Was between deliveries and was very hungry when I decided to pull over and get something to eat and take a small break . I decided that I would go to Taco Bell on Nogales and Amar . I used the drive thru. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes and a bean and cheese with red sauce . And a Dr. Pepper to drink . Have always gotten good food at this location . I have been eating here since they built this shopping center back in the 80s . This time wasn't any different . Great food . Dr. Pepper had a good flavor . Food was packaged neatly not loose particles of cheese , tomatoes, beans , or sour cream just jammed in the bag . This you could eat in your car without wearing it . Great job . I will continue supporting this location .

This is an odd thing to say... but this is the BEST Taco bell I've ever been to! Very clean inside. Food was fast and made picture perfect and hot. Not sloppy and cold like many locations. Great job to the managers.

I really appreciate the friendly service. It’s nice to not get attitude for making changes or adding to an order at the window. Everyone here is always very kind, thank you to the young man that assisted me at the window, Edwin. He was very professional and courteous!

Love the fact that you can customize your favorite dishes. And their move towards health consciousness with the vegetarian and vegan options. Now if they could expand on that and offer substitutions, that would be great.

Fast and consistent food and service. LOVED the frozen watermelon, lemonade, berries drink. Great for hot day! Was sweet and sour just perfect!

The employees seem to work hard especially in the drive thru. The dining room is open till 10pm but they let us sit there past 10pm. This Taco Bell closes at 3am which is really late. This is good for college students. I order the cheese quesadilla and add toppings such as salsa, guacamole, beans, pico de gallo, and jalapeños. I like the iced tea with cream and sugar. Make sure to grab a lot of napkins, it gets messy.

Hate that the nacho fries come and go. They are honestly the best item that you guys carry when they are available. I placed my order saying i didn't want any sour cream. The cashier said it didn't come with any sour cream even though it was clearly pictured. I still offered my food without any sour cream. When i got home and started to eat my food had sour cream. Poor customer service.

Have been ordering here for years unfortunately since its the closest taco bell to me. But after the 4th time ordering no onions and ending up with it over everything is just insane. You cannot order at the front registers with a human anymore and because of that the customer is unfamiliar with the kiosks so now ordering takes so long and a line buildes up. Only 1 kiosk was working when I went😑

It takes them 5 minutes to make the actual food but takes them another 20 minutes to finish it up and give it to you. if you don't ask for it, you should anticipate another 10minute wait.

I ordered a number 9 which consisted of one taco supreme and a nacho supreme and a Pepsi paid almost $9 for it and didn't get 1 any meat in the nachos . I only ate the taco . So disappointed

1 star due to being in line for 15-20 min when there was only 3 cars and all that waiting just so they can serve me cold tacos and no sauce even when I specifically let them know I wanted sauce.

I just left Taco Bell in Walnut and went through the drive—in and requested 2 separate oders, one order for one combination burrito with 2 tacos. The second order I wanted 2 tacos with onions. Is that hard? I guess it was for the person who took my order because when I got home and opened my bags I had 2 combination burritos with onions and 2 tacos with onions!!! A 5 year old could have filled my original request!!! I should have held up the drive through line and by checking my bags before I drove home!!! Taco Bell should not hire dummies!!!

Wife went to pick up dinner here. She ordered two soft tacos, two of those new chicken enchilada burritos, and two of the beefy melt burritos. Figures, they would get the order wrong. It was wrong on the receipt and the "limited time" items WERE NOT MARKED on the wrapper. In good old Taco Bell fashion, whomever prepared the items decided to use the catch-all "Special/Breakfast" label on the wrapper. Could it have killed you to take out your marker and WRITE THE SPECIAL ITEM ON THE LABEL? The food itself was fine, but now, because sheer laziness (this order was taken at 6:18pm, SNF was on, so I'm certain the take out line wasn't large), I would up eating both chicken burritos when my wife wanted one of them. This, among other reasons (like not having any sauce packets available inside, because they're still doing stupid COVID things), is why I rarely come to this particular location any longer, even though it's the closest to home. I would rather go to Del Taco, which is closer. Do better Taco Bell on Nogales.
