I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened cocktail lounge, **day&nite lounge.** I must say it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance is sophisticated yet cozy, with dim lighting and plush seating that invites you to relax and enjoy. The décor combines modern elegance with a touch of vintage charm, making it a perfect spot for both intimate gatherings and lively celebrations. Service was impeccable; the staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we were comfortable throughout our visit. The lounge also offers a small selection of gourmet snacks that pair wonderfully with the drinks.This place is a fantastic addition to the Hudson Valley day and nightlife scene. Whether you're a cocktail aficionado or simply looking for a new place to unwind, this lounge is worth a visit!

Came up from the city for a little getaway and this was the cutest bar in town. The drinks were creative and delicious plus the hospitality was warm and welcoming. A gorgeous bar that was the highlight of our trip.

A very nice vibe. Feels good and "loungey" but not sleezy. Great drinks, great food (have the meatballs and artichoke dip) and great service! Definitely planning to make this a regular spot.

WOW WOW WOW! When my (baby) brother told me he was doing his vow exchange/reception in a few short weeks, I was certainly nervous! How would my he, my mom, and my sister-in-law pull off celebrating family from near and far (Hudson Valley/Syracuse/Buffalo/NYC) properly in such a short period of time?!? Day n Nite certainly answered the call & went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure the day was as special as possible. I traveled in from Buffalo the night before the ceremony to assist with day-of coordination and from the moment I spoke with Amy (owner), she was a breath of fresh air! She was kind, patient, exuberant, and answered any/all questions I had about the big day. When she told me she was “excited” about the reception the next day, I knew my family had made the right choice! Fast forward to Ceremony Day, Amy hand-delivered a beautiful breakfast charcuterie board (The fig spread was INCREDIBLE) for hosting our out-of town guests (with EXTRAS), picked up the cake from our home, reviewed the day-of schedule/itinerary with me (and took a copy for her DJ) and ensured us that all would be ok! It was a fun morning. We setup the chapel, did a quick rehearsal, and spent the rest of the morning getting ready all while knowing the reception would be handled. The ceremony was beautiful and touching. Fast forward to the reception… DAY&NIGHT is a chic lounge in the village with an industrial/modern flair. We had about 40 guests total and there was seating room at tables and bar-top for all. From the moment guests arrived, they were able to sit, have drinks, and enjoy the charcuterie boards for our version of “cocktail hour”. The 2 charcuterie boards we had for cocktail hour were definitely close-to-empty by the time the bride and groom arrived, but that’s to be expected with 40 hungry people grazing as they await the grand entrance. Once the bride and groomed arrived, things (for the most part) went right on schedule! Amy checked in with my mom and I throughout the night to ensure everyone was happy and that the bride & groom were enjoying their night!! Special shout out to the bartenders that kept drinks flowing all night with open bar (and offered a special surprise drink at the end for all the guests) as well as Amy and her team that setup decor! The food was delicious! The Sliders and Slaw were a HUGE hit, and I’m still thinking about those sweet chili wings!! In transparency, we wanted our guests to be full and thought we were going to run out of bites, so I (in true NYer fashion) went across the street and grabbed 2 pizzas (Wagon Wheel Pizzeria will knock your SOCKS OFF). Thank again to Amy’s team that accommodated our (short notice) request to bring in the pizzas. Guests enjoyed the food & the late-night ‘snack’ as well. Alongside the cake, we had enough for all! The DJ was good as well. He made the first dances really special! I noticed having to check in with him a few times to ensure we were on schedule which, with a busy event happening, is to be expected. There were also a couple songs on the bride & grooms ‘must play’ list that were missed but, all and all, friends and loved ones were on the dance floor all night. Weddings are NEVER perfect. However working with Amy and her entire team at Day&Night was the best experiences I’ve had with a venue space in a LONG time!! Amy planned some sweet surprises with my mother for the newlyweds throughout the day. She later worked with my mother to ‘saddle up’ post-event and address any discrepancies present in a timely fashion. Amy made it so easy to trust that this would be a beautiful evening celebrating a VERY happy couple! Amy, from my family to yours, we appreciate you SO MUCH! We will certainly be visiting Day&Night to stop in, say hi/thanks, and will share our experience with others in our community who are looking for a modern space to host their special occasion. If you’re looking for a cute new venue in the HV to host a small event with NYC-vibes, look no further. Day & Night is the place you’ve been looking for! “Oh, what a night”!! 🎊🤍💒

I hosted my husband's 40th birthday here and everyone had such an amazing time! The lounge is beautiful which made for a great overall ambiance. The staff was super friendly and the owner, Amy, was so helpful which made party planning a breeze. The drinks and food were awesome and I really appreciated that we were able to add on a DJ. I highly recommend checking out day&nite for a private party or a night out with friends!

Where you think there is nowhere upstate with that city vibe where you can just chill, dance to music and just feel….you know that way, go here! It is such a vibe with the deco, crazy cocktails, lighting and tapas. Food is just enough and compliments the atmosphere and drinks perfectly with charcuterie boards (my favorite!) and more. Bartenders are crazy chill and take time making each drink perfect. Much appreciated!!!! Plus, you can dress up or bring that street gear 👌🏻👌🏻 Highly recommend- so happy we have it here 🙌🏼

We were there for freestyle night but had to get up early the next day. If not for that, we would have stayed all night. It was a fun crowd.

Beautiful and cozy atmosphere with the most chill vibes! Their food menu has a variety of delicious bites. I am losing my mind over their pressed grilled cheese on sourdough. Prosciutto, gooey goat cheese, arugula and fig jam… oh my goodness. I will be dreaming of that grilled cheese for the rest of my life. Oh and the staff is so friendly! If you are thinking about hosting your next event here do it!!!

We came into this amazing place on a Wednesday and just had a blast! The bartender was amazing! Fun, attentive and make great drinks! The owner was just the best! I was there for a night out with some work friends and the vibe was great! Amazing place! Music. Was great! The owner was so accommodating and made it a personalized night for me and my friends! Went there to enjoy a local band by the name of Skin and Bones. Had a fantastic time. People were nice, we were all dancing, service was prompt, drinks were as they should be. The only negative was that it's a little tight, not very spacious . Other than that, I'd go back there again 100%

We recently hosted a private event at Day&Nite Lounge, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Amy, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with—so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. Her staff was just as amazing, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the night. The drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere created such a fun and welcoming vibe. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a night out, I highly recommend Day&Nite Lounge. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Came here on a Saturday night around 10 p.m. and the vibe was great—very chill, with people mostly sticking to themselves or their groups. The drinks were solid and reasonably priced, and the bartender was super friendly. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a good cocktail bar with a relaxed atmosphere.

Most small bite & drink lounges offer overpriced cocktails with poor quality food out of necessity, this is not that place. We ordered the Crostini of the day, the Bavarian pretzel with mustard, and the pastie from Braised Pies along with 2 alcoholic beverages. The Crostini was a huge portion and really very good. The Bavarian pretzel seemed like it was microwaved in the back and put on a fancy plate. The pastie from Braised Pies was tremendous, but I can't give too much credit to this lounge because it's not technically their food. We tried the Not Your Mama's Pina Colada and the Let Me Down Easy. For as much coconut in the Pina Colada, I barely tasted any at all. In fact, I tasted more lime than either that or the pineapple, but I'm still not sure why. That said, the drink was crafted well. The latter drink mostly was meant for Instagram. It looked very cute, but just seemed like 3 different wildly different things combined into one. They didn't clash with each other, but they didn't exactly enhance the drink together either. Overall I'd say day&nite lounge is a welcome addition to Wappingers, with some improvements to at least consider, but very well decorated with friendly staff. It's a great place for a date, however I am concerned they may struggle getting enough foot traffic in the door.

I went with some friends Wednesday night to Day & Nite. It was generally fun as the bartender was great. However the woman claiming proudly to be the owner was obviously very sloppy drunk. I went back with friends Thursday evening and the same woman was bartending. She was quite rude to interact with and we could overhear her speaking badly about staff. Overall uncomfortable atmosphere. We will not be going back again.

The ambiance is nice. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. Energy doesn't lie; And I do not appreciate how the owner, a white woman, treated my wife, who is a black woman. When my wife brought a concern to the owner, the owner barely acknowledged her and walked away mid-sentence. No respect. You will regret that. You wonder why your business is suffering. It's because your heart isn't right. This bar is a joke. It'll be shut down within a year and you will be a failure. Take your dollars elsewhere, people.
