Big shout to Andrew! Not only did this individual take our drive thru order, payment, and bring us our food... but also asked if myself and my friend needed extras such as "salt, pepper, ketchup, crowns"... ...Wait, did this person just offer a 42 year old man and his adult friend CROWNS??? Never before have I been asked if I wanted crowns. I dont know what Andrew making an hour or how many hours they're getting.... but it's not enough. Besides the OG chix Sammy, which is my fast food weakness, kudos to the "cooks" this regular drive thru experience made my night!

When you walk into a place like this you expect service with a smile, manners and kindness. When I walked into this restaurant what I received was definitely not service with a smile, instead the manager on duty looked at me, rolled her eyes and then proceeded to her office in the back and I didn't see any sight of her the rest of my visit.

I don't just hand out 5 star reviews. I've been to this location weekly now on payday for the past month. I will say this, it's FAST! It's Fresh and made correctly. I e never been inside but the people I've seen have always been very nice. I wish they'd get sour dough bread though. Supply chain issues aren't their fault though.

On the app for Wellsville it states its close Thursday and Sunday which is false. This prevents you from being able to use the mobile app on these days. Its been reported.

Good food. Priced well with plenty of discount coupons available both on line and mailed to home. I love that they have onion rings.

Burger King is usually pretty good, but unfortunately some of the kitchen staff just doesn't care about how they prepare food. One day you'll get one of the best burgers ever, and the next you'll take one bite and throw the rest away. All depends on who's manning the burger station, especially for the Sourdough Bacon King. I'd give 5 stars if I was able to pick who prepares my food every time.

I'm not a huge fan of fast food establishments but when I need to pick someplace that's quick and easy I usually go here. It's relatively quick and easy and affordable depending on what you purchase. The staff is always hard working to get the job done.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no bun (gluten allergy) and received a somewhat dried out grilled chicken breast with a tiny tomato and very little lettuce. Other burger kings have been much better worth my request.

Had okay food as usual. Seems like the more money they make an hour the more the food isn't prepared fresh and orders get messed up...

Order sourdough bacon king, burger was still pink and bacon was soggy. Took it up to counter for new one, no bacon was put on it second time around. Fries were ok but could have been crispier.

Literally only getting a 2 cause 1 suggestion. Maybe switch to lunch at 10 am??? Some of us work the overnights and want lunch and not breakfast

It took 20 minutes to get one Burger. If they would have had the front car move forward and wait it would have went way faster

Today at Burger King in Wellsville,I ordered via the drive thru at 10:52:22 am I ordered a whoppet, a double cheese burger, small fry and a large coke. I received my food at the window. The fries were hot and fresh but I found hairs on the fries. Not happy with that.

Not worth the trip. My fries were cold, hard, and I got almost none. I ordered a large. I went in and asked for new ones and for a full large,and she said that was a large. I plead many times, but then she ignored me and refused to give me new ones. For the photos, I did not eat one fry, and I just got them from her. This is what I got. Look at the pics. They were cold, bad, and the manager was really rude. Burger King lies. You do not get it your way. This place sucks. The other reviews aren't wrong. Worst Burger King I have ever gone to.

Hey! Wanna know how to make a whopper? Youre not alone, so do the cooks at this BK!! The buns were super soggy and all the condiments look like they were sat on. I'm in this town as a contractor and will only going back there 2-3 dozen more times before I leave. But then that's it!!

Don't eat the fish sandwiches. The quality of the product stinks. The fish was not plump and looked delicious. It looked like someone rolled the meat to 1/16 the or 1/8th of an inch and then rolled in the batter and deep-fried it. The bottom bun of the sandwich was twice as tall as the fish. The fish had no taste whatsoever. Burger King the quality of your food stinks. The last few times I had one of your burgers I could not keep it down. That's it. No more Burger King for me. Both Burger King and McDonald's are tied in the basement quality of product-wise. The fish sandwich doesn't even pretend to look like the photos on their billboard and coupon advertisement.

Not exactly happy with service lately... They screwed up the order gave us 3 extra sandwiches we didn't want and didn't give us 2 fries we did. One of the sandwiches we ordered wasn't even in the bag. We wanted a plain bacon and cheeseburger burger (just bun, bacon, cheese and burger) we didnt get it. Wouldn't be so up set if,wasn't for the fact it was 4 time in 2 months of completely screwing up order. And not even an apology all they said was " well give us the sandwiches you don't want and we will give you you fries.

Super busy for a small town, at 3pm in the afternoon. Staff was disorganized, would yell across the restaurant to customers that their orders were ready. People were bringing their own cups into the location and filling them with ice and beverages.

The last 2 times I've been there didn't get all my order and staff was rude when I went back to let them know about my order I was told you get what you get if you don't check your order before leaving

There is nothing fresh about this sandwich.

Burgers had 1 peace of lettuces on it had alote of mayo and kettup on them fries were cold. Was very disappointed as the Berger kings in Olean are amazing.

The original chicken sandwich was so overcooked it was almost black in color. It appeared to have been cooked several times or fried in oil that was very old . The lettuce was chopped up pieces of the heart of the lettuce head and all the rest was wilting.

The one down I've ever been in where I prefer the McDonald's over the Burger King

Absolutely horrible!! Worst ever and believe me, that's saying something. My chicken sandwich tasted like cardboard. Impossible to bite like it had sat under a lamp for hours. On a 1 to 5 star scale, I'd give it a negative -4
