My Family and I Loved THIS location in Aliana. The Manager, Anastasia was amazing. She took time time chat with us for a quick minute. She delivered our Drinks to the table with a smile. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. The Burgers did not disappoint...We live close by and this is our spot....

Chili’s is always a reliable spot for a great meal and a relaxed atmosphere, but the experience at this location really stood out, thanks to the incredible service behind the bar. A huge shout-out to Genevieve, the bartender! She’s absolutely fantastic welcoming, friendly, and quick to make you feel at home. Her drink-making skills are top-notch, whether you’re in the mood for a classic margarita, a craft cocktail, or just an ice-cold beer. She was attentive the entire time, checking in without being intrusive, and her energy brought such a positive vibe to the bar area. The food was exactly what you expect from Chili’s fresh, hot, and delicious. We enjoyed the avocado burger and fries, signature Baby Back Ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender), a plate of loaded nachos, and of course, the Cajun Chicken Pasta, comfort food at its best. The portions were generous, and everything came out quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The overall atmosphere was upbeat but relaxed, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, watching the game at the bar, or having dinner with friends. Thanks to Genevieve and the team, this Chili’s location goes above and beyond. If you’re stopping in for a meal or just a drink, grab a seat at the bar and let Genevieve take care of you, you’ll be glad you did! 100000000/10!!! This is hands down the best Chili's I have been to ever! The food came out so quick and it was hot and fresh! Our server, Tiara, was so attentive! We always had our drinks full, she checked on us multiple times and was so sweet with helping us pick menu items! I don’t think I could ever go to another location! I got the Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl and it was AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back!

This is legit the best chilis my friend and I have ever visited. Tiara was so attentive and ensured our drinks were always full and we had everything we needed. Food came out so fast, hot, fresh and delicious! Definitely come out to this chilis, it will change your mind about the entire franchise!

I took my family here to have lunch, I'll review it based on 4 categories-- Cleanliness and crowd, price, menu, and deliciousness of meals. 1. Cleanliness: The place was very clean and since it was in the afternoon, there was no crowd, only a few customers there. I have gone there on a Friday night and it wasn't a good experience. 2: Menu: The good thing about Chili's is that they have a great assortment of options to pick from in the menu. Everything from seafood to southern style or just plain burger and chicken- they got it. 3: Price: I have realized that Chili's is one of the most affordable restaurants to visit, not exceptionally cheap (which usually comes with quality compromise), but very affordable. We were 4 people, we all had full course meals with drink, and paid about $75 total. 4: Deliciousness: I have always liked eating at Chili's mostly because of the deliciousness of their meals. Cooked to desirability and brought to you in time. I will definitely be visiting here a lot in the summer.

Visited this location yesterday 1/30/26 because I had a birthday gift card. I walked in and was greeted by no one for at least 3 minutes. Workers walking around and not one said hello. When the server Jade finally shows up...she's very aggressive and talking with an attitude as she taking my order. Letting her coworkers know she's sick so she has an attitude today. I understand not feeling well at work...but toned down the attitude when assisting customers. We just want our food. I passed up a Sugarland location to visit this one because you had more good reviews. Now I see it wasn't worth it.

We had a good experience here. Stopped in for lunch, there was no wait. Seated right away and our order was taken quickly. Everyone was friendly. My son orders the sliders and they were just right. I had a regular cheese burger and it was cooked perfectly. We would definitely eat at their Chilis location again.

Excellent! Destiny and mgr treated us like rockstars. Unfortunately our babyback ribs were overcooked and TOUGH and not up to the standard of what we expect from Chilis! Very disappointed. Mgr offered the soon to be discontinued chocolate lava cake to make me happy!🥰We'll be back because of the service! LOVED THE DESSERT! Please keep on menu!

Family enjoyed their Big Mouth Bites and Triple Dippers. Me, not so much. Made the mistake of getting steak and shrimp fajitas. Shrimp was just fine but the steak was tough. Skirt steak should be marinated and this wasn't from what I can tell. Service from Morgan was excellent!

When I go to Chilis it’s just to enjoy watching sports on a Sunday! I only had an appetizer which I do recommend it had mozzarella cheese with southwest egg rolls double order of that since you can chose 3 different items. I had one drink forgot the name of it but it was very good not a big drinker anymore let’s just say the drink made me happy lol.

We ordered Cajun Chicken pasta and were cold and not oven done properly AT ALL. The server was nice but food wasn’t at all. The chips they serve shine so much from oil and just doesn’t look eatable at all. The guacamole they serve isn’t fresh mostly frozen and tastes very okay. Appetizer came after entree. The to go boxes were damaged and couldn’t even close. This Chili’s wasn’t a good experience at all!

Terrible experience tonight. My wife and I go here often and have always enjoyed it. However, tonight we got there about 6:40 and we're put on the wait list and told 30 minutes. After 40 minutes we went back to the hostess stand to see how things were going and were told we would have an additional 45 minute wait because the kitchen was slammed. Looking into the restaurant, literally half the dining area was empty with tables already bussed. At that point we decided to go elsewhere. Sad to see the management go downhill at this Chili's. Thank Goodness there are many other choices in the area. Maybe we can find a new Friday favorite.

Ordered surf n turf to go. Wanted my steak medium and got rare. If you’re going to give me a fatty steak the least you can do is cook it the way i requested it.
