Curly cheese and ranch fries are the best! The young guys at the evening shift are very dedicated. I got so shock at their excellent customer service! Even my 11 old kid noticed! Unlike other fast food drive thru service. Go Rica and the other unnamed Guy!

I don't normally eat fast food, I had to stop in and use the restroom, so I found it only right to order something, the manager was very nice, the food I ordered was quick & tasty, the restroom was very clean, not to mention the restaurant itself was very clean. Great job JB.

For some reason the food taste better at this Jack in the Box than any other Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Service with a smile & food is always serve fresh off the grill. They cooks have never messed up my order. No Mayo it's not a hard request but they get it right, especially because I'm allergic. If your in West Covina stop by this Jack in the Box!

Been eating here for a few years. It's always clean and friendly staff, tables lay out makes it comfortable to sit down and eat inside. When it was allowed. Don't worry it will be allowed soon. Take out is quick and easy, so go get some comfort food.

Jack in the crack! Great burgers and specials. The parking lot is in the back which is not great. Very clean inside and AST drive thru service. The staff is always happy and aim to make sure your order is correct and tasty.

I am satisfied that this Jack In The Box sells onion rings because alot of Jack in the boxes does not sell onion rings unlike Carl's Jr. Does. This Jack in the box is very close to my program site. Some items that they have here are seasonal and they sometimes have the spicy chicken tenders or strips.

I do not know the name of their manager, but I have to give the local restaurant a good review because if how he was training a new employee. I walked in for an order and happened to see him giving a young employee instructions on how to properly care for the customers. The restaurant will do well with him at the helm.

Always reliable service, even when my app was malfunctioning. Good service overall.

I give Jack five stars for the menu variety and more importantly for me because they have the best milk shakes. Cannot beat there milkshakes at any other local chain restaurant in my opinion.

The associates were very quick and apologized even if they felt like we waiting more than 30 seconds to take our order. I personally always had a good consistent experience at any jack n the box chain and always love that junk food satisfaction. My go to is their jr. I love it here. I used to live in Covina for years, jack in the box was my comfort food and I was hesitant to try some of the fast food out here since everything is a hit or miss and the gamble isn't worth it when the food is expensive and nasty.. however! My order was made fresh unlike Covina it took maybe 8 minutes while Covina takes 3 minutes. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted meanwhile back home they would point at the machine and walk away with no words. I decided to take my order online cause the prices at the counter are way more expensive than the app but when I requested my food for dine in they gave me a tray, napkins, and sauce without hesitation. After I finished up they thanked me for coming and even gave me the code to the restroom to wash my hands! Back in Covina if you wanted to use the restroom you had to wait at the counter for a whole minute to grab any of their attention when you ask for the restroom key they simply said "Wait" after 2 minutes they reach under the counter to give me a key. You also have to request a receipt to earn points for your order but up in South Azusa they give you the receipt no questions asked! Honestly I didn't know how ghetto Covina was until I moved up here 10/10 customer service and amazing people all together. It also makes me feel good when I see them respect the homeless that comes in to eat. They don't bark at them to leave they accept all service with no discrimination! Beautiful employee's and a beautiful well kept store! Will be coming every time I'm hungry!

Every time I have came here the food has been really good the fries aren't dry and old the burgers are warm. I started driving the extra miles to go to this one instead of the one near my house which always takes forever and the food always sucks.

Today is Christmas eve and waited in line for 30 minutes because I'm pregnant and hungry so ifykyk. We know the workers are exhausted yet when we got to the speaker we were super surprised of how amazing our service was . Natalie was taking our order and had patience with us and was very nice and professional. The workers moved fast and efficiently considering other customers who ordered a lot. We appreciate your service thank you so much for being kind even though as someone who also worked in retail and at the Alhambra jack in the box location I know how hectic and busy it gets . You guys are doing an absolute amazing job and I think you guys deserve a raise . However they did forget my tacos which is understandable I'll call after the holidays

I had friendly quick service at the drive thru window of this location. My food was hot and delicious. I got the egg rolls. This was actually my first time trying them and holly smokes they're amazing. I would definitely recommend them for a quick inexpensive option. Inside there is lots of seating and the property is wheelchair assessable. There's also plenty of parking.

Never really had issues with this location. Sourdough bread is always toasted the way I like it. Great spot for late night food.

Good food but I'd advise everyone to check your drinks if you have clear drinks because I found I don't know what at the bottom of my cup when I popped off the lid because they didn't give me my straw and that made me throw up all my food and dump my drink.

Went there to try the fish Sandwich and it was surprisingly good. Egg rolls are really good too.

Customer service was good. When asked what items came on a sandwich the young man gave a good detail of items. Even asked if i wanted cheese on it!

They still have the full selection via drive through but in limited quantity. Once they are out for the day, they are out. Drive through lines can be long and wait time will be over 30 mins during peak time hours.

Great prices for their deep fried tacos! Perfect for while-driving fast food. The taco sauce is already in the taco. Look no further, great, quick, and very good price tacos are here!

Stopped by for a burger, fries, drink and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were fine but the burger was not what I ordered. I ordered a number 4 combo and got a cold burger, protein style. Check your order before leaving because you never know.

Pretty normal as far as what to expect. It's Jack n the box. It's always open at 4am. They have cheap tacos. This location always does a good job with my orders. The food is well packed and they don't forget straws or napkins.

However the SHAKES are the best shakes ever. I love jack n the box shakes. Best shakes everrr! I’m lactose intolerant and still consume them lmao! That’s how good they are. Just deal with the tummy problems later!! However,The food jack n the box sells is nasty. Like their chicken sandwiches are completely nasty. I don’t know why the chicken tastes dry and terrible.fries are hard too!

I like Jack in the Box. The only reason I put a 4 for general and a 4 for atmosphere. I got there a little after 8:30 pm. There were homeless people sleeping on the curb apron. You have to drive through them before getting to drive through window.

Good quick bite. Self serve drink dispenser with tons of options. Only issue is Ginger Ale is popular at this spot and sometimes runs out. No worries they got you at the counter with the drive-thru dispenser. Good backup drink is Strawberry Powerade with 2 shots of water. Breakfast platter with "Both" bacon and sausage for the little ones.

My sister took me there to try out the new Oreo cookie mint milkshake. It was okay. But I loved spending time there with my nephew and my niece.

The burger I got was maybe a 3, curly fries and tacos are always amazing and it would've been a 4, but I asked for ranch and they didn't give me any. I would've gone to 3.5, but the missing ranch hurt.

There are homeless around but other than that the food is great for jack in the box. Vegetables are fresh on the burger and the inside of the restaurant is clean.

Why do they call it "fast food" when all it does is slow me down? Oh that's right.. it's because the food is ready for you very quickly. I figure as much.. since it's probably been sitting under a heat lamp or something until you order it. I try not to frequent fast food joints very often. The day I came here, I believe it was just to use the restroom. I even bought me a drink so I wouldn't feel like a total jerk as restrooms are for customers only.

I went through drive thru. The staff was nice and friendly but I ordered a large and got a regular. I went back to get the large and they gave me the wrong drink so I didn’t even drink the replacement. I ordered a chicken bowl and the broccoli was old and brown. I’d rather have gotten the bowl without it than rotten broccoli. I was very disappointed. ☹️

Usually don’t have a problem with this store. But I ordered today and my tacos had 0 meat in them. My popcorn chicken was BURN. And I ordered 2 drinks, only received 1. Don’t know who works at night today or something but they suck.

The drive-thru lady Sunday late evening was a total Jack the Reaper, hooded in apathy, hooking away our appetites with every ignored request, entitlement and grumpiness written all over her face. If the owner’s goal is to piss off customers, they succeeded.

My husband went today 10/31/25 & ordered 2 onion rings =9.00 & 4 tacos. Came home with 1 curly fry & 4 tacos. & was charged 9.00 for onion rings that we never got. Check your order before leaving.

Bad service, I ordered 3 combos and Large fries and didn’t get some of my food. And the hamburger aren't big.

They almost always forget something in my order is very disappointing. And going back is always ugly looks like is my fault they missed something.

Food was dry, over micro waved. Chicken strips, jalapeno poppers and fries. The only thing eatable was the Coke! I trashed it.

High prices and slow service .

Night shift management is horrible. White guy humiliates his team. Hispanic guy got my order wrong, he then told his manager. That puto asked him in such a rude way if we were going to go around! Mind you it's Saturday night and I already waited as long as the rest. He made him feel stupid, the employees face said it all. How dare he think he has a right to treat him that way? Why didn't he ask me to go around? Why just humiliate him but don't bother to address me, the customer? I am very irritated by his behavior. He should not be a manager, he should be washing dishes where he can keep his mouth shut. I made sure to tell the girl that took over for the poor employee to tell him it wasn't his fault and that the manager can go F himself y que se vaya a la verga 😡

The manager refused a service dog and was very rude ,I said would u like to see her paper work he said I dont want the dog in the store I said what is the use to show her paperwork? He replied that this is not a public restroom I wanted to wash up before I eat so I left. The manager is in violation of sec.12 sec183 of the civil code failure to yeald to a service dog

This Jack in the Box is very unhealthy and disgusting. I got grossed ou when the guy at the drive-through packed me some hot sauce packets into my food bag dropping them onto my tacos and fries yuck!. He never changed his gloves. I had just seen him take money from the car in front of me. God knows where that money has been. Then touching who knows how many filthy credit cards too. The manager didn't even tell him anything! So this is a perfect example of how people can spread covid. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty!

These young people running this location are not fit to do so. Half my order missing I have to park and wait for 20 mins then they give me an attitude bringing it to me at the car! Never again the disrespect is sick

This food was horrible! For as much as they charge, you would think they would train employees to have more care no matter what time of the day someone orders. All of the food was very cold. The jumbo jack & sourdough jack were made incorrectly. The snack box was thrown together like a trash box. The person taking the order seemed to be half asleep and miserable. I will not be coming back to this restaurant and I will encourage others to go elsewhere. It is really that bad.

First of all, Thank you so much to the hard and detail oriented workers that work here during these very difficult times. I ordered 3 supreme croissants and they had the order on the screen wrong, so I asked them to correct it. Thank you for understanding that I actually wanted supreme not sausage. So I get my food, I expect them to have don’t their job correctly, my mistake. I get home and I saw I received not 3… but 2 sausage croissants instead of 3 supreme croissants. So I called in to get my order corrected. I told the gentlemen who answered the phone I need 3 supreme croissants not sausage croissants and said I would go back, he hung up. Here I am now, one google review in and 5 gmail accounts to go to leave reviews with. I spent $19 here I expect my food done right. $19 I can cook a beautiful steak meal. I don’t know the guy’s name but please train him more.

I remember coming here late at night and the waiting at the front took so long for a employee to come out and after ordering a box of chicken nuggets or chicken finger with fries. It was so small portioned and not full for it to be priced at 15 or so. It's better to go to a Chinese restaurant and order takeout for your hard earned money. Same price for a bigger box and its full if you order chinese instead. The service too was subpar in jack so ehh 😐

I have ordered from this location several times and I’ve been in person as well. They don’t make mistakes but when you order online, they make several mistakes today I had just ordered a gremlin meal through Uber eats I ordered it and I wanted the air freshener I got my order. The air freshener is not included in what I got which like I said it was the only reason why I ordered it and since I ordered through Uber eats, they offered a free curly fry if you spent $20 or more so I added something in order to get the free curly fries and I also did not get the curly fries so disappointed for them to keep making mistakes will not be eating here again ordering from here again or any Jack-in-the-Box. Quality checks have gone down the drain recently in lots of places. What a shame. Edit: I’ve called several times to see if they might’ve forgotten to place it in there or what we can do about my missing items. No response. No pick up. No call back. They’ve also not given me my sauce that was supposed to come with the order. Great.
