Every time I come here the service is fast. The food is always made fresh. The dining room is always spotless. The drive thru doesn't have a long wait. Prices are reasonable. They offer restrooms to customers. Not really sure how they could improve. They're at the top of the Taco Bell game. I highly recommend this location if you need a Taco Bell.

I’ve had my fair share of Taco Bell visits, but none compare to the incredible experience my daughter and I had at store 038983 in Walnut. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the food quality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Ivan. Even though this location is a self-serve kiosk setup, Ivan didn’t hesitate to approach us and ask if we needed assistance. His friendliness and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. What stood out the most was when he took a moment to chat with my daughter about a video game we all enjoy. That brief conversation made her day and left a lasting impression on both of us. The quality of service and food was remarkable, and even though this Taco Bell is out of our usual commute, we’ll gladly make the extra drive to come back, thanks to Ivan and the amazing team here. Ivan is the best dude around. Every time I hear his voice on the intercom I know I'm in for the best Taco Bell experience ever. He makes my fiance's cheesy roll-ups much better than any Taco Bell / TB employee I've ever dealt with. I was especially thankful when the Strawberry freeze machine was down and he offered to substitute it with a different flavor for no additional charge! Small things like that make going here an easy and enjoyable trip.

We went through the drive through tonight and met Ivan. I never write reviews but he deserves one. The most helpful, polite, and friendly worker I’ve ever encountered, his attitude and customer service were exceptional. I don’t even know if you can call a manager to praise someone for their work but I’m gonna try. Ivan needs a raise. He needs his own Taco Bell. Honestly let him run the country he would have my vote.

This Taco Bell has been updated and looks amazing inside and out. The dining area is ultra modern and spacious. There is a screen where you can order your food if you're in a hurry. Overall I would give the fast food restaurant a score of 10 out of 10.

I went in the middle of the night so there was no line and they weren’t very busy. Food came out fresh and hot. Service staff were polite and friendly. Not much ore or ask for in a fast food restaurant.

Always great prices and enjoy the breafast fiesta grilled burritos for $1.49 each. Not to bad a tasty. I get with no nacho cheese. And a hash brown. Yummy. 👍

Service was quick. And location is great. Food was good too. Orders soft potato tacos and bean burrito my regular favorite at Taco Bell.

It was clean did not smell the employees were nice they paid attention to what they were doing the food was normal Taco Bell only issue I had was a family came in five adults eight kids and decided they're going to have a birthday party in there and they sat right next to me instead of all the empty seats on the other side of the building. I think that's not right that they were able to do that. Brought cake and other stuff all their presents and party favors.

Hate that the nacho fries come and go. They are honestly the best item that you guys carry when they are available. There is times where I go just for the fries just to find out that they are not available anymore. I know it's not this specific locations fault. I really wish they would make it a permanent item.

I placed my order saying i didn't want any sour cream. The cashier said it didn't come with any sour cream even though it was clearly pictured. I still offered my food without any sour cream. When i got home and started to eat my food had sour cream. Poor customer service.

Have been ordering here for years unfortunately since its the closest taco bell to me. But after the 4th time ordering no onions and ending up with it over everything is just insane. Is mention allergys but I've done that with little difference and end up wasting gas and time just to get their mistakes fixed getting them to send a few extra tacos would obviously kill them 😑😑😑

Service is slow. The app lies about food being ready. Last time they said they didn't get my order. Then they found my order but gave me the wrong item so I paid for a grilled cheese burrito for a regular beef and rice burrito

You would think with the current situation, there employees would be more careful and not so sloppy. Slow down, make products like you did back in the 60s when it was good. The Taco/Burrito pack- now close to $30.00 comes to Almost $4.00 per Taco or Burrito with very little product in them.

It takes them 5 minutes to make the actual food but takes them another 20 minutes to finish it up and give it to you. if you don't ask for it, you should anticipate another 10minute wait.

I ordered a number 9 which consisted of one taco supreme and a nacho supreme and a Pepsi paid almost $9 for it and didn't get 1 any meat in the nachos . I only ate the taco . So disappointed

1 star due to being in line for 15-20 min when there was only 3 cars and all that waiting just so they can serve me cold tacos and no sauce even when I specifically let them know I wanted sauce.

I give Taco Bell a one star I think it's a rip off when you charge people more money to come to the store then you do for the people who order online I'm wasting my gas my time to come and pick up my order and order in person and just because I don't do it online I got to pay more money that just doesn't make sense. Something wrong with Taco Bell I think corporate should know how they're ripping people off just doesn't make any sense you advertise on a TV commercial that says a $2 burrito I come and have to pay $3 for the same burrito just because I didn't order it online. How is that fair for the people who just are not tech savvy. Taco Bell sorry but today you're not worth more than a one star don't know if I'll be returning.

I just left Taco Bell in Walnut and went through the drive—in and requested 2 separate oders, one order for one combination burrito with 2 tacos. The second order I wanted 2 tacos with onions. Is that hard? I guess it was for the person who took my order because when I got home and opened my bags I had 2 combination burritos with onions and 2 tacos with onions!!! A 5 year old could have filled my original request!!! I should have held up the drive through line and by checking my bags before I drove home!!! Taco Bell should not hire dummies!!!

Wife went to pick up dinner here. She ordered two soft tacos, two of those new chicken enchilada burritos, and two of the beefy melt burritos. Figures, they would get the order wrong. It was wrong on the receipt and the "limited time" items WERE NOT MARKED on the wrapper. In good old Taco Bell fashion, whomever prepared the items decided to use the catch-all "Special/Breakfast" label on the wrapper. Could it have killed you to take out your marker and WRITE THE SPECIAL ITEM ON THE LABEL? The food itself was fine, but now, because sheer laziness (this order was taken at 6:18pm, SNF was on, so I'm certain the take out line wasn't large), I would up eating both chicken burritos when my wife wanted one of them. This, among other reasons (like not having any sauce packets available inside, because they're still doing stupid COVID things), is why I rarely come to this particular location any longer, even though it's the closest to home. I would rather go to Del Taco, which is closer. Do better Taco Bell on Nogales.
