This workers were amazing even when being slammed and yelled at by customers. They handled everything the best they could and when my food came out my fries were hot and salted perfectly and so was the two McDoubles I got 5/5 would recommend
I came in at 10 pm and asked for a quarter pounder and large fries. Had it in three minutes was fresh and delicious would recommend for anyone who loves good food and service
This is the best McDonald’s around. They work hard with what they are given. Shout out to the night crew.
Each time I drive from NC. to Walton NY. my arrival is very early in the morning. My first stop is Mcdonald's- the coffee is always hot and delicious , the sausage burritos hit the spot and I am ready for the days activity. I must mention the woman I am usually greeted by behind the register- she is most professional and represents this restaurant perfectly.
It's like any other McDonald's, but the staff here was extremely politeness and helpful.
I come here quite frequently and I wanted to say how nice the workers are. Very pleasant and professional. also the food is hot & fresh. ♥️
One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Professional and friendly customer service and you get your order almost immediately. We had the Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle Combo and the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes Platter. The food is exceptionally delicious when you have had a long trip. We went back again and got a Hot Fudge Sunday to go heading back home.
Great pit stop when traveling in upstate NY. Food was hot, fast and correct. The inside was clean and looks like it was recently updated. Friendly staff 😊
Friendly and helpful staffs. Service was on time. Everything was ok in this branch. The staffs were attentive and made sure we have everything that we needed. She repeated carefully all our orders
I came here on a Saturday night at 8:30PM, the sign on the door states the dining room is open until 11PM but the restaurant is locked down. I had to sit in my car out in the parking lot and eat my meal with the cold french fries they served me.
I ordered the Smokey QPC. Never had I seen a more poorly prepared, more greasy specialty sandwich than the one I received, and were it not for the fact that I was quite hungry and in an unfamiliar town I would have complained to the manager. I can't say anything positive about the food. The other items that were ordered for my travel companions were not better.
They closed 3 hours early and locked their doors saying that "we just cleaned and didn't want to serve you"
Please fix the speaker fix everything the screen to order the headphones of the employees because they cannot hear me immediately it's annoying that I have to scream like a soldier
Don’t much care to sit in line for 30 minutes.
Wrong orders, missing items, long wait times, stale buns, old fries, I even got a coffee with curdled milk in it once. Consistently bad.
Over a million cows a year are slaughtered for McDonald's. Literally tortured their entire lives, for what? So you can eat artery-clogging burgers? What are we doing? There will be great consequences to our world for these wrongs.
Ordered food at the kiosk. No receipt printed. Waited for 20 mins. Had to leave without food or refund due to time. They seem to be short staffed as the one person working up front was tryin to help people. One person on a Saturday at 1130 am seems not fair to staff or customers.
I ordered a Large caramel frappe… why did it take 10 minutes for me to get it? Because the girls working there made it and left it on the side behind the counter for no flipping reason. It took who I assume is the newest member, stopping sweeping and going to get it for me to finally get my drink. The girls were literally just standing there talking while my drink was ALREADY MADE
Absolutely the slowest McDonalds ever. Every time I stop at this location it takes at least 10 min to get my order. Staff wear grungy hoodies that are usually dirty. This location needs help.
I asked for my frappe to be extra blended. It was, and it was delicious. However when I asked for it, the girl up front, her first instinct was to let me know that that was impossible and start to walk away. As if I haven't attended hundreds of McDonald's lol I know what these machines can do, babygirl. More than you could ever imagine 😂
