We had the BBQ chicken pizza (my hubby said it's the best he's had) and I had the turkey, bacon, avacado sandwich (it was soooo good) the bread was warm and fresh. Service was good and food was steaming hot when it was brought to the table.

This is our second time here. The first one we went to was in Orlando on I Drive, it was a very last-minute decision to come out here to visit with my sister in Kissimmee. We drove down US 92 and saw that they had Uno pizzeria. The server Debbie was amazing, I wish we had one of these in Tampa, Florida.

Really loved this Chicago style deep dish pizza! We ordered an UNO and a Chicago Meat Market and they were delicious. Our server was super nice and brought our food and drinks super quickly. She even brought crayons to keep our kids entertained. Their steak and lobster was also very great. Will definitely come back!

Haven't been to an Uno's in a very long time and I must say that this place got it right. The food was great, the service was quick and amicable. They were extremely short handed actually only having one server and management filling in for the front and back of the house staff, but they still pulled off an excellent meal and experience.

My husband and I have never been to an unos before that we can remember lol. He's from ri and myself, ny. So we may of went as children and can't remember. We recently this past weekend took our 6 year old to universal and stayed in a hotel near unos. Since we don't have one of these awesome restaurants in faytona Beach, we decided to try it out. Our server, Jesse, there are mo words to describe just how awesome he was! He was so friendly, so informative, kind, funny, you name it. He was absolutely amazing! This world needs more Jesses! We couldn't believe it when he said he only works on Saturdays, he's just too great! Our boys got kids meals, I ordered a angry orchard draft and Jesse suggested it with a shot of fireball. Sooo good and ill definitely order that again. My husband and I got a Chicago style deep dish market fresh pizza that was so delicious, I still think about it and crave it. 🤤 I mentioned to a different server it was our 6 year olds birthday and they came out with 2 cupcakes with 2 scoops of ice cream and all sang to him. It was an awesome experience and we wish we had an unos in daytona. We'd go all the time. Especially if we could get Jesse there 😆

This place is amazing! We are a family of six with four that can’t have gluten and my son with dairy, soy, and grain allergy. My son is very hard to accommodate because soy is in nearly everything. The gluten free pizza is very good with a pretty fluffy, fresh dough not the typical Udi’s frozen like most restaurants. The manager was amazing. He accommodated my son’s many allergies. My son really wanted French Fries but the ones they had contained wheat. He went to the store and bought potatoes and made fresh had cut fries in olive oil for my son. The experience was amazing. My son loved his food. Usually he feels left out at restaurants because he can’t get anything but a fruit plate or a dry salad. This manager went out of his way to give my son an awesome experience, and I really appreciate it.

After coming in from the rain, hubby grabbed a blanket from the car and kept our little one warm. He's such an awesome hubby and dad. What an amazingly good meal! I truly enjoyed my food and tasting everyone else's. The service was on point too! Definitely adding this restaurant to our favorites list!!

Great food selection. Our server gave great service. It was really hard to choose what to order because it all sounded good! Got the Shrimp and Crab dip as an appetizer, so good. Individual Deep dish pizza was perfect for 2 people to share. We also tried the plant based burger, excellent as well. For dessert we got the kids ice cream sundaes and they got to build their own.

The food was great. Shannon was our server and she did a great job. I had a the Cobb salad and it tasted amazing. My boyfriend's pizza was also to his liking... The best part was the crab and shrimp dip! I mean it was just so good... Little bread pieces instead of chips... Just dope.

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at UNO, and it was all thanks to Debbie, the bartender. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Not only was she warm, friendly, and professional, but she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. It was a bit chilly where we were sitting, and without us even asking, Debbie brought us sweaters to help us stay warm. Who does that?! It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made a difference in our night. Her kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The food and drinks were excellent, but Debbie was hands down the highlight. She gave great recommendations and took care of us like we were regulars. We’ll 100% be back — and next time, we’re asking to sit with Debbie. She’s a true gem and made this dinner one to remember.

Noah was our server. He was absolutely incredible! Really good guy. I had the Uno deep dish, my wife had the chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. Both were amazing. Shout out to the kitchen staff for getting out a large deep dish pie in less than 30 minutes. I’ve worked in a pizza kitchen before, and I can say that’s no small feat. They must have started it as soon as Noah put the order in. It was incredible. Especially the sausage they use. High quality ingredients. Thank you Pizzeria Uno! We will be back next time we’re in town.

They apologized for the slowness as they were short staffed like everyone seems to be today but we didn’t feel it really was that slow at all. The steak could not be cooked any better, salad was huge and delicious and our waiter was one of the most outstanding guys we ever had. The picture is what I took home cause I was full.

I haven't been to an Uno's in over 15 years simply because they are not nearby anymore. I had planned to go on my birthday, but since we were in the Orlando area anyway, a stop was needed. Our server, who's name I forgot, took Excellent care of us. Our drinks never went empty. The food was every bit as good as I remembered. Highly recommend and I will not wait another 15 years to go back!

Being originally from Chicago…I take pizza VERY seriously. Since moving to central FL in 2022, we have struggled to find decent pizza. Flippers was garbage despite all the recommendations, Mellow Mushroom is decent but love their Pigeon Forge location the best…just couldn’t find that place. A friend came in from out of town and decided to try Unos. Again, from Chicago; we have ate at the original Unos location so we were highly skeptical however…the pizza was very authentic and on par with its Chicago counter part despite being a “chain” down here. Sorry for the long review…but it made us very happy that we found decent pizza 😅

ETA 1/21/2025: this location has an incredible Meal Deal that includes 4 individual pizzas, an appetizer and 4 20 ounce bottled sodas for 39.99. We decided to online order for a dinner pickup. When I arrived at the location, our family house salad with dressing, the sodas and the 4 pizzas were all waiting to go. 1 thin crust and 3 individual deep dish and all were delicious. Be advised that the pizzas are greasy but oh-so-good. And the size of the salad is incredible! The pops were also all cold. What an incredible deal to feed our family affordably and even have left overs for tomorrow. Super appreciate the offer and the delicious food. Still the best pizza sausage I've had! Can't speak to food quality yet but I placed an Online Order, arrived at a Curbside Pick Up spot and followed the instructions that were texted to me for check in. About 5 minutes later someone from inside came out to ask if we were waiting on an order. We gave the name, they went back in and came out with 2/3 of our order. Had to go in to mention the family size salad and dressing that were missing. After another 10 minutes, got the salad and dressing. This was all while the restaurant was empty (when I went in the first time, a couple was being seated and they were the only customers in there); people showed up as we were waiting but only about 6 to 8. If you like Chili's or apple bees, you will like uno. The food is good, the atmosphere is pretty laid back and quiet. Our server Luna was amazing. Prices are competitive. I recommend the honey chips chicken tender salad for the salad lovers.

We always have to visit this specific location when we’re in Orlando at least once. It’s our family tradition! We’ve dined in, picked up, ordered delivery, and each and every time food hits 100% - we love the deep-dish pies and the wings! Seriously amazing. The food was fantastic! Even the kids pizza was delicious. They served the best calamari that I've had in a long time. It was so tender and the breading was light and crispy. Buffalo Mac and Cheese is a favorite. They are all decorated for Halloween and the staff was beyond friendly. They even had some pumpkins and paint markers for the kids to decorate. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by. They took amazing care of us and we had a fantastic time.

But the real highlight of the night was our waiter, Mason. Mason was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, great with our kids, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made our meal memorable. If you’re coming here, ask for Mason—he’s one of the best servers we’ve had on vacation. Highly recommend this location!

I probably wouldn’t eat it again just because it wasn’t like “WOW” for me but I mean … maybe I should come and sit in one day (review might change) Update: So one of the managers called me and gave me a large pepperoni pizza to try again and this time it was perfect !!! This is my first time at this Uno Pizzeria. We got the farmers market largest deep dish and added chicken to it, with couple of virgin Pina and the food was so delicious that e went the next day, ordering the same farmers market, but this time with a skewer of shrimp and it was over the top! Service was great and the atmosphere was calm! Highly recommend

A great little place to stop in for food! The staff were very friendly and chatty and the food was good. I had the broccoli and cheddar soup which came with a little packet of Oyster Crackers which I put in the soup. It gave it a really nice little crunch. The soup itself was delicious, very cheesy and had chunks of broccoli in it too so it wasn’t just liquid. It was definitely one of the better soups I’ve ever had. A couple of us didn’t finish all of their pizza and the restaurant were more than happy to provide a little box to take it home with you.

Our first visit to UNO and we were pleasantly surprised by the great pizza. Additionally, the salads are huge and even the buffalo wings were cooked correctly. Finally a place that gives enough dip dressing with wings. Our next visit will be to happy hour at the bar for happy hour treats and cocktails. We will be back!!

I’m giving five stars because we needed a restaurant with a strict gluten free policy and one that had a variety of options for the whole family. They have a dedicated area for gluten free prep and a separate area of the oven. The gluten free pizza was really good. The small pizza is a personal size. We had burger, wings, and pizzas. We got the hot honey flavor wings and they were very good. The food was quality bar and grill fare and the service was very attentive.

Good customer service and atmosphere. The food was subpar. The pizza came out of a commercial oven similar to those found at convenience store. Nothing special about the food. Smaller serving size than comparable restaurant. We spent $125 for a pizza, chicken salad, shrimp scampi, and chicken noodle dish, and a round of water. Highly over priced for the serving size.

The service is what makes this a 4. Dan was an amazing waiter. The food was okay. We loved the wings (spicy buffalo) and drinks (peach mule and I think the other was Hurricane Mist) the most.

After reading good reviews we visited Uno recently whilst on holiday. The restaurant was busy but not full and we got a table straight away. Our server was lovely, but the restaurant seemed disorganised. Our sides hadn't arrived by the time we'd nearly finished our meals so we had to cancel them, and then it felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant once we said we didn't want desserts. The food was great though, and reasonably priced, with plenty of choice for all tastes. No complaints there, but competition in this area is fierce so top quality service is a must. Slicker service would gain that extra star.

Friendly and fast service, this was my first time visiting uno pizzeria and grill. I liked that it was not a lot of people there and our waiter was great! Moderately priced and the deep dish was so good and filling. I would recommend this restaurant to families looking for a filling and affordable pizza dinner.

This was a shockingly good experience at UNO’s after not having been to one since the Crossroads location closed. First of all, this location is a bit like stepping back in time - but in a good way! It’s clean and well maintained even though it feels slightly outdated. Service was also surprisingly good for the 192 area - quick check-ins, fast drink refills, etc. Food was on point - especially like their happy hour app specials - the entree prices are a bit high compared to comparable restaurants, but the pizza is really where it’s at. Love that it’s still cooked and served in the pan, remember when The Hut did that? Looking forward to returning soon!

Stars stars stars... Well let’s start with the good. The food was good. We enjoyed a good meal and the burger was filling. As you can see from my other reviews I do love burgers so seeing the big burger on the menus made my selection an easy choice. We were seated quickly, but when we asked if we could not sit right in view of the kitchen prep area it was as if we were being picky. We gave in on sat at the table. The price was good for the food and the pizza was tasty and a good value. The waiter did not come by and check on us and I had to ask for a refill on the drinks. Slurping my straw was not a good enough him apparently. The staff was making some comments about being unhappy with their job. Let me express that happy staff members make for happy customers. If you have a manager who is harsh with the staff, that gets passed onto the guests. It wold have been nice to have a manager come by to make sure all was going well. Perhaps it was just a bad night we will try again next time.

Back in the early 2000’s Pizzaria Uno was a place we would go to at least once a month. We moved away in 2002 and would come back to Florida once in a while and pop in. There is plenty of parking, wonderful servers ad the pricing is reasonable. The only downfall, the food is just slightly below average. Believe me I wanted to give a great review just because the servers are Wonderful!!!!!!They tried so hard. But…the salad was something my nana would make, just Boston lettuce, a few chunks of tomato and lots of Italian dressing. The pizza was a bit dry/overcooked. Perhaps it was a bad day? Again, we have had a lot of good meals and the servers are great, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean and parking is plentiful in front. Look at other reviews and decide for yourself;)

Pizza was not as good as some of the other uno I have eat at Orlando is mine and my husband vacation spot $42 for what husband got thin crust myself a personal and just tasted like crushed tomatoes will not come back to this one

I get it it’s Monday, and I was looking to do takeout , but seriously. Asked for a minute to look through the expansive menu, was waiting for over five minutes after I made my decision and still had a different server. ordered a bottle of soda that was over four months out of date was wondering why it was a bit flat. Had requested a regular size pizza, got a personal size pan pizza. Bacon on the loaded fries came out burnt. Not a good experience with hardly anyone there.

My friend and I came to this for the first time and I ordered an appetizer to begin with. Then we ordered some drinks and foods. After a while, we were wondering what took the appetizer so long to come. It turned out that the waitress never put the order in. But the drinks did come. When the food came served by another waitress, I asked about it and the waitress said that the appetizer was never put in order. The food was all right. But the sweet tea lacked the sweet part. I had to put 5 to 6 sugar packets in my tea to make it sweet. During the meal, our drinks were empty and the waitress never came to check on us or did the refill. She was talking in another table the whole time. My friend got up and went to the drink station to get a refill himself. After we were done, the waitress was still talking to the same table. My friend got up and talked to the manager. We got a 50% discount. That's why this is a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 review.

Went tonight to celebrate our anniversary. We were really disappointed with the food tonight. The last time we went the food was so good. They weren’t busy probably 6 tables seated the entire time we were there, and yet the manager never came and did table touches just stayed behind the expo area looking out. I tried the birria ribye. The flavor was good, but the steak as a little cold on the inside. My fiancé orders the cup and char pizza. This is what you guys advertise vs what we got. This was incredible to see. Barely any pepperonis on the pizza maybe 12 max, and undercooked. Doesn’t even look like what he thought he was getting. Ate one slice and that’s it. We didn’t even bother asking to speak to anyone due to we just wanted to leave. Wasn’t worth the $80 we spent at all.

Looked online and was concerned about the pricing but decided to order the food for takeout. Should have just gone and sat down at Chili’s next door… Ordered the pickle fries and the broccoli and chicken Alfredo. Both were good sized but just didn’t taste great. The “fry” on the pickles were soggy and the Alfredo was super bland and plain and had no seasoning. The total for these 2 items to go was $36. The only positive thing about this place was the hostess who gave us our food, she was really sweet and kind.

The girl at the front helping us when we went to go pick up our foods , we're pleasant. The problem I have with the place is that the pizza sucked! We ordered 6 pizzas and two orders of cheese bread. The pizzas were so dry, with almost no cheese or sauce on them. We actually ended up throwing out two whole pizzas. Even my kids thought it was gross.And you know , that's hard to do. Most kids will eat anything

Waitress was nice when taking our drink order but liked to talk and talk. Then we had to wait. She had other tables she liked to talk to them too. Finally got to place our order and we needed refills at this time already. Food was ready fairly quickly. My pizza was barely warm and it was a deep dish. My wife’s wrap wasn’t even warm. We ate what we could. I guess the guy was a manager he came and cleared our table brought us a box. Waitress still did not come back. We sat and sat finally I got up to ask for our bill. First and last visit ever here

Ordered total of 3 small and one large deep dish. Also Ordered salad, soup and steak/shrimp plate. The pizzas where not hot, they were warm, had to ask reheat them. Salad was good, soup was good. The steak and shrimp plate was good. Server was good but had a lot of tables, they need more servers. I really like UNO, but this second time at this location probably will be my last. Let me just say my Floridian, ain't no food like "Chicago" food!!

Had a gift certificate which was not accepted no matter how much the store manager nor the waitress Les tried. We kept going on line and even tried with the manager's phone. It was embarrassing. I had to pay from pocket plus they charged tip on top of my cash tip. It was with their gift certificate on line. My daughter was even chanrged a service charge fee. I was 😞 cause we're from Chicago. Sad.

We tried a Chicago Deep Dish. Nothing too impressive but it wasn't bad. The crust had a hint of sweetness. The atmosphere was nice. Everything was decorated in Christmas. The service was good but too many people came to our table to ask if we are okay. We were just sitting and talking after eating our meal. That was a bit awkward. Should we have paid and rushed out the door? We are on vacation so that should explain our leisure state of mind. Uggh. This restaurant is located right next to Old Town, so the area is very touristy. There are a lot of shops and fun things to do like go to Fun Spot and ride the go-carts. Great area!

Looked good but it wasn’t good… there’s was absolutely NO SAUCE on the pizza… just cheese and the toppings, horrible !!! Spent over $50. WANT MY MONEY BACK

First time ordering from this place. Most of my order was either prepared incorrectly or wasn’t presentable and I had a large order for my family. I ordered the thin crust taco pizza, and requested no tomatoes. My box clearly says “ NO TOMATOES “ but the instructions clearly weren’t followed. Not to mention the pizza was supposed to come with sour cream and salsa, and I received neither. The crust was hard to bite into and tasted overcooked. My daughter’s order also had incorrect toppings. Couldn’t enjoy the meal properly. Wrong cook, wrong time of day I guess…. Very dissatisfied with this establishment, as I spent a good amount of money here

Being from Chicago, the 2 pizzas we had this afternoon were absolutely horrible. The deep dish lacked any flavor and the sausage was way over cooked. It was dry too. The thin crust was dry and sausage a bit over cooked but not as bad as the deep dish. Both crusts were soggy, not crisp. Needless to say we won't be back!

My.salad was completely soggy and brown, the croutons were so soggy I could squish them in between my fingers! Pizza was cold and wings were over cooked. we are from out of town and were recommended this place. Highly disappointed. And I called multiple times to speak to a manager...got hung up on, waited on hold for 20 mins and finally gave up

food was good but the service was awful. waited 10 minutes to get drinks and 25 minutes to get refills and the whole table sat with empty glass with 4 servers standing at the end of bar doing nothing.

This was by far my favorite place to eat until today. I drove almost an hour to buy family dinner through curbside pickup. I love my food toasty but not burnt. Our food was ridiculously burnt! I mean burnt to where you have to use the pizza crust as your plate and eat the toppings off with a fork. I'm soooooo disgusted and upset. What a waste of my time and money. My family had to Share the free indi pizza that I ordered. This is a sad shame. How dare a restaurant serve something so awful? I used to recommend this location to everyone. Not anymore. It's embarrassing. I'm still in shock of how badly burnt our dinner was. I could've ate at pizza hut for cheaper and pizza wouldn't have been burnt....shame on you. I drove through 5 o'clock traffic for this mess. Shame on you.

3RD AND LAST TIME WE'LL BE EATING HERE! My sister and I ordered 'to go'. When we arrived home, she took 2 bites of her spaghetti and noticed a dead bug! That's unacceptable and the spaghetti was nasty too 😒. We won't be back! (This happened June 6th 2024)

I can't say the food/pizza is overhyped, but I'm not sure if it was supposed to baked the way I received it. Hard and warm, and the pasta shouldn't even be on the menu. It taste cheap

This place is a Joke. If i could give less than one star i would!! Pizza was not good and all the food was just ok. I order chicken wings and There was hair in my chicken. so disappointed! The food was horrible at this location, it was over cooked.... Literally dry.... My daughter's burger looked like fried breakfast sausage. The deep pan nachos almost didn't have any meat in it, the pasta's chicken was dry like it was leftovers from lunch. The fried wings were from a Cornish hen. - the pizza was overly expensive - 10 inch pizza for 27 dollars.... Smh. Do I recommend this location? Absolutely not..... In no case should anyone eat this mess from this place..... The tables were dirty and sticky. Update*** They reply with an email address and you email them They don't get back to you..... Don't waist your time nor money.... I would rather go to waffle house or IHOP before my family experience this again.

Being an UNO Pizzeria lover, I have to say this location is not taking care of the desired level of service and the pizza making itself. I ordered pizza for dinner two nights in a row, the first night the pizza was cold and not well made. The second day, the same and the look of the pizza was even worst (see pictures attached). The second pizza you can even see the shredded cheese instead of melted cheese. The tomato was on top of the pizza rather than mixed, as usual. Total disaster and hate to say I won’t come back to this location.

Overpriced for what you get. Don't get the chicken wraps they have very very little chicken and the tortillas were hard as a rock. Shannon the "waitress" will ignore you, dissappear or just forget what you ask for. Don't bother with refills for your drink she dont care.

We are visiting from out of town and wanted pizza for dinner. The pizza looked good and we decided to try it out. The 2 large Chicago deep dish I ordered was smaller than i thought, overcooked (crust was dry and hard) and lacked flavor - I paid $35 each for this pizza. Even the kids was disappointed in the pizza! Their fries was almost $6! To say the least, I had to order more pizza from another place. It was cheaper and tasted way better! It's not always you get what you pay for. Complete waste of my money.

This was a take out order. I literally stood in the front of the restaurant and no one came! Three were zero diners inside and I saw 4-5 waitstaff. After standing more than 5 minutes in the front and no one came forward I approached the first person that I came close to. I asked if anyone was working in the front. I was told extremely rudely that it is “me and I was in the kitchen” I don’t really care where you were because you were not here! She was so rude as I was not happy due to lack of service. Don’t EVER make a customer feel like they did something wrong… what is wrong with you? Maybe you need more employee training. Without customers you have nothing. As I noticed no one dining here after 6:00 pm tells me all I need to know. The front end service is subpar. I have vacationed in this area from Chicago for 20 years…. I will never patronize ONO Kissimmee again.

So we tried this place today ! We ordered your wild mushrooms pizza ! Only thing good about as you give good amount of mushrooms 🍄‍🟫! House made Salad is low quality ! When using head lettuce. Your pictures online. Show romaine lettuce . I ordered Califlower Margarite pizza , pizza sauce has no flavor , and you forgot basil , because I asked for sliced. Tomatoes and feta that’s what put on it instead ! For the amount of $ we spent , the quality and taste 👅 was Disappointing!!!

Food was not good, my salmon was overcooked (dry) mashed potatoes tasted burnt, lettuce on burger was old and wilted. We first decided to sit down and eat but when we ordered i realized it was very late and I had to get thenkids back to our condo. We to the waitress, she got mad and literally snatched all the dishes/silverwear of the table. I have never seen anyone act like this. She did get a 20% tip bc we always tip but the behavior was unacceptable.
