-aid and used giftcards in a messy pile. I also noticed that both the plexiglass doors to the container that holds pretzels and waffles were left open. If you are making smoothies or washing dishes, everyone should be wearing an apron, but one of the guys who was sporatically taking orders and making smoothies was not. There should've been handwashing between taking orders and helping with the smoothies. These are health code violations. I used to go to this location for years. I will not be going here ever again until the situation has improved.

The one star is for the over all decent and wonderful staff. There is a few younger kids who just stand there acting like there doing something but there just spraying the sink. This location is constantly out of everything, or something is broken. On top it’s normally always busy an there is a wait. I’ve stopped here one to many times to the point where I give up an just stop going here.
