McDonalds in Walton, NY is situated near the center of the Community. It is a good location with plenty of parking. Their food is like other fast food places, their employees are curtious and friendly. It is a great place to relax and enjoy their food. Your orders are served quickly and their dining area is large enough and the restrooms are clean.

They put mustard on their burgers and I forget every time. I'm from NYC. We don't do that here. Not going lie though, I didn't mind it this time. Walton is a dope town though. So I'm good with it.

We stopped in a small town McDonalds and just got fries. They were probably the best fries we ever had.

Most of the employees are nice and generally all there food is good except for the guacamole burgers there gross but that's just my opinion

Last night our wrestling team stopped into this Mc Donalds, as did many other teams. They were unknowing of the large tournament that took place at the HS. (I asked) But you wouldn't have known it. All the staff were fast, efficient and FRIENDLY!! We're talking busses stopping in from 7pm to late. In the past at other locations we have experienced employees showing their lack of enthusiasm that we were all there, having attitude, waiting for ever for our food or not getting it at all. Not last night. So I'd like to thank the Walton Mc Donalds and the staff that was working last night for being good to us and our wrestlers!!! (This is over a year old, just wanted to edit a misspelled word. Just in case anyone is wondering how there was a wrestling tournament during covid 😄

This workers were amazing even when being slammed and yelled at by customers. They handled everything the best they could and when my food came out my fries were hot and salted perfectly and so was the two McDoubles I got 5/5 would recommend

Each time I drive from NC. to Walton NY. my arrival is very early in the morning. My first stop is Mcdonald's- the coffee is always hot and delicious , the sausage burritos hit the spot and I am ready for the days activity. I must mention the woman I am usually greeted by behind the register- she is most professional and represents this restaurant perfectly.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Professional and friendly customer service and you get your order almost immediately. We had the Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle Combo and the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes Platter. The food is exceptionally delicious when you have had a long trip. We went back again and got a Hot Fudge Sunday to go heading back home.

The food is pretty good for what it is, but they often don't have certain things available and at times the wait to order can be unnecessarily long. Staff is either friendly and helpful or somewhat off-putting and stern. There are better McDonalds nearby (Austin street in Forest Hills, one in Glendale by Myrtle,) but this one is sufficient enough to not warrant the additional travel. Order at the electronic kiosk if you can, you'll get everything quicker.

Quic through the drive-through order. The person at the windows was very friendly. Parking lot was a mess with holes everywhere.

From experience, I never use the drive-through. But I still double-check my order. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, no MEAT. 4 out of the last 5 times there was either sausage or bacon on it. Was told to "just take it off"!! Nope.

I came here on a Saturday night at 8:30PM, the sign on the door states the dining room is open until 11PM but the restaurant is locked down. I had to sit in my car out in the parking lot and eat my meal with the cold french fries they served me.

Never had I seen a more poorly prepared, more greasy specialty sandwich than the one I received, and were it not for the fact that I was quite hungry and in an unfamiliar town I would have complained to the manager. I can't say anything positive about the food. The other items that were ordered for my travel companions were not better.

This place is REPULSIVE, I’ve had TWO incidents with hair in my patties, and the final straw was A PIECE OF DIRTY PAPER in my mcchicken. Save yourself the time and swing by any of the other mcondalds within the 25-30 mile radius (Delhi, Liberty, etc)

The staff is EXTREMELY rude, we’ve given them multiple chances and I’ve had it up to here. It’s literally like a movie in there, and you’d be surprised what kind of things you can find in your food. I’m afraid it’s DELHI McDonalds from here on out.

The workers did not want to allow people to enter into the lobby area so they locked the outside door to not allow anyone in. One of the employee's said " what are they going to do, fire me."

This McDonalds is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been too...we live in this town and ordered often from here and EVERY TIME, and I mean EVERY TIME, the order is all messed up! One of my favorite items on the menu is a hot French vanilla latte, I haven't been able to have a hot latte in over a year because no one there knows how to make one, theirs comes out tasting like hot frothed milk, over and over it doesn't matter who makes it from there and the food is never right! Sadly we will no longer be a patron at this McDonalds

Service is slow, 15 min for a double quarter pounder, large fries and large Coca-Cola, soda seems like a medium cup, burger was salty, too much ketchup, no ketchup packets for the fries, and if you order is over their dispatch time limit they make you move up so it doesn't count against them

Terrible manager for this McDonald. Most people working here are nice. dealing with management over bones in food and closing before closing time while I’ve already paid and ordered the food and management hiding in back instead of either refunding me or giving my order sucks!

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru placed my order to receive the wrong food and drinks. Then the girl tries to tell me what I ordered and after explaining to her that I ordered 2 large French vanilla iced lattes. She informs me their latte machine is broke. if this wasn’t the only mcdonald’s in the area then i wouldn’t bother ever coming again. multiple times they forget fries, drinks, or give wrong sizes. tonight they gave us a half filled large fry and our 20 piece was missing nuggets. the receipts are always right and we always paid for what we were missing as well. service just sucks.

I asked for my frappe to be extra blended. It was, and it was delicious. However when I asked for it, the girl up front, her first instinct was to let me know that that was impossible and start to walk away. As if I haven't attended hundreds of McDonald's lol I know what these machines can do, babygirl. More than you could ever imagine 😂
