We love exploring, so we took advantage of a beautiful November day and headed up to Warwick, NY. Our first stop was Pennings Farm Market. It’s a lovely, one stop shop kinda place! There is a small grocery section, local honey and syrups, homemade pies, breads, and cookies. There is a little cafe area with high top tables where you can grab a bite to eat, an ice cream shop, and little bar! They sell plants and nick knacks, too! We thought we had seen everything, until we noticed the cidery up the hill! That was an adorable space with beautiful handmade slab tables, a shuffleboard table, a delicious looking pizza menu and live music! We also walked through their beer garden on the way up the hill which had a cute outdoor pavilion with wooden picnic tables with plenty of space to hang out! Everyone was very nice and there were some really neat touches like the old conveyer belt used as the bar in the main building. So glad we stopped here … we left with full bellies and lots of homemade goodies! A really neat stop, highly recommend!

It is a great place to go apple picking for all ages. Free parking but you have to buy an apple bag CASH ONLY! Apple picking bags are $40.00. Got there at 1:00 pm. Plenty of parking and then walked to the general store. Apple cider doughnuts are worth the wait. 12 Donuts for 18.00 totally worth it. They do accept credit at the store. 🍩🍩 Highly recommend for your apple picking and fall time fun.

Stopped by on our way home to Long Island. We ❤ Warwick. We picked up some fudge and cider today, both hard and non-alcoholic. Always fun to support the local businesses. Highly recommend. We will return soon for some ice cream. Thank you. A+

Great lil gem! Pennings Farms is beautiful, the food is definitely good and the drinks are delicious! Joe was great and enjoyed talking with him. All his recommendations were on point. The grounds are so relaxing to walking around. The inside is so cute! They have an ice cream window as well.

Great place! We went for brunch and had a pleasant time here with great food drinks and atmosphere. Dishes were great quality and quantity-wise. Also great that it's in a store so you could find some fresh ingredients and get some grocery shopping done. Will be back!

We so enjoyed this pleasant restaurant. Annalise, the friendly host, greeted us at the entrance. We were a party of 12. Tara, our cheerful server, quickly grabbed chairs so all of us could sit comfortably at the same table. Jen, the helpful manager surprised us when she said they have a no fee ATM. The meals were delicious and were generous portions. Thanks Pennington Farm Market.

Loved the energy here. Everyone was nice and attentive. Stopped here by chance and it was a great find. Great assortment of sauces for all kinds of dishes and meats, produce, maple syrup, and more. Tried out the beer garden and the grapefruit beer was the best! We had buffalo chicken wings and fries and these were great too! Service was quick and friendly! Outdoor seating was great and very organized and following the distancing guidelines. Thank you for a great experience!

Great local place to get groceries, AMAZING baked goods, cider, soaps, oils, decorations, plants, hay, mums, donuts, ice cream, take your kids and visiting family members apple picking causing traffic for the rest of us. They get the job done though the kids at the register often can be a bit stale, dismissive, not paying attention or busy doing other things on the TOK while checking you out and or could less to help you. Odd mix yet it works for me.

Fun place for friends and families. Lots of food truck options: the BBQ truck, while pricey, was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The cider flights are a great way to get a good range of different ciders: most are very lightly flavored but the Maple Vanilla was unmistakable and very yummy. The apple cider donuts are a must have! Not a lot of seating options so bring your own chairs or blankets. Music usually starts after 4pm.

For what this place is, it’s good overall. That said, over the past few years the prices have gone way up while the service has gone down. We went today and I brought my 5-year-old nephew. I tried to order a kid’s cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, but was told, “No, it’s too busy to be adding lettuce and tomato.” The server then offered a $20 adult burger as a compromise, since that already came with L&T. This used to be my go-to spot to bring visiting friends and family, but after this experience, I’ll be looking for somewhere else

The moment we came we noticed a beautiful orchard with plenty of people. To be honest the cider provided was delicious. However, we were charged $10 for a “cover fee” for the “live music” being provided by the farm. This was not a problem initially as the security guard was standing at the gate and I was passing through to see what else the farm had to offer. The problem had occurred when I had explored the section and the security guard was no longer there collecting his cover fees, and numerous amounts of people were coming in free of charge. This seems a little shady being I was just touring the farm as a guest just like everyone else. After spending money on some cider and food it feels like I was shaken down for extra for no reason. The farm was beautiful and offered a great time. The shady security guard…. Not so much
